The beach is very dirty, the sand is imported and dusty, the entrance to the sea is rocky. At an early night departure on a tour do not give a lunchbox with breakfast. The food is delicious and always varied

The English is amazing from all staff and nothing is a problem, our room was cleaned every morning with fresh bottled water and fresh towels, there is food and drink round the clock with something for everyone and always something new to try

Transfer is very long 3 hours and multiple stops for us to spend money lol The flooring around the pool is extremely slippery! Be careful when crossing roads as cars don't stop

The hotel is always helpful with special arrival requests, making sure everything is adapted to wherever you are coming from or heading to next. The staff are always helpful and smiling, and the food is excellent

It was a very nice experience in the hotel, the staff are so friendly, kind. The food is tasty, personally I loved it. The animation team is very nice, every time made us happy with their games, aqua rumba

We was originally booked in to another hotel, but they had no rooms ready, resulting in spending night in reception, we came to this hotel the following morning and the man in reception gave us 2 rooms and was extremely helpful, everywhere looked clean and modern, food was ok, no toaster though (gutted) pool was good,not much choice o drinks, close to shops and beach, entertainment guy was a good laugh...

Guys, it's just an incredible place. Grilled fish and meet, fresh salads and fruits. Recommend to visit SPA in Hotel and massage. Prices are cheap for this level of service! Staff are very friendly and helpful

Me and my family stayed here for 21 nights (01. I need to say,that we were really pleased. The food was really good,and the workers in the restaurant and the reception were always friendly and interested

They clean once every three days. Water, soap, gel, shampoo, and towel changes are available every day. The food is a buffet, and there is plenty of food that is delicious

Animation Team 10/10. I was 14 days in the Hotel and the Animation Team were always very funny and gave everyday Their best to entertain the people with shows, Games and more 👍🏻

Stayed at the grand Kaptan for 7 nights. Service - When we arrived we were greeted well and our bags taken up to our room and given a welcoming drink. We checked in late but there was food to offer in midnight soup

In the evenings, the ambiance with soft lighting and a peaceful atmosphere created a truly romantic setting. This hotel is definitely a great choice for those who want to relax and create beautiful memories

Throughout our stay all the members of staff we interacted with were very polite and helpful. Special mentions to Mustafa and Ebra (there were more but we didn’t get there names)

I liked the big pool the most, as well as the rooftop bar, from where you can watch Alaniya's lights in the evening

This hotel is exactly as advertised on their website or Booking. The location is amazing as it’s 3 minutes walk to the beach and the Main Street with shops is also on your doorstep

I booked a room with sea view, which was great the only thing was my lock didn’t work and the shower was leaking, but I didn’t see that as a big deal. I would recommend taking ear plugs if you are a light sleeper

But the day before my departure I got food poisoning and spent my last day in the room, close to the toilet hoping I will be well enough for my flight the next day in the morning

The hotel is brilliantly located by the lovely sandy Kleopatra beach. It is a well run hotel with an international atmosphere

There is little market shop as a part of hotel complex, with very cheap magnets, cigarettes and designer bags

Another plus is the hotel's private beach, accessible via an underpass. The only thing I miss is the water slide, which is still visible in the photos, but unfortunately, it's gone

Nice and helping personal room are very clean, confortable beds. Pool area are big, sunny and good services. Thuis was 2nd times we booked this hotel in 2 years. Many shops in area and very nice waking beach way

As promised, I returned to my favorite hotel for the third time, and once again, I wasn't disappointed! Even though the season is ending, nothing has changed for the worse

This is a nice hotel, the location is great, the sea is warm and the beach is just across the street. Food is delicious, a bit repetitive but there is always something for everyone

The price performance of the hotel was good. The beach, which is independent of the hotel, is known as Alanya beach, which is rocky.

Room was comfortable with a southerly aspect and gorgeous sea view, although the neighbours were sometimes noisy at night. Basically, you get what you pay for and in that respect the Sultan should not disappoint

Nice on the surface, but mostly just a facade. At first glance, the hotel looks great – the location is excellent, we had a lovely view from the balcony, and areas like the pool and lobby are well maintained

Good atmosphere, pool cold but it’s not summer yet. Will warm up, warmed up as the week went on as it was raining the week prior to us coming. A very good 4 star based on what we paid

All personal are affable and knows 3-4 languages. Hotel have 2 bars one in pool zone one in lobby. Bar menu is standard: gintonic, vodka, beer, coffee and tea. If you want more they have tequila and else but for 40tl

We recently stayed at Saritas Hotel in Alanya and overall had a pleasant experience. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and the staff was consistently polite and helpful throughout our stay

The location is definitely one of the hotel’s strong points—right in front of the beach and well-connected to the city centre, making it ideal for families. The hotel was always clean and well-maintained

While we weren’t offered a different room, the staff responded quickly and resolved the issue efficiently. One major downside was the lack of clarity regarding the “All Inclusive” service

We went half board and it was plenty with breakfast and dinner as there is loads of restaurants and bars around

You're virtually on the beach, and a taxi rank outside which is cheap enough to get around alanya to do all the sites. There is plenty of sun loungers around all the pools

The drinks at each bar were very good and there was a wide selection. The hotel also hosted many attractions, such as a foam party by the pool, discos, vocal performances, and various shows

The only downside was that when midnight struck on the terrace by the main bar, and guests were still sitting with their drinks, all the lights were suddenly turned off without prior notice that the space was closing

I had a wonderful stay at Kleopatra Beach Hotel! The location is perfect, just steps from the sea, and the rooms were always clean and comfortable. The food was tasty with plenty of variety each day

Our room was supposed to be an apartment with a balcony overlooking the pool area. Well, it was, but the view was blocked by a large conifer. The cleaning was good in our apartment

The pool isn't allowed after 7:00 PM. When I returned the day I checked out and told them I forgot my charger, they weren't very attentive. After I insisted, they called someone to ask and said it wasn't in my room

When we checked in, they gave us a room in a different building. It still belongs to the hotel, but it seems like it was added later. The hotel waiters are friendly and understanding, and the food is decent

The hotel has a good location, about a 15-minute walk from the city center or €4 by taxi (€6–7 in the evenings)

I stayed in Alanya at the Grand Okan Hotel. It's a 4-star hotel, and I stayed there for almost a month

The location is excellent, less than 100 meters from the sea, and they have everything they need for food: meat, fish, fruit, and vegetables. The staff is fantastic, from the cleaning lady to the manager

It was clean enough, the food was varied, and, most importantly, it was located near the beach. But one thing was very disappointing: the men at reception. They didn't smile at all and looked sullen

coming to Alanya almost 20 years. Friend of ours from Germany Heinz is coming to this hotel for many many years and because he was friends with staff and management we went there to eat on invitation last autumn

Two pools with pool bars where the staff feels a bit unengaged. A bit difficult to get sunbeds if you come during the day. Good water slides and playground for the children

The hotel is facing the sea, which was convenient, but they don't have their own beach so you have to pay, and unfortunately it was quite dirty. If you can, go to Kleopatra Beach instead

There was a small issue with our first room, but after reporting it to the reception, it was quickly resolved — we got a new room with a stunning view of the sea and the castle on the Alanya peninsula

There was no beach bar, which the hotel explained was due to the end of the season, but there were free soft drinks dispensers available, so that made up for it

We also want to mention a particular young man who worked mainly at the pool bar – he was incredibly helpful and kind, a real credit to the hotel
