Nice pool, amazing view if you are on the castle side. Food was ok not the best, bar was very limited. Staff was nice after a few days

Food here not catering at all for English not even a toaster at breakfast nice location but you need to be self catering plenty of places to eat at close by don't waste money on all inclusive no kettle in room

Could do with a lot of maintenance and the cleaning staff need to learn how to do their jobs properly

The headquarters of the Paragliding World Cup is located here, so I chose to live here. Very good value for money hotel, comfortable and cozy, beach roadside

First coastal 3 pools popular hotel high occupancy, we liked it, good food

The pools are clean and blue, yhe kids have been on the slides loved every min, all 3 pools are good to sunbath Entertainment only had x1 night of entertainment and that was a live singer but I would 1000% recommend mood restaurant and bar, entertainment from the min we walked the staff sat with us the whole time showing us tricks chatting etc X4 cocktails and x2 beers was £44

It is a very good facility for its price, food and breakfast were good, I think the only shortcoming is that it does not have a beach, there should be slippers in the rooms.

The hotel is on the first line from Cleopatra Beach, this is a major plus. Several buildings, good food, and swimming pools.

The hotel is newly renovated and fresh, the food was good and varied and there is a varied selection of cocktails and other alcoholic beverages that are completely free for all inclusive guests (no limits at all!)

An excellent hotel – not luxurious, but with virtually no downsides. Music played only a couple of times during dinner, meaning you could sleep soundly at night

We expected this hotel to be good but it even exceeded our expectations. It is a very modern and clean place with a central location. The variety and quality of the foods were excellent

5-Star Experience – A Perfect Holiday in Turkey! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this all-inclusive resort in Turkey. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming

Unfortunately, one member of the management can spoil the overall impression, but that does not diminish the effort and kindness of the workers, to whom we give our highest praise

And ofcourse Ecem cause she is always smiling, Metin and Sevket for the drinks, Goksel for the entertainment and Cihan for looking after us at diner time

His kindness and professionalism left a strong impression on us – he even helped us weigh our suitcases manually since we didn’t have small change for the scale, and his estimate turned out to be completely accurate at the airport

I was staying there for vacation and I loved it. The food was good, the rooms were comfortable. It was a little loud becuase of the cicadas

The staff is excellent, all you need they are ready to provide, always positive and friendly. The food is nice, lots of variations, just one thing I would say’s that I wish there could be more fish))

The hotel is decent, the room was clean. Food is good, young chef with a smile. A complaint is the internet, which is paid additionally, and at the same time, the signal in the room is weak

She gave us all our information, met our request for rooms close to each other and looked after our cases so we could catch the last of lunch! The rooms were spotlessly clean (we made a literal last minute booking) and the cleaners came in everyday and clean the rooms to perfection

Hotel Micador is a great place to stay. The personnel were helpful, friendly, and professional. The food was fantastic. My room was well-equipped. I can highly recommend this place to other holidaymakers.

5/10 food 9/10 staff would I stay at the kleopatra again most definitely the walk to the main shops was about 10 min stroll there's a mmgros supermarket 2 street away for bits n bobs like milk for a cuppa in your room you have to provide your own tea / coffee etc but it wasnt a problem Read hotel discription before moaning looking forward to going back in 2026

Stayed the first wk in November don't belive all the moaning about staff there great all. They work really hard the rooms are clean you get a kettle and fridge she both room was a little bit small but I'm 6ft and

Large frame towels were changed regular the all Inc drinks were vodka whiskey gin and white rum wine larger and tea coffee soft drinks there was always something to eat (the only minor fault I could comment on would bethe food could be a bit warmer I met some very nice people while there from all over Europe your on holiday make friends!!!!! 8/10 for the room 7

We complained that our room hadn’t been cleaned and the bedding hadn’t been changed in a week. The receptionist rung the maid and the maid came and said that she had cleaned the room

Doorknob on the balcony is not working and some metal pieces that have contact with the outside air are rusty (high air humidity); bathroom faucet was not working well in my room. Food is very good and diverse

We had a simply fantastic time. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There was something new every day. We had fresh eggs prepared daily according to our wishes. The staff was very friendly and accommodating

The room was lovely and the hotel was right on the beach. The restaurant and the bar were amazing. But the best was the breakfast. Absolutely incredible.

An excellent, spotlessly clean hotel right on the beach. My only minor suggestion would be for the breakfast to offer a bit more variety.

