Good value for money. Small but clean rooms, welcoming staff etc. Good choise for spending night considering the location just a couple of minutes walking away from the center of Alanya.

We were happy to be close to the Bashkent hospital so we could visit our son a few times each day.

Wonderful location, very close to the beach, most friendly staff ever, clean, neat and welcoming. We stayed here for 3 weeks and we would have stayed even longer. Thank you to all the staff.

Amazing staff, amazing vibes definitely coming back to this place. The rooms are not 5 star crazy luxury, but again the price is a lot cheaper so makes sense

we were very satisfied with the hotel and staff location for the shopping and grocery stores and the beach close to the hotel and least of all good beds in front of the hotel nice view of the beach we will be back

But it’s relaxed, family owned and you create nice relationships with the staff that tend to your care 24/7. Lovely pool lounge, decent bar and the vibes are immaculate 10/10 experience

The pool was stone and freezing cold. Two single beds kept sliding apart, which wasn't ideal if you're traveling as a couple! Alanya's center is a good 3 km away

We booked this hotel via Apollo. And the first impression was fine for the price. The hotel staff was the nicest and most understanding people’s on earth. The first room we got was the A/C broken

I'm very impressed with the staff. The guy working nights has become a good friend. The rooms are clean in surface area, could be a bit better in vents and corners, but feels overall good

And with no discussion, we got another room instantly. The food here at the hotel was delecious and nothing to complain about! We had a nice holiday here at Lavinia

District: very safe and there are a lot of groceries around Recommend you to buy local tea and coffee Beach: clean but you have to pay for umbrella and other equipments

Inadequate airconditioning, too worm at night. Very very friendly workers. Nice food. No wifi. Nice pool.

Food: a lot of meat Drinks: beer, wine, juice, soda drinks Sea: a little bit far from hotel (20-25 minutes by foot). If you are an active person and see the local life, this hotel will be good for you

I also really liked the food, a special thanks to the guy who did the punkcakes, they are unrealistically delicious!:)) The hotel is fairly clean, and the room offers an incredible view

Very nice and cozy hotel in the centrum of Alanya. Nice food and helpful personal. The only problem is Internet. Very bad signal, even if you will pay for it separately for your room.

They did check in an printed off boarding passes! Jengis, the manager, Meltem, their 2 sons , Hassan and Ali plus Gulhan the chef and all the housekeeping team. Rooms are cleaned every day, beds/ towels every few days

Been to a lot of hotels, but this was one of the nicest without being too fancy that one would feel unfortable when walking around in flipflaps. Airy and bright rooms, actually 2 rooms

I visited this hotel for second year and it was great, again. Cleaners was very nearly and our room was cleened every day, cleen towels and liners too. All waitress team was very friendly and kindly

He is bad choise for this great hotel ?

Here's how I gave it 4 stars: Its gets 3 stars for the above mentioned, plus the toilet seats aren't in great condition. The rooms we got were not what was advertised on the website

It gets 4 stars for its selection & variety of foods, every day & night its different. You have starters, main course & desserts. If you have fussy eating kids like I do, then this is only reason it loses a star

Thanks to amazingly nice staff at the pool and the reception. Everything was more than we expected. Staff was always willing to do their best and we really enjoyed our time in Sifalar

The food is always fresh and tasty with lots of vegetables and fruit. The location is central, just a 5-7 minute walk from the beach

2 swimming pools, 1 with a slide, the kids & adults had so much fun in. It's a budget hotel, it's well worth the money we paid. If your looking for 5 star, this is not the place for you

A very good place to stay during a family vacation with kids. The room is spacious with two bedrooms, sitting room and a kitchen. The bathroom has a bath, the kitchen includes everything needed to cook a meal

The pool wasn’t the biggest(not really an issue) but then again it did the job as it wasn’t the busiest too. It’s surrounded by many shops even one just outside so if you ever wanted anything it was right there

Sunny pool to spend a whole day, good restaurant with drinks and coctails to keep you in a holiday mode! Next to Tuesday textile market and farmers’ market, plenty of supermarkets also in the vicinity

Obviously due to the heatwave it was difficult to walk around as a big family so we would often catch taxis- but if you are visiting out of summer or if you can take the heat- then you can literally walk to the beach and to the main shops and markets which are a bit further down the line

