This hotel must be approached adequately. What do you want from a 3 star hotel? All the necessary minimum is there: they will give you food, they will pour beer, there is a swimming pool

On the plus side, friendly staff and walking distance to the beach. On the downside, the rooms are small and the quality of the cleaning leaves much to be desired

There was a pool on the rooftop, and there was also a bar there. Breakfast was great in the morning, and you wouldn't leave hungry. There was a small water park nearby

Good breakfast! Only the internet didn't work ok because some cables were being changed during the period when I was accommodated, but I think that in the summer months everything will be fixed!

You should be aware that there is no elevator, so if you have difficulty walking, you should not use this hotel. And not if you are overweight, as the entrance to the shower cabin is just over half a meter

It's mostly locals who live here and that's also the vibe you get. When you come down in the evening, they're sitting outside playing a board game and you really get the authentic Turkish atmosphere

The hotel is located across the street from 2 Cleopatra Beach. Its proximity to the sea is its draw. It's a bit far from the city center, but you can get there by bus. The room we were given for two was large

The hotel ıs ın the perfect locatıon to get to the beach, teleferık, shops restaurants. The pool, although small was good especially on the hot days.

The hotel is located 2 minutes from the Cleopatra beach. I think all the guests appreciated it! The price included accommodation + breakfast. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning works great

The buffet is pretty much the same every day. The swimming pool area is too small for the number of residents (you can use the free shuttle bus to the beach as a compensation). You have to be lucky to stay connected

Ok hotel. Needs a few no smoking tables. People smoke everywhere and both kids and non smoking adults have to sit in the smoke both when eating and when sitting at pool. Kind staff, rooms are ok. Food is really nice!

All inclusive service but they doesnt fill full the glasses when we had just 2-3 drinks per day because we were outside all day. Receptionists are same impassiv except the night porter he was friendly alone

The only thing not average about this hotel is the staff. They are really friendly and extremely helpful. Everything else is average, hence the price and the number of stars this hotel carries (three)

Great location close to everything and the beach

A decent hotel that sits just off the main road, good food & comfortable rooms. Only 5min walk to the beach.

Nice staff and 24 hours reception. Extra bed in the living room hard as the floor and the sofa must be worse. This was the only negative and should be more kitchen stuff than 1 of each

Apart from the internet problems which I don't know if you care about, then it's an amazing hotel and I would highly recommend it.

Nice hotel, very polite stay, however they have a serious cleaning issue, the celaing during the stay was almost zero and no amenities refill at all, we had to buy thses items our selves from the market, shampoo, soap which the minimum of each hotel

The downsides were the internet (charged €2 per night per phone, so quite expensive for families) and the beach, which wasn’t clean and had sunbeds packed tightly together. The poolside sunbeds, however, were much better

Overall: Great food and pool, but the hotel needs to improve room cleanliness and beach facilities

On the positive side, the food was absolutely amazing: fresh, lots of variety, and very cleanly prepared. Drinks were available all day, and the pool area was really nice

The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned — only about two times during the whole stay — and we noticed stains on the sheets and towels, which isn’t what you’d expect from a four-star hotel

Evenings had a DJ, but the music was mostly aimed at Russian guests. Staff were very friendly, though communication in English was a bit limited

Everything was just beautiful. You have to pay the WiFi separately though which was an unexpected thing to do, but at least you get free juice🤌

The pool is the cleanest pool and the best thing is that there was no noise from children, no music, no garbage after russian tourists! Here one could enjoy relaxation and a beautiful view of the botanical garden

This is their territory, and we are only guests. Right across the road is the beach line (recommend beach N 8) and water sports. I will definitely come back here with the whole family

It was really relaxing and my private villa for a week! 😍 The staff is super friendly and you find yourself in a real family where you are taken care of and any issue is resolved! The receptionist speaks english and he is always happy to help you

The most important thing in the Merhaba hotel is a beautiful garden, a quiet atmosphere, kindly staff, calmness and the feeling that u really relaxing here! (this is my 183 hotel and my time at Merhaba hotel was perfect 10+)

Location of the hotel was the first reason, why I have chosen exactly Sevki Bey - just 3 minutes on foot to get the beach! You can pay for chaise-longue on reception, but we were with our own mat for free

We had a room on the second floor with a seaview, it is the view that I dreamed about! You wake up and enjoy the sea from the window

This is an ideal hotel! We were here 2 weeks and it was one of the best holidays ever. Staff is very helpful, you can ask them any question and they will solve any problem. m and they prepared for us lunch

The view to the garden is also picturesque, the territory is big enough and there are a lot of plants. Rooms are spacious and clean, maids are friendly with guests and make their work in right way

Faruk games are great !! volleyball, waterpolo, darts, gymnastics, pool, table tennis, mini disco all awesome I enjoyed my full week stay here so much even though I was recovery from a surgery I did here in Alanya, I recommend 100% this hotel!! One suggestion WiFi can be better, very weak on higher floors and is always asking for password

In June we had a lovely holiday, the food was great , the beach in addition to being free, slides and an indoor mini club for our kids to be it was really good. The Feast of the sacrifice, we're definitely come back here

Strategy place of hotel is great, near the sea and city center, and castle. Food in hotel are not the best... but hotel staff great! I think in future i will come back!

Upon arrive at Guler Hotel i dar greeted with warmth and hospitality, the room des clean and Y dud not encounter anya dificulties during the entire stay.

There was a problem with the shower heads in the rooms. When this price is included in the location, I can say that it offers an ideal accommodation.

We had become particularly good friends with the receptionist "Emrah". He was always smiling and very polite. Additionally, the location was excellent, close to the beach, the city, and lovely restaurants/cafés

Quite good for the price (off-season ~200€ for a week). The rooms are very simple, the beds are hard (suitable for some). Refrigerator (quite big not just a minibar), safe, dressing table. Furniture is old and worn out

Guests were not allowed to bring in visitors, and it was preferred not to be loud despite the fact that it's an adult-only hotel, and during the period from March to May, there may be loud young guests

It was nice, December, little stuff and key at door didn't work first day, but it was all in all good 4 this price. Met good people there and had a great time. Room is only cleaned if you tell them.

They have 2 pools which are quiet as they don’t get much sun due to the buildings - the beach is a much better choice. Couple of nights was live music

Im a bit late posting this review but better late than never. I stayed at Sunprime Alanya beach hotel on 10th of September for 7 days & it was amazing from start to finish

Guessing it was the time of year, but nightlife bit non existent in the bars locally, with all music off by midnight or further into town near the port it’s 1am. They then have silent discos which is weird

On arrival we got a private taxi that took nearly 2 hours as they stop for a break! but can cost anything up to £100. Would advise pre booking for cheaper. Thanks to all the staff for a great stay!

The hotel is good, we've stayed there a couple of times but every time we've found some disadvantages, in the room 506 was smell and the toilet sink🚽 was broken, in another room 402 we had to stay without shower 🚿, a hairdryer was broken (we told about it to staff but nobody came up), no blankets, at least we could use air-conditioning to warm

But anyway we're going to come again and maybe next time they'll give us a better room and service 🤔. thanks for breakfast 🥞 and the view from the window

We were at the sea, the water is super, the view is beautiful, the restaurant is also located right on the seashore, which is also very convenient

We were very pleased with Binyer. It has a nice atmosphere inside. Its beach is nicer compared to the places I've been to before. Only its own food is good for its price. The dessert variety could be a little more
