One day the outdoor air conditioner on the balcony started leaking, fortunately it started doing this while we were at home, otherwise everything would have flooded. Otherwise, the apartments are quite good

Good value for money. Small but clean rooms, welcoming staff etc. Good choise for spending night considering the location just a couple of minutes walking away from the center of Alanya.

We stayed with my family for five days. The hotel's proximity to the sea is wonderful, right in the center of Alanya. The pool is very clean and quiet. The staff was also attentive. Thank you.

The location is excellent, just across the road from Cleopatra Beach, shops, pharmacies, currency exchange offices, cafes, and restaurants. All of this is right next to the hotel

And the receptionists are a bit careless to your needs, you have to remind them always. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location, the beach is right across the road. But all in all the hotel is good (4)

Upon check-in, we were given the wrong room, but they changed it in a second without any extra charges or fuss. We booked a room with a kitchenette, but it was bare, not even dishes

On the first day, they gave us everything we needed. Cleaning is poor, perhaps they don't even wet-mop because the floors were disgustingly dirty; we had to wipe them ourselves

There was one Russian-speaking staff member at reception, and any issues were resolved quickly and without much fuss

They even gave us a tasty take away sandwiches, because our check out was very early in the morning. Unfortunately, breakfast is very very poor and is the same every day, which is bad for a 10-day stay

Location is about 10 minutes walking distance to the Cleopatra beach. Ground level restaurant is excellent for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Prices are reasonable for the good quality food and great service

It's our second stay in Comfort Suites. Very clean and cozy suite, comfy bed, and an amazing restraunt with delicious food at the ground floor. Best price/quality. 100% will visit again

But you need to bring your own dishwashing liquid, cutting board, and good knife. Iron and ironing board upon request. Parking is very small, but you can find spaces nearby

District: very safe and there are a lot of groceries around Recommend you to buy local tea and coffee Beach: clean but you have to pay for umbrella and other equipments

Here's how I gave it 4 stars: Its gets 3 stars for the above mentioned, plus the toilet seats aren't in great condition. The rooms we got were not what was advertised on the website

Everything was sooo clean, nice smell, towels totaly white and soft. I had blue room - every floor has own color. Wifi signal was really good, I enjoyed also balcony in my room

The bathroom was pretty dirty with some mold. The mattress was with some stains and the floor was with sand when I moved in. The street is noisy so if you are a light sleeper, grab earplugs