The year before we stayed in a 4* all inclusive resort and this was 3 times bigger! No it's not perfect in the sense that there's minor wear and tear but that's to be expected with the price we paid and it was more than perfect for us

The staff member who greeted us was lovely and upbeat despite the time and made a fuss of my children!! We were checked in promptly and shown to our room. The space was fantastic for us all

After reading the reviews I was really apprehensive having booked our family holiday here. So much so, I had anxiety on the plane before arriving

Hotel basic, but no complaints, bar staff lovely, food delicious, pool and other areas very clean, cleaners lovely too, beach just two minutes away

The room had good AC and a nice view over the pool and surrounding area. The bed was little hard but we slept well for the entire stay. The food at the resturant was very tasty and had a local feel to it

But, at least they have an elevator! Not professional workers, but they are really nice and casual! They have two pools

I advice this hotel were you need a queit place that is near to the city center (10 minutes with bus that costs only 50 cents) or you can walk for 25 minutes and enjoy the nice food and different shops along the street that is opposing the beach

perfect location, clean , and nice staff, you could walk to the beach within 3 minutes, they provide a free parking, I do recommend it for any family would like to spend good time in Alanya.

It’s located on street not so noisy and there are several shops and restaurants around. Even best car rent office is just across the street. Three beaches are at 5 min walk

You can walk to many must see places of Alanya. The beach at Damlataş Area is the best one. Their breakfast fast always nice. Local and international guests preferred this hotel

They have a great bar and restaurant that are ready to be open according to the guests' inquiries. I suggest you to spend most of your time and money there. You have the possibility to cook at rooms as well

It is an old hotel. But it is just 10 minute walk from the beach. There is free wifi in the lobby and on the room, but it is very slow… The breakfast was 60 NOK pr person, and was well spent money.

I had a wonderful experience were I could do many things simultaneously at the same place!I did my hair, my nails and my feet too as also my eyebrows! Özkan, the hairdresser is really amazing man! He used great products and reshaped my cut to give me a very healthy look!! and the result was adorable! I highly recommend him and his salon! I want to say thank you so much making me look and feel beautiful...

Visited Prince for a 2 weeksstay in 2014 with my son. Loved all of it, the room, the location, the waiters and the breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.

They have quite a bad soundproofing so earplugs are a must for light sleepers. 5/5 would stay here again, also the location is great

Balcony's are huge I was on 9th floor with an amazing view of the castle and the mountains. The pool bar and restaurant are reasonably priced and the boys who work in the bar are very attentive some more than others

It was my daughter's birthday when there and they made a fuss of her. Without a doubt the best thing about this hotel is the pool area it's small but adequate sun all day long just a shame it closes at 6

About a 10 min walk to the beach and close to all shops and bars. Turkish night is a Thursday and well worth the money defo give it a go. All in all a great hotel and will most definitely be back

I'm just back from here with my daughter. Rooms are more than adequate with good enough cleaning. C is an extra charge so we slept with doors and windows open. Kitchen is good enough for a basic cook

There is a sok shop next door and a market store open till late further down the road a little is an alcohol shop with has the most amazing prices for wine

so good option when we compare it with it's price, every thing good , I gaved 3 stars just because of so weird something they have it's when u want to use air conditioning u should pay 150 Turkish lira , it's so weird thing really, bit other sides every thing is good

You won't expect much from a cheap hotel, however location makes the difference.

For that price you have only that room... Very old and dirty. There is no body at reception. I stayed only one night to sleep I don't recomend for holiday

Only thing I missed was a bigger pool area. Almost forgot…restaurant food was excellent value and tasted good! Many thanks to all workers at the hotel for making it a special holiday for us!

Hotel is situated in a walking distance from the center and 500 meters away from the beach. There's a bus stop infront of the hotel for a local bus and also a taxi button. Hotel is also near the long distance bus station

Air condition costs about 35e for a week and safety box is in rooms and costs 5e. The hotel has a pool for adults and a separate one for small kids

We had a brilliant time at this apartment hotel! Staff is so helpful and friendly! A special thanks to the brilliant Jakop who makes everyone feel so welcome and looked after, he even remember your name! They offer free wifi and buffet breakkie was included in the price
