Konar Hotel - All Inclusive in Kemer

I stayed at Nar Hotel for 10 days with my wife and daughter. It was our fourth visit to Turkey and the first visit to Kemer. We choose this hotel because of the price, location and good reviews on Tripadvisor. And yes, Nar has a great location; 200 meters on the left there is a private beach and 200 meters on the right there is a city center and the hotel is still located in a calm area. There is always enough free sunbeds at the beach. The hotel is clean, there is no a big variety of food, but it is good enough for a 3 star hotel. The staff is friendly. More of 95% of the guests are Russians. There is no shampoo or shower gel in the rooms, which I have never experienced before in any hotel. Two days before our departure they asked us to move from our room to a different one, because we were given 4 bed room and they needed that room for the family of 4. Although that was very unprofessional from them, we agreed. They said that we were going to be in a comfort room. And yes, we were moved to a new building, but there was not a word of comfort. First of all, the room was a smaller than our previous standard room. Second, a fridge was broken and third, several times we had problem in a bathroom because there was no cold water, only hot. So, these 2 last days a bit ruined our impression of the hotel. They are doing their best, but is still needs some improvement.

A wonderful hotel for a family with small children! Very kind and responsive service, delicious food and the sea a few minutes away. I recommend everyone with their families to relax here. Thank you NarHotel!

Simple, but have everything you need. Kind people. Food was good. We felt taken care of. Small and cosy place. Close to shopping street and beach.

This is now my favorite hotel! Staff, location, sea - everything is super! I was very surprised by this hotel. Chose it based on reviews. I didn’t quite believe it, 3 could be soooo!! Meeting at the reception - everyone speaks Russian, very attentive (special respect to Hasan, Olga!), Any of your requirements / dissatisfaction / questions will be corrected, helped, settled. The standard room is pretty, cleaning well, at least every day and changing the bed. Food, my friend and I liked it. Variety: meat, crayfish, chicken, vegetables, yogurt, sweets, fresh pastries every morning and evening ... A special compliment to the staff, it is clear that the guys are trying very hard, tactful, accurate, positive. Special recommendation - get a massage there! We took the complex right away. I recommend getting to a specialist in traditional medicine, a reflexologist, masseur Ready. My back just keeps itself straight and the neck is light without clamps. Of course, the office would be moved to a more spacious place, but then this moment is somehow lost, there remains a feeling of lightness and healthy muscles. The general impression is that everyone is kind of relatives. Want back! A hotel of prosperity, grateful and adequate customers.

I would put 3 if it were not for the restaurant staff, who deserve a separate high rating, and if not for the spacious room. Of the benefits: - a spacious room overlooking a quiet street and mountains, although initially upon arrival we were told "that there are no places" and settled in a nearby hotel in a closet-sized room with a leaking toilet; - good location - close to the center, close to the sea (7-10 min.); - friendly staff of the restaurant, they work very quickly, they try very hard. Cons: - Food. At first glance, it is very diverse, but after 4 days it seems that all dishes are made from a small set of the same ingredients. There is practically no meat or chicken. Only 1 day a week tuna and boiled crayfish. Meat if it was - soft, grilled, BUT no smell and taste - and I have no problem with smell. Beer and wine from the presence of mediocre - more than once the desire to drink did not arise. Juices included in our all inclusive - they don't even look like yuppies, they taste very chemical. - Staff. I have been to Turkey many times, including 3 * and 4 *, I have read rave reviews here, but in fact my husband and I felt some kind of warmth only from the restaurant workers, the administrator Bekir on the second day of our stay was offended by us for what we told the hotel guide about our room and the desire to move to the one that we booked (he decided that we were complaining) and the rest of our vacation talked to us with a stone face. It was especially funny to watch how his face changes when we suddenly approached, and at that time he was smiling and talking to some other guests. - Massage - someone already mentioned Murat, who was responsible for the massage - it was impossible to hide from him, like an alligator every meal went to the cooler and waited for its prey at the watering hole. I got to the massage - I liked the massage itself, the guy did it to the conscience. BUT - the very place of this massage is the basement, in which there is a smell of some kind of sewage, you pass by the door to the back room with some watermelons. Then they seemed to relax, they made a mask, and they sent me to wash myself in the toilet, where it was not comfortable at all and the light went out after 3 minutes. Plus, before the mask had time to harden on the face, Murat reappears and sells a massage course without any discounts. Allegedly with a gift, but firstly, I no longer physically have time for this gift before departure, and secondly, they initially promised me a massage for 1.5 hours with foam and "dancing with a tambourine", but in the end they did a classic massage, without a hammam and even less than an hour. As a summary - a good hotel, but do not want to come a second time. It seems like all my minuses are not fatal - but there is something to compare with and the sediment remains.

