A really nice place at the center of the town. The customer service is perfect, they find solutions for everything. It has elevator and ramps , also everything is clean. We wish to visit this place again.

We have just left Park Hotel, we stayed in room 409. First i want to say that we have enjoyed our stay in the Hotel, it has been fully refurbished and modernised. Its also very very clean and safe

Friendly staff and manager. Perfect location and our balcony had a beautiful view to the mountains and the streets and the boats. Cosy pool and breakfast, lovely cheeseburgers too. Thank you!

Its in a great location where everything is minutes away, The food in the hotel was also great, the Breakfast included was ok for us, its not great by any means but it was fine for the 3 of us

For the money its very good! The location is great to cuz theres alot of music and bars and resturant and bazars👍 The internett wasnt the best but on a holiday you should just enjoy the place❤️ I liked the place alot!👌👌

There is a mosque nearby which may wake you up early if you are sensitive sleeper AND prefer to sleep with open Balcony door(didn't wake me with closed door and I consider myself sensitive sleeper, while my wife didn't wake even with open door)

The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and the city center, so in this regard it is convenient

I would like to thank Gökhan and Laura first of all, they create comfort with their presence, when you get to this hotel you plunge into the care of these workers, they will do everything possible for you and even more, everywhere we pay for the service, but there is no such attitude towards customers nowhere

The room with sea view and balcony was so beutiful and I loved the music from the beach/pool club outside. The pool-area attached to the hotel had over class service, beautiful beach and great food and drinks

I also want to note that the hotel is located in an ideal location, everything is within walking distance, wonderful staff also work in the pool

My room was on the 4th floor, it has an amazing sea view, but it doesn't fit 2 people, it is small, couldn't place big bags, but overall it was clean and nice

Location is perfect, not too far from centre but close enough. There is a motorway front of hotel but noise don’t bother if your room is on seaside. Free sun-beds on the beach and beach is just front of the hotel

The location is very central, right by Kleopatra beach at the base of the cable car up to the castle, near the Tourist Office, Alanya Archeological Museum and Damlatas Cave

This is a basic hotel that is good value for money, but not luxurious. The economy room was clean and comfortable, no balcony, chair, table and desk inside. The bathroom had shower, toilet and sink, all worked fine

The all you can eat breakfast buffet was good: cereal, milk, boiled eggs, Turkish cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, salads, oranges, apples, bread, jams, butter, tea and coffee. WiFi is good but no downloads

The food is super good, especially the deserts. I liked that the hotel has this kitsch vibe. The rooms are simple but the pool area is nice and the sea is super close. I really liked that the area is not too crowded.

Alright rooms, food is edible but definitely recommended to get great food nearby, the beach is fine, definitely not the worst i have ever seen. The swimming pool is great but can be a little crowded at times.

The Hotel is middle class hotel with clean and good service. Here is the main problem with its beach. It is rocky and not comfortable at all.

The Personal was very kind and always tried to help. That they have a beachticket included is awsome and the according beach nr 6 is very nice to visit and swim in too. I dont have any complains at all. Will come back

Not far from the harbor park and a place to ride the cruise. I like the atmosphere of this hotel to be very quiet, especially in the swimming pool they are very clean and calming. I will come back to stay here

Toilet does not work when you wash, and we didn’t have any thing in the room like glas to drink and the room doesn’t have refrigerator, but the location is perfect and fantastic, near the beach and center.

Budget hotel just 5 min walk to Kleopatra Beach, IMHO the best beach on all Antalya coast.

Helpful and friendly staff. Good Turkish breakfast, always with fresh vegetables and fruit. More than priceworthy. Really good restaurant.

The accommodation was very old and the breakfast was awful. It consisted of olives, cheese, parsley, and hard-boiled eggs. The bread was served in large plastic bags, which looked the same for a week

Cheap and cheerful, exactly what I wanted, decent bathroom, clean bed, hairdryer, mini fridge. Safe (I didn't use) wifi worked well. I checked out before breakfast so can't comment

The staff were nice; when we asked the cleaning lady what to do and showed her what to do, she did it. Hygiene, however, is a different matter

The pool could be open longer (only works until 6pm), it is very difficult to have service by the pool (although there is a bar structure there) and they make you pay extra daily rates if you want to use the wifi and air conditioning

So honestly I would recommend this hotel to be visited, if you are staying for 2-3 nights, it actually fine and good especially if you wanna research the city you are staying in

This hotel is semi pansion, it has best location in the center of Alanya, close to all sightseeing. Simple, cozy, with reasonable price. Staff is so friendly and helpful, and service is good. I would stay there again.

The men are absolute predators and make women feel very unsafe therefore please take this into consideration before booking. Other than that the pool is Lovely, and the beach is nice but the walk there is not

The food is Turkish, fresh salads, mixture of different choices every night Fresh bread with every meal. Desserts look and taste delicious. This is not a fast food restaurant no pizza, no burgers and chips

We arrived at midnight so we're not overly aware where we were. The room is cleaned daily and is spotless. The reception staff are friendly and very happy to help

I must stress how brilliant the staff were helpful friendly in every way particularly the young lady on reception. The Turkish bath experiance costs extra but is sooo worth it!! We would visit again without concern

Hotel is slightly tired in places, however for the price paid it was very good, clean large room, food was good if for an English taste a little different at times

The room is cleaned every day, you get new towels every day, the cleaners are very nice, one day they cleaned while we were not in the room and when we came back from the beach an elephant made of towels was waiting for us, it was so cute

