Reviews
The breakfast selection was very limited and repetitive, with no fresh juices available—only concentrates. Dinner was equally monotonous, with nearly the same food served every day and no themed evenings or variety. Surprisingly, there were often no teaspoons available, and I had to ask for them repeatedly before eventually giving up.
During lunch one day, I was told that the tomato juice was finished and was advised to walk to another bar to get one. As a guest who had come to have lunch, I did not expect to leave the restaurant in search of a drink. Only after speaking with a manager was someone sent to bring it.
Housekeeping was also disappointing. The floor in our room was not properly cleaned until we specifically requested it. It appeared that vacuuming was rarely, if ever, done.
The entertainment was very poor, and the music was turned off every day at 11:00 PM, leaving very little evening atmosphere for guests.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but the service, food quality, housekeeping standards, and entertainment fall well short of what should be expected from a 5-star resort. Based on my experience, I would not return to this hotel and would not recommend it to travellers looking for a genuine 5-star holiday experience.
RE: Response to the Owner's Reply Regarding Our Stay:
Thank you for your response.
I appreciate the efforts made by the Guest Relations team and the involvement of the General Manager during our stay. However, the fact that concerns were raised and discussed during our holiday does not change the experience we had or the impressions we formed as paying guests.
My review reflects my personal experience and observations during our 8-day stay. While I understand that guests may have different expectations, some of the issues mentioned were not a matter of preference but of service quality and consistency. For example, having to repeatedly request basic items, such as teaspoons, being told to obtain drinks from another location during lunch service, and needing to specifically request additional room cleaning are experiences that I would not expect at a property marketed as a 5-star resort.
I acknowledge that the hotel has positive aspects, including its location and pleasant atmosphere, and I reflected those positives in my review. However, I believe it is equally important to provide honest feedback regarding areas where, in my opinion, the hotel falls short of the standards associated with a 5-star experience.
Guest assistance during a stay is appreciated, but it does not automatically negate the issues that led to the requests for assistance in the first place. My review was written to provide an honest and balanced account of my experience for future travellers.
I've stayed in many hotels over the years, but this is the first one that has ever made me want to return. That alone says everything. 😉
From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt completely relaxed. The location is simply beautiful and has such a peaceful atmosphere.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed.
The food was excellent, with so much variety every day. I'm not a big eater, but somehow I still came home a little heavier! 😊
There were bars all around the resort, so it was always easy to find somewhere to sit, relax, and enjoy a drink.
There were plenty of sunbeds around the main pool and on the beach, so there was no need to wake up early to reserve one.
The entertainment was varied, enjoyable, and there was always something happening throughout the day and evening.
What made this holiday truly special, though, was the wonderful staff.
A special thank you to Gülten and Sema from Guest Relations. They welcomed us so warmly and genuinely cared about making sure we had a perfect holiday.
Our room was cleaned beautifully every day by Halime, whose attention to detail was outstanding.
A big thank you as well to Ayten in the restaurant. She was always smiling, so kind, and by the end of our holiday, we felt like friends.
At the lobby bar, Songül and Dana served our drinks with warm smiles, making the unbearable heat much easier to cope with. 😀
I'm sorry I can't mention everyone by name, but every member of staff we met was friendly, professional, and always happy to help.
Thank you all for making our holiday so memorable. We are already looking forward to our next visit!
The facilities are great, with a lovely pool, wonderful amenities, and a larger stretch of beach than many of the neighbouring hotels. However, what truly makes this place special is its people.
We travelled as a family with our 3-year-old daughter and my parents, and the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They made such a fuss of our little girl that every day she woke up excited for her yoga classes, Mini Club activities, and the evening shows and dancing. The staff genuinely made her feel special, and as every parent knows, happy children mean happy parents!
A very special thank you to Valeria, who was simply amazing. My daughter wanted to see her every single day! Thank you also to the wonderful ladies at the Mini Club, Jansaya (who also led the yoga sessions) and Gungur (I hope I’ve spelled that correctly), for their kindness, patience, and endless energy.
A special thank you also to our housekeeping lady, who greeted us every day with a warm smile and such lovely positive energy. She took exceptional care of our room, keeping it spotless throughout our stay (unfortunately I do not recall her name)
Thank you to Newo, our favourite yoga teacher, who constantly motivated us to stay active while also entertaining our little one. A big thank you as well to Dogan, who always made sure she was included, called her up on stage, and kept us informed about all the evening entertainment. They truly kept us smiling throughout our stay.
Suleyman was fantastic at the bar, always ensuring our drinks were perfect, while Olga handled every room request with professionalism and genuine care, doing everything possible to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
One moment that particularly stood out was when the ice cream shop had already closed for the day (after 6pm), and we had promised our daughter an ice cream after dinner. One of the chefs went out of his way to make sure she still got one. It was such a small gesture, but it meant so much to us and perfectly reflects the level of care shown by the entire team.
The staff at Fore Resort are truly exceptional and are what make this place so special. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine warmth created memories that our family will cherish for a long time.
Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable. We are incredibly grateful and hope to return again soon.
• The rooms don’t have blackout curtains. We ended up putting aluminum foil on the windows to block out the sun and lights, which was a great inconvenience.
• In terms of the buffet, the options were limited and repetitive. Nothing was refilled during our stay—if something ran out before you got to it, you simply didn’t get to eat it. It also seemed like leftover dishes were being served again over the next few days. There were flies hovering over the food, and the quality of the ingredients was poor. Cost-cutting was very obvious, especially with the desserts. They were terrible, and even the milk- and cream-based desserts were clearly made with water. There was also no dedicated buffet for kids.
• Based on my observations, the room cleaning was done only with a broom. There was no sign of proper cleaning or a fresh smell when entering the room.
• The air conditioning wasn’t working properly. We reported it, but nobody bothered to fix it.
• Due to the low quality of the alcohol selection, the cocktails tasted really bad.
• The hotel and pool are built on a very small plot of land—there’s nowhere to walk on the premises, which was a huge problem with a toddler.
• The animation was almost nonexistent—only darts and a mini disco for 5–10 minutes each day.
• This hotel should not promote itself as a “family hotel.” There were only two swings and a slide, and the kids got bored after a minute. There wasn’t much for them to do apart from swimming.
• I don’t think this hotel offers a 5-star experience in any way.
• The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. However, almost nobody spoke communicative English, except for the lady at reception.
Having stayed at other hotels in the area and experienced the quality of service they provide, we unfortunately did not enjoy our stay here and will not be returning.
Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience! The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful, catering to all our needs. The variety and quality of the breakfast were excellent. The hotel's central location made it very easy to explore the city. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone.