The hotel was located in the most beautiful location, overseeing the ocean and the city. We loved the Turkish food, it was very authentic and the staff were so thoughtful and lovely, we felt right at home

There is a nice breakfast buffet with good choice and several chefs doing eggs and bread on order Only few rooms have direct see view (most at a sharp angle), but we liked mountain view even more! Rooms are modern and very clean! Everything was working fine, so we have not needed anything

Hotel has the best location directly on the beach and this is the best thing. There is also heated pool what is for the time before high season very important

We had a room with a balcony and view to the wall under the pool. Balcony felt a bit useless then. Breakfast was good, a lot of cheeses though. Omelette station and pancakes was nice

The mini fridge was hot and the lightbulb in the bathroom was blown. The lady on reception (I didn't get her name) was helpful, apologetic and promised to get this sorted the next morning, which she did

Also the best barman Berkay always made sure to make us good drinks. The animator Goktug was so nice and we had lots of fun thanks to him. Also Witek always had positive energy and could even speak some polish

They are so nice with animals and guests, tries cheering everyone up. They are just naturally very pleasant people to be around. One staff member celebrated her birthday here and everyone greeted her with so much warmth

They even gave guests some free cake to celebrate. All family members and kids gathered and it made me feel so alive and grateful for the things that really matter - family, friends and everyone around us

Like one man said - this hotel has something that many other hotels are lacking - soul. So friendly and naturally cheerful. There is also a parrot here and few cats, it makes this place even more cozy

Small, great hotel with lovely rooms.We had amazing view at Taurus mountains and the sea. Entire staff is just AMAZING.

Clean rooms, very nice service, especially Mr Murat and Mr Arda . Delicious drinks and intimate atmosphere in the hotel.

- Lots of cats that are well looked after - Good space room, lovely balcony overlooking the beach - on site hairdresser and fitness suite - didn't use, fitness suite looked fairly small but option was there

Just a shame that the hotel owners (and others in the area we were told) co-operate with the leather goods company which doesn't seem to be all that reputable

Not really sure what to expect but nothing exciting. Staff member was a little too friendly with me but understanding of my mum's mobility issues. - cocktail menu for all inclusive was limited to 5 cocktails

- Could have had classes, tai chi and yoga but nothing communal. Had a games room but was always dark and nothing going on, tucked underneath the building and no announcements for activities

- ala carte restaurant closed. Snack restaurant was more for children / basic food rather than snacks. - no coffee or tea in rooms but there was a kettle & signs to say no food in rooms

- Abundance of ashtrays but no designated area for smokers, meant that non smokers were surrounded by cigarette smoke all over the resort. - Spa treatment was a bit underwhelming

Very good! Our favourite hotel! Everything is clean and cosy. Swimming pool is not big and it is in the shade but that was just exellent on the hot day.

Coffee and beer are good only in the lobby bar. An excellent option for reasonable money. The only downside for those who like to sleep early in building 1 is concerts until 23-00

I stayed in November 2025 just before it closed. The best value hotel in Alanya for price and quality! It has its own long, unpaved beach and a beautiful pier overlooking the fortress

Hi everyone, Recently we have been to Alaiye Kleopatra Hotel which is really really good ,excellent service and everything is superb. We are really grateful to everyone to make our holiday perfect

Having said that I have never been disappointed with the food. Every meal I've had has been excellent. Although breakfast is a bit hit and miss, my advice would be to find something you like and stick to it

The staff are amazing, they always work hard and nothing is too much trouble. I have seen some reviews saying the food isn't good so if you're a fussy eater then maybe this isn't the hotel for you

Waiters the best in the whole world - you have to look out for your dishes, because they will clean it very fast;) Rooms are clean, not bad view from the balcony. Close to the Kleopatra beach, where you have free wi-fi

you must try the massage at mehmets spa and sauna, also the hairdresser does a good job and a great pedicure , theres a great barman that looks a lot like Cristiano Ronaldo

Nice 4 star hotel, only a short walk from the beach. Staff are amazing and look after you really well. Rooms are basic but comfortable with excellent air conditioning (really handy when it's approx 40 degrees outside)

Breakfast is okay to survive but not good enough to enjoy and is the same every day. Sub par fried sausage that's incredibly dry, no choice of cold cuts, only some slices of finely ground something with pistachio bits

Good eggs made to order, then there's a oil soaked mixture of fried vegetables. Maybe that's what the Russians enjoy but luckily I'm not one of them

Overall good hotel if you can filter out the obnoxious Putin fans that plague this city

The Aria Riva Hotel was an amazing choice for our summer vacation in Alanya. The location is superb, close to everything: the bus station is a 2-minute walk, and the beach is just 2 minutes away
