The atmosphere of this hotel was the best part, no loud music, everyone minds their own business and overall relaxed setting. I would come back in a heartbeat. The hotel deserves 5 stars not 4

Location is okay, close to Gazipasa airport, about 7-8km from Alanya center

2 nice pools, always a wide choice of food at the buffet (the same reliable options every day aswell as different new things every day), the spa (for an extra price) was also one of the best ones I've been to but also the cheapest one! The room was comfortable and clean and had a nice view of the mountains, the neighbourhood and the sea

(And is about 30 minutes away by transfer/taxi) But if you are looking for an all-in resort experience on a tighter budget that is still fun, clean and relaxing I would highly recommend choosing hotel Michell as the good definitely outways the bad here

Pros: Polite staff, clean rooms, good location, great variety of spa programs, very nice view, spacious territory, no screaming kids, sometimes day entertainment is fun

They are very abrasive and even offensive at times (saying your hair/eyebrows look bad and need their services), this really takes away from the luxury and relaxing vibe when you dread seeing them

The location is excellent, less than 100 meters from the sea, and they have everything they need for food: meat, fish, fruit, and vegetables. The staff is fantastic, from the cleaning lady to the manager

I stayed here for two months and I will be back next year for sure. It is in a decent location with kitchen facilities and a huge supermarket nearby. The hotel also provides great food if all-inclusive is your thing.
