Excellent value for money! A good hotel for the price with friendly staff. My friend and I stayed here and we were given a large room with a beautiful view at no extra charge

The food selection isn't huge, but everything is delicious and high-quality! The beach is nice, even though the winter concept no longer had a restaurant. The entry into the sea is gentle—the slabs are cut out

The hotel is a good four-star, the staff is helpful, the food is delicious, the sea is 5 minutes away, the center is 15 minutes by bus

The food is ok for a 4-star hotel. The beach is shared with another hotel in the chain, a 5-minute walk. It's not the best location on the beach, so we used the one right next to the hotel—it's easier to enter

A great all-inclusive hotel within the city limits! Compact, clean, and comfortable. Special thanks for the free sauna during the day. There's a private pier with access without stoves

We stayed in Seastar for 6 night. Food was delicious, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Every evening there were different activities for kids and adults. Women only pool was clean, sea was wonderful

We stayed in this location several times and this hotel is the best option. The beach is a 20-25 minute walk away. But walking after the buffet is useful). Shuttle with a convenient schedule

Limited food selection but very tasty and an extensive salad bar. Pool is small but it was always easy to find a sunbed. Reception sell currency at an excellent rate

Stayed there for a week in the middle of June. Two minute walk from the beach and surrounded by plenty of shops selling anything you might need. The food was really good, as was the open bar

But I'd say the hotel is very good value for money

There is a cafe nearby where people relax all night and sing songs loudly, making it impossible to sleep. The maid is simply making the bed. stones and sand in the room are removed only after you leave the room.

Small family hotel with simple rooms, simple but nice Turkish food and pleasant service, near the centre of Alanya town and very nice beach Cleopatra.

Hotel has own beach bar with soft drinks n food while u stay at beach. Location good just 10 mins to Alanya by bus. Very sad had to leave and definitely revisit soon. Well worth it for price I paid

It was the first holiday in Turkey and delight knew no bounds. The guys tried, cleaned, smiled, and most importantly created a warm atmosphere. The hotel is small, everyone knew each other, it was nice and cozy

The beach is a leisurely 5-minute walk away, and umbrellas and sun loungers are available. The hotel doesn't have its own parking, but we easily found street parking. Breakfast is offered for an additional fee

The furniture is a bit outdated, but overall everything was good. The room was spacious with a balcony and a small drying rack — very convenient for drying clothes. The pool was a good size and never too crowded

Obviously it's not a 5 star hotel but what you pay is what you get. Rooms are clean towels changed every day. The food by the pool bar very good and tasty

And who really wants to eat well? I am very satisfied with the varied offer of the buffet table. the food is delicious, there is no coffee in half of Europe where I have been. you are going on vacation and sightseeing

We stayed at this hotel for seven days, we arrived after 3am and was told we can upgrade fir an extra 4000 lira then was told there’s only only double bed in the room although I booked this holiday a while ago for me and my mum aside from that I should of changed my room after the first day as the shower drain ran very slow, the aircon was faulty our room was very warm compared to other room my sister...

The shops and restaurants and supermarket are all within walking distance and the beach, you also pay for beach chairs between 4 or 5 euros depending on who h beach restaurant you go too

Absolutely stunning location great hotel staff very friendly rooms cleaned everyday fresh towels everyday bed sheets changed every three days but if you leave a sticker on your pillow the woman will change everyday up to you

Because at the end of 2024 the hotel changed ownership and was renovated. We found out about this on vacation. We were on vacation for 2 weeks in July. Our room was cozy, with good air conditioning and sea views

The location is excellent: just a two-minute walk to the beach with free sunbeds and towels, and about 15–20 minutes to the center of Alanya. There are also many restaurants, shops, and supermarkets nearby

Breakfast had a reasonable selection, though not very much, and especially limited for children. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful — I booked excursions and a car rental through them without any problems

Some minor issues could be noticed, like peeling paint or a few sockets not working, but overall the hotel offers very good value for money

Definetly will do this one more time while I'm here. You are being guided step by step, first relax in a salt room, then 2 kinds of saunas with a lovely bubble bath in between. Felt sooo good! Also you get a face mask

Hotel was not full so it was quiet and peaceful and we were able to make use of the games room indoor pool a spa area. Prices are good compared to outside prices. Thank you for a nice get away

I booked an ocean view room but as they did not have one they upgraded me to a beautiful suite. Of course i paid extra but they gave me a good discount. Pool,spa, turkish bath were awesome

So, we had a wonderful holiday. The pools, aqua park, restaurant, and staff were all excellent. The only downside was the sea. It was incredibly rocky and wavy

The only concern is the property located on a steep hill and if you dont have a car or cant walk on slope, then it will be a challenge. But around the property you can find shopping center and resturants

If you know what you want, you can't be dissatisfied. It's a quiet and relaxing hotel. There's no children's entertainment or evening activities. I wasn't looking for those when I went anyway

I went to Alanyas best karaoke (Ekos) just 3 minutes walking. I wish the rooms had better isolation because sometimes it felt noisy around but thats just me. Rooms very clean ! Close walk to Cleopatra beach

The room is good but it's not cleaned well,we saw some ants in it and also for bathroom it's not cleaned will.

Good hotel, it's ok to stay in Alanya for a day

The hotel is located 10 minutes from the beach Cleopatra number 6-7. Quiet area in contrast to the first line. Very interesting interior of the hotel, everything is new. In two buildings 2 swimming pools

Two things disappointed: lift goes only to 3rd floor, our room was on 4th. Second: breakfast options are very limited.

I need to redeem myself and the hotel from my earlier posting. The hotel redeemed itself by giving me a better room and service upon my return  after the following experience with them. I was booked for 3 days initially

I then sought through this site to book for a further consecutive 5 days but either I or Trip made an error in the booking and we missed booking the first 2 days of the 5

In Canada the hotelier would take steps to ensure that their client was safe and able to find alternative accommodation which this person did not in any way. The taxi driver was able to find me a suitable hotel

  SOME cautions to older patrons. This hotel is a considerable distance UP QUITE A STEEP HILL so if you are a walker take that into account. A laundry service was quoted at 15 Euros, in town it was 4 Euros

The service is quick and makes no mistakes, food is delicious, the chef is super nice and always bringing good energy, the pool is very nice, rooms are always clean and neat, the location is also perfect because its in the center and very close to the beach

Our cleaner lady exceeded any service we experienced even in 5* hotels! The food was always fresh and plenty to choose from, kebab was extraordinary! Breakfast could improve a little but overall was ok

Everything was good, guys who work there never stop, they will bring you whatever you want, rooms are very clean and the staff changes sheets and towels every day. Food was delicious and diverse

I stayed in this hotel for a week in the end of June 2025, I arrived from Sweden. Location was absolutely the best, close to my favorite beach nr 1 (I’ve been to Alanya many times)

Nearby is a great Migros store where you can buy whatever you need for local prices. The only minus was a weak AC, you pay extra for it and it does take at least an hour to cool the entire room

But all in all I loved my holiday, such a cool nice place, thank you to all the staff and I hope that the little Coal (hotel black kitten, I think in Turkish her name is Kömür) is doing well!

Though I suggest to take with you a rope to hang the wet things on the balcony and maybe a sleeping mask since in one side the sun can get through the curtains s bit in the morning

Shower worked great, the bathroom was nice and worked properly. I loved the breakfast (my favorite was grilled aubergines and white cheese - with the freshest white bread)

The hotel is privately owned, not too big and with a good location. Suite (WC bidet was extra +) with marvelous sea view over Cleopatra beach. Very friendly and helpful staff
