This hotel was very dirty, pool area was never cleaned with cigarette ends laying all around, pool was never cleaned and the loungers were falling apart. The bar ran out of glasses every lunch time and dinner time, they also ran out of all alcohol twice. There was not enough seats for people and ran out of knives multiple times. There was regularly a foul smell coming from the bar area as well. The room was dusty and dirty with poor repairs showing in ever corner, the toilet would not flush and the walls were paper thin. The staff were okay, mainly young lads who spoke no English or Russian,(this seems to be a Russian hotel) and would loiter about block paths. Seen 1 lad clean the restaurant and lounge floors daily. Unfortunately this turned the whole floor into a ice skating rink. The food was pretty good, plenty of fresh fish other than that was chicken daily always had plenty of choice and was cooked very well. After all this we still had a great time there, met some fantastic people and it was very cheap

AVOID.!!! DIRTY ROOMS !! POOL AREA NEVER CLEANED !! SUN LOUNGERS FEW AND BROKEN DIRTY GLASSES ( if you can get one) !!COFFEE MACHINE BROKEN!!FOOD RUBBISH!! RUDE STAFF !! 4 FLOORS NO LIFT ! DRAIN COVERS STICKING UP READY TO FALL ON TAB DUMPS AROUND THE POOL ..NOT ONE GOOD THING ABOUT THIS HOTEL .. OH SORRY LOCATION WAS GOOD .. MAYBE BUY A TENT AND PUT IT OUTSIDE INSTEAD !!!!!!!!!

Rated this hotel 1star only because there wasn't a minus option. It was absolutely disgusting,it should be pulled down We arrived at 11 pm to be told our room would not be ready until 2.30 am. It was filthy, I complained nxt morning & they gave us another room which wasn't much better but realised the whole hotel was rotten. We spent the whole of our 1st day trying to find another hotel but everywhere was fully booked so we had to make the most of it. The food was awful& the bbq chef cooked the food with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth. The barman was very rude ,they ran out of beer 1 day & wine the next which was bad since thats all they served unless you wanted a soft drink. It was supposed to be All inclusive but only a main restaurant for breakfast, lunch & dinner. No pool bar or snack bar as stayed on the hotel description. Everything was dropping to bits cracked floors,ripped furniture,dirty showers & the sunbeds were falling apart . I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone it is a sh**hole.

Women, stay away from this place!
My experience at this hotel was extremely negative. I traveled from the United States to Turkey for a vacation with my girlfriend, and during our stay, I noticed that one of the waiters was flirting with her. At first, I thought it was just friendly attention, but things escalated quickly. The waiter not only made inappropriate advances but also attempted to drug her by mixing something into her drinks and water.
This behavior is completely unacceptable and poses a serious threat to guest safety. The fact that an employee of the hotel felt entitled to act in such a manner is alarming. I immediately reported this incident to the relevant authorities at the hotel, as they must take immediate action to address such misconduct.
I want to share this experience to warn others about the potential dangers at this establishment. It is crucial for hotels to ensure the safety and well-being of their guests, and unfortunately, this hotel failed in that regard. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a safe and enjoyable vacation.

The hotel (all inclusive ) is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
We complained about our room to be upgraded to another to be told I have to pay £30 cash (no card) the room is diabolical, the fridge barley worked and was disgusting, the shower you had a choice of 3rd degree burns or freezing cold.
The food was the same every day, I’m sick of chicken.
The all inclusive included wine, vodka, gin or larger.
On the 4th day we filled up our bottles of water from the machine to find maggots in it, we had been drinking this all week.
Staff wise a couple of the young lads was nice.
Never again, I will always read the reviews from this point on.

I didn't want to give 1 star. This place is disgusting it's dirty. Even a dog from off the street urinated up the wall, wiped his paws on the way out. I wouldn't even keep pigs in it. I've never seen anything like it. it's like a hotel from hell.. we had to transfer to another hotel.. staff are rude and don't help. the management is a joke . We were allocated an 'eco' room, but we're recommended to upgrade to a standard room, hmm, wallpaper peeling off the walls, dirty, and pokey...I'm glad I didn't get to see the eco if that was standard !! Oh , and it was made clear that I must pay for the upgrade by cash only...the next day we arranged another hotel and got out of there, soon was not fast enough, and when I requested that my upgrade fee be refunded in cash, I was told they knew nothing about it and could do nothing. It's quite simple, don't go there !!

I’m writing this review fresh because I just checked out of this Hotel. First of all the room that they promised was not given to us and we had to live in a 2 squared filthy room filled with dirt on the floors which they never wiped for the upcoming five days that we lived there. There was also cloged showers drains and poor water pressure. The sheets were also dirty and even though it looked like the staff was changing them they were only rearranging the dirty sheets and other orders so the dirtiness will not show up even though it always did. After we managed to get another room for the last two nights, the room seemed tidier yet there was a cockroach in there. Talking about the food. it was repeating all over the week. The only fun part was when there was a Turkish national holiday they gave us cake. some sauces even had some hairs in them, which afterwards seeing I could not eat more. The scenery was fine but the boys working there were disrupting our relax, by yelling or walking around with pool flooties and hitting them on the floor to make sound. It’s not like we expected five star hotel treatment it’s just that the only people treated very nicely were Russians which had a population of 95% of the Hotel. Either way, if you didn’t not speak the Russian language or Turkish, you could barely manage to speak to the stuff. Every evening there was a dj during dinner, which was very disruptive, because we could barely hear each other over the music. I’m deeply disappointed by the food the cleanliness of the room and the overall appeal to the European tourists. I think for the week but will not be ever returning. Don’t recommend.

arrived at 2110 to find dinner finished no snacks so had to go out for food. given twin room when had upgraded paid for a triple for extra space told had to wait two days for a bigger room no compensation offered. hotel description is totally wrong photos must be 10-20 years old cos it looks nothing like it. Free water is from a tap. Spirits vodka whiskey or rum only from small bottles beer on tap one blend and given in small plastic cups no ice. Breakfast salads cheese continental sausage or dry cereal no milk available until last 2 days. Different options each day which looked like uncooked omelet hot dogs and once pancakes. They cater for Russians and Germans only so be aware. Lunch and dinner often unrecognisable or inedible. Meat always cooked via skewer at night kidney stew fried whole fish rice runny mash chips once spaghetti once. Always lots of salad choice made with cabbage. Soup guess the flavour was nice twice bread smothered with flies had butter once margarine once and not again. No fruit until dinner time then watermelon sliced last night a few bananas and oranges appeared quickly snapped up. Usual sponge cake or gelatine desserts. Pools dirty and sunbeds only at small pool. No wifi working. First room a cold shower only able to open toilet door part way as hit bed and couldn’t shut door or lock. Second room fourth floor no balcony or terrace a very small window shower a trickle hot or freezing staff don’t speak English RUNDOWN DONT GO HERE U WILL REGRET IT