We had breakfast included in the price, the food was excellent, every day we had boiled eggs, salads, three types of olives, various types of cheese, bread, watermelon, pears, strawberry and cherry jam, chocolate cream, corn flex, biscuits, milk, and on different days there were omelettes, sausages, mushrooms, cheese rolls, potatoes and French fries

But we would especially single out Ayhan who welcomed us, talked to us every day, socialized with us, helped us with everything, that man knows absolutely everything and does 5 jobs in one, he is always smiling, in the mood for a story, and does his best to make you feel at home

I really liked the staff of the hotel Mehmet, Ayhan, Emre, Can, they work like bees, they are very friendly and attentive, they created a pleasant atmosphere, the hotel is located very close to the sea on the best Kleopatra beach, delicious dinners, the staff constantly cleans the room, we were pleasantly surprised and we can recommend this hotel for a holiday

Ive been to this hotel twice but seriously they have improved a lot . First time was hell then they gave me a complementary stay and its like a new place, plus it is 100m away from the sea.

The restaurant manager is very nice and helpful. Everything is close, the beach is across the street. I recommend it

We had a really comfortable stay at Wien Star Hotel. The room was spacious and clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, WiFi in the room and the shower was powerful and wonderfully hot

Here are the things that in our opinion are negative at the hotel: No pool, boring breakfast with limited selection of bread, meat, jam, juice etc

We must praise the housekeeper Ajse — the bedding and towels were changed regularly, and the hygiene was at a high level. The food in the restaurant was delicious and diverse, and the kitchen staff was very hospitable

What a perfect hotel for the price we paid, women manager was lovely and helped with better rooms for me and my friends, cleaners were FANTASTIC! nothing ever went missing / touched

The location is perfect, near the beach 1 minute walk, there are shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel looks very clean and elegant so are the rooms (very big, much light and not noisy)

The food is great there is different options everyday and wide range of cakes you can also get food from the pool cafe snackbar wich include burgers waffles icecream and much more and also a cake pastry corner The only downside is there is no entertainment at night and with all the food options you might come back home a few lbs heavier

Rooms are clean and all of them have sea view and that is the problem: right in front of the hotel there is an avenue with a lot of traffic and the windows can't filter the noise

The food was great though and they had a lot of choices to satisfy everybody. You have access to a swimming pool and sauna/massage area (though you have to pay for massage)

The hotel is privately owned, not too big and with a good location. Suite (WC bidet was extra +) with marvelous sea view over Cleopatra beach. Very friendly and helpful staff

In Turkey it were our first visit and we choose hotel CELINE with KLEOPATRA beach. Excellent hotel, quiet, friendly, clean, with very nice view, very delicious meal, perfect staff -＞ very heart and everything worked

You can sit in the lobby enjoying a beverage watching the paragliders landing to the beach which is like 30 meters from the hotel. Overall a great stay, will absolutely come here again

Everything is in walking distance shops, mini supermarket, beach is across the road but please be careful NOT to send your children across that road by themselves, they just honk, you also need water socks for the beach as the sand is like lava in August, overall I’m very pleased with the service I received at this hotel

Just stayed here over xmas with my friend in 2 rooms. Id already read reviews so was awre of good and bad points already on here. It is true that i guess it well located near beach some shops and restaurants

I spoke with other guests who said he was selling excursions. I didnt visit for excursions and if i was id shop around to buy so didnt go back. Other spoke of this reps rudeness to them and the next day witnessed it

We arrived late tired and were given out of hours food basic but welcome. The food overall i found good. It was nice to eat varied foods with different options daily. My friend however missed usual diet from uk

HOWEVER!! We were disapointed in with some things. Already we had read reviews about noise issues already. Ok thin walls maybe unsolvable but noise on marble floors with other guests moving furniture not been addressed

My tv never worked in room wasnt there to watch tv so wasnt bothered. Cleaners were very friendly and cleaned room well when wanted. This is not a plush hotel but good enough for what we wanted at a good price

Our main criticism though aswell as others we spoke to was the rude abrupt attitude from the HOLIDAY REP. Almost 24 hr journey and first day letter posted under room door to say we must attend a meeting 10am

Small restaurants and shops around (also larger Migros within 5 mins walk) it is very convenient base for a week long vacation for adults. Dont count on having a pool - while it exists, it is mainly without sunshine

Go to their co-op beach instead. Breakfast plate is not much to rave about - we brought youghurt with us every morning. But the tea and bread is fresh and service speedy

It's a 5-minute walk to the sea through its own underground tunnel, sun loungers, umbrellas, you can always find a place. The food is not very varied, but you won't go hungry

The view from the room is great, the level matches the stars. After breakfast, by 10 o'clock they prepare pita, the grandfather cooks it, it's very tasty

We stayed at this hotel from 11. Overall, it's a good hotel, if you don't find fault with everything, then it's fine

When I expressed my frustration, the hotel manager reacted very aggressively, spoke rudely, and at the end of the conversation, tried to delete something (presumably a complaint or my booking)

The hammam is only available for an extra charge, despite there being no hot water in my room. The hotel staff are rude and unapproachable. I even spoke to them in Turkish

The pool then shut for rest of the day and it was inconvenient to then move and go elsewhere with no sunbeds left etc on the island. When talking to guest relations about it, they didn’t really care

- constant people walking around trying to sell cocktails, tattoos, restaurant bookings, strawberry’s, spa etc not very relaxing or expected at all inclusive - the pool closed on 4 separate occasions due to people pooing in the pool

We went back to the room earlier than planned on our last day due to pool closing and they wouldn’t refund the late check out we had paid for
