The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. My room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable

A superb value stay with a pleasant breakfast. Room was outstanding on 1st floor. Clean, spacious with hot shower and kettle with bottled water and cups. Location in a quiet side street was excellent too

The location is perfect, right in the center, with easy walking distance to the port, castle, parks, and many local shops. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the staff was always kind and helpful

One of the most magical parts of my stay was the view from the bed – when I laid my head on the pillow, I could see the full moon rising directly in front of me. That alone made it unforgettable

The hotel ıs ın the perfect locatıon to get to the beach, teleferık, shops restaurants. The pool, although small was good especially on the hot days.

Quaint hotel close to the beach and a park. Friendly staff happy to help. Quiet place with a balcony to watch the world go by. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Loved staying here and would definitely come back. 👍

On arival, checkin was easy. The receptionist was very pleasant. The Hotel is in a great location. .The rooms although ɓasid were adequate.

Great location near a park and a public beach, which is very nice. We had a big balcony with a sea view. The room though was not very clean, there were stains on the towels and bedding

It was on the 4th floor without an elevator and with a very narrow staircase. No help was offered with the heavy luggage. The personnel were only nice to German guests, which were the majority

Big thanks to all of the staff. They changed our room for our request the very next day and they allways made a smile on our face. Look for Mustafa, he is such a kind and good person

If your looking for a basic, clean hotel in a good location, this is a place to consider! We ended up here after our original honeymoon fell through, however the staff couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating

The wi-fi is Free to use and sadly only usable at the hall. The usage of the air conditioner is also free. The bazaar and the beach is in 10 minutes walk. If we come back to Alanya, we will definitely have a stay here

I am giving it 5 stars because we had a pleasent stay. This is not a 5 star hotel, so keep your expectations low. the rooms clearly need some renevation, but other than that the hotel is pretty nice

He is allways there for you, if you have any questions and also makes you have a better mood. We liked the food, some meals were excelent, but dont expect to much

Only down fall was breakfast got repetitive. if you expect a full English breakfast every morning and chips with every meal this is not the place for you… however McDonald’s is just across the street

Hotel has have good employees.it is close to the sea and the hotel has a tunnel underground.foods is good 8/10.room 8/10 shower has have only hot water.One problem is persons hotels it's Russian people's

The Hotel is middle class hotel with clean and good service. Here is the main problem with its beach. It is rocky and not comfortable at all.

We had a great stay with brilliant facilities and excellent food. All the staff were very welcoming, but a special mention to Enver, who really looked after us throughout our holiday

There’s no real dress code for evening meals either some people were coming in swim wear which wasn’t so good The beach could so with a clean as again some guests decide to leave rubbish and cigarette ends in the sand and I didn’t see any staff combing the beach to clean it

Fab hotel, great location, clean rooms, array of food and considerate staff led by faruk and an excellent bar staff. Very lucky to experience this location; beach is a few metres away.

Everything was really delicious, the pool was refreshing and nice, the whole place had a good vibe, the exterior was amazing

Most of the days we went to the hotels beach across the street instead. The beach was amazing and the staff the was so friendly. Especially Ugur who works there, was one of a kind

The best hotel on Kleopatra beach. Great food, beach under the terrace without crossing the street. Free wifi, sunbeds and umbrella on the beach.

You can walk to many must see places of Alanya. The beach at Damlataş Area is the best one. Their breakfast fast always nice. Local and international guests preferred this hotel

Stuff and people from lobby are extremely polite and can find a solution for all problems. Good location because airport in 60km. Very tasty food and beverages 24/7 in access. Wonderful conception of the place

Friends, this is one of the best all-inclusive hotels I've ever stayed at! But you should be aware that this isn't a 5-star hotel with a huge grounds, dozens of activities, and 20 swimming pools

What you see in the photos is exactly what you'll get – incredible views of Alanya Fortress for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! New, clean rooms, a beach across the street, and excellent service

Its a really good hotel for the price. My favorite part of the hotel is the agora bar, where you could order drinks 24/7 and foods 11-18. The food there in my opinon where much better than at the buffet

The food was very very good. But I didn't like it very much in terms of cleanliness. But it was a nice hotel

Nice staff and 24 hours reception. Extra bed in the living room hard as the floor and the sofa must be worse. This was the only negative and should be more kitchen stuff than 1 of each

Great location close to everything and the beach

Nice hotel, very polite stay, however they have a serious cleaning issue, the celaing during the stay was almost zero and no amenities refill at all, we had to buy thses items our selves from the market, shampoo, soap which the minimum of each hotel

Stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed very much. Apartments are very well furnished and include a microwave which is unusual. Full size fridge with small freezer compartment. 2 ring hob and all utensils, cups, plates etc

You dont need to go out for this quality time. Just go downstair in the hotel and they are ready to take care of you. Both me and my wife enjoyed it very much and felt really good after the hamam

The food and drinks in the pool bar was way better than we thought,and good prices! There are some improvements needed-Better wifi and better stoves at the rooms. Other than that,no complains at all!We will be back 2025!

We have stayed here 7 times, spring and autumn. Derya at the reception, nice, always meets us with a smile, provides very good service. The furniture in the rooms is a bit old. We will come back, we like it here

Clean, tidy, family-friendly, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Having a suite while being able to use everything in the resort is a huge plus.

What’s great is that you can also use the facilities of the hotel next door — such as the pool — but food and drinks are not included. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a long stay

The air conditioning was very well priced and worth every penny! Location - short walk to the main '*****', small shop across the road, and pharmacy around the corner. Taxi or dolmus ride to old town

Service is superb! I came with my husband who is in a wheelchair and it worked very good! The food in All inclusive is very good and fresh. Every evening at the dinner they had barbecue open and it was delicious

The rooms are very clean, they clean 6 days in a week. We spent a lot of time by the pool and Ken, the entertainer is very sweet with the kids and takes care of all the guests

Behind the side bed there were cookie crumbs left by the previous customer, my baby started to pick them up which scared me especially with the COVID 19 pandemic. TVs are old but in a very good working condition

One thing to keep in mind: while it says the hotel has a beach, the beach isn’t actually included. It has the same owner, but you still need to pay to use the sunbeds, which we found a bit strange and unexpected

Since it’s an aparthotel, it would be great if they provided a few basics like dishwashing liquid, a sponge, salt, coffee, or tea. Small touches like that would really make a difference

These lovely people do everything for you to make you feel at home. Everyone has a smile and always time for a chat. Very clean rooms and if something is missing, immediate action is taken

The cleaner also did an amazing job, not only keeping everything spotless but also leaving some really cute little decorations in the room, which was such a lovely touch

Unbelievably Helpful, and very service minded and an easy stay! We got a room on the 7th floor, as we checked in late, we went down the morning after and spoke to them and were moved to the 2nd floor as I have poor walking

The rooms are large and spacious and very different but clean and neat. We got extra "duvet" without any problems. They have an outdoor swimming pool

The bar stays open for a long time and they make good non-alcoholic drinks. Unfortunately, the hotel did not have a patch but solved the problem in the best way. Whatever we have come up with, they have done their best

Their stairs down to the pool unfortunately have a black roof which gets incredibly hot in the sun and it doesn't go all the way up or down, so getting down to the pool/bar area is a bit of a challenge