This was our first trip with my husband in 3 *. Previously, we rested in 5 * and were in Turkey 5 times, but these were other regions of Turkey, not Kemer. We decided to go to Kemer based on the reviews of friends that the cool air, mountains and sea. Accidentally saw this hotel and we ventured to go, and did not regret it. The hotel is excellent, if you do not take into account, what they first settle in promo rooms; Upon arrival, we were given a room in a neighboring building at the hotel, though they promised to move the next day. In the morning we came to the reception, waited a couple of hours and they gave us our standard room, which, in principle, was booked when buying a tour. The room was on the second floor overlooking the pool, very clean. Cleaning for 5+, the girl was cleaning Russian-speaking every day, taking out the trash for sure, changing bedding and towels every other day. Linens are very clean and soft. I was very pleased with this, sometimes you can’t wait for this in hotels of big stars. Everything here is top notch. Yes, they don’t spin towel swans here, but everything is very clean and tidy. Refrigerator and all plumbing worked well. Hot water flowed like a river even at rush hour)) When cleaning, they even folded our left things very carefully, special thanks to the maid. Food at the highest level! Soups, familiar to a Russian person, which is rare in Turkey, not mashed potatoes as they like in Turkey, every evening there was a varied grill (meat, fish, vegetables), cakes are baked by themselves - just a delight. Special thanks to the people who worked near the furnace, at 45 degrees in the shade, standing by the open-hearth furnace is another quest. There was not much abundance in food, but we had enough of everything, we didn’t come here to eat)) I was very pleased with the fish on the grill, very soft and juicy. Usually they like to overdry it, well, at least in those hotels where we were earlier. Once a week, the hotel treats guests with crayfish, a nice bonus for beer. The alcohol is excellent, delicious beer and white wine, my husband tried gin - he also liked it, as a cocktail with sprite and squeezed orange)) Several times there was a fruit collapse - cherries, peaches and a lot of tasty, different things. Animation was three days a week, oriental dances, a saxophonist and songs performed by a pleasant young man with a good voice. It was nice to listen to, performed any hits. The sea is 5 minutes walk, the beach is clean. The water itself is clear as a tear, it used to be stormy, but there was just a minimum of dirt, mostly fragments of shells and pieces of algae. The entry into the sea is stone, but after 2-3 days our legs got used to it and we flew there like on sand. The bridge, which was put up on the 3rd day of our stay, helped a lot. Special thanks to Murat, the man works just for wear and tear, in the heat he goes to invite people for a massage, he gives a wonderful massage himself, takes guests to discos in the evenings. Well done in one word. I took a small course at the hotel for a hammam and massages, the first massage was done by Murat, then I handed it over to the masseur Revi. I liked everything, both well done! Thanks a lot. I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly! Prosperity to you and more adequate guests!!!

Nar Hotel *** is the best option for your holiday. We were a family (3 adults and 1 child). We liked absolutely everything. We arrived at the hotel at 9:40. We immediately put on bracelets. They gave out cool branded bags (a BIG hello to the owner of the hotel for this. Firstly, it is very cute and practical. Secondly, it is an excellent "walking" advertisement). Then we were offered to have breakfast and were given one room at once. We booked two standards. We checked into the second room according to the plan, after 14:00. The rooms are clean and relatively freshly renovated. Good water pressure. There is always hot. Yes, you can already start replacing plumbing, but there is nothing critical yet. Clean fresh towels. Changed every 3 days. The bed was changed for us in 14 days - 3 times. Cleaning is also every 3-4 days. You can go to the reception and ask for an unscheduled clean up. Which we did, as a small child. No one asked for money for this. The room has a hair dryer, bottled water or glasses. Safe for extra charge. The TVs weren't even turned on. We don't know what the channels are. There are drying lines on the balconies. But advice - take clothespins with you. There are either few or none at all. The air conditioner in one of our rooms was broken. We contacted the admin and within 3 hours the problem was solved. Sea. To the beach 5-7 minutes. The water is clean and there are plenty of chairs. If you arrive early, you can sit in the shade. But since we were with a child, we almost didn’t use sun loungers. We walked along Liman Street, there are no cars, tiles are everywhere, and the beauty of the fountains. The road to the sea also passes through the square. There is also a playground and a sports area and a place to relax. Very beautiful. Beach towels are not provided. And please do not take from the rooms! Then people wonder why such worn-out towels in hotels. We ourselves witnessed how people bring snow-white towels with them and lay them on the stones (once I saw how the owner of the hotel himself on the beach made remarks to people. Beach towels can be purchased at any store on the way to the sea for $ 2. Well, if you buy corrals ($6-10).In a migros for $3.Then you don’t feel the pebbles at all.In the sea, you can enter with handrails.Food.It’s beyond praise.We had the feeling that we were fattened for something 😅.Every day that something new on the grill at all three meals. Everything is fresh. Lots of stewed, baked, fresh vegetables. Fish days. On Fri, unlimited crayfish and the most delicious tuna in the world. Simply incredibly delicious!!! For breakfast, always Dairy Porridge (we this is important for a child), eggs and a whole bunch of other things. In general, the variety was simply amazing. A lot of different cakes, donuts straight from deep-fried with chocolate and nuts! Alcohol. It’s impossible to get drunk. Which is a big plus! There is no drunk fuss and fights in the hotel. Very tasty beer , poured into glasses of 0.33 White / red wine, dry, very good. Gin, vodka. Sprite cola fanta and juices. You can ask for extra ice. For fresh orange $ 1 additional payment. Very tasty coffee from the machine. We did not try tea, but many people drank it non-stop. Tue, Wed, Thu live music, Arabic night and saxophone. No more animation. But this is a plus

Great hotel with 5* food. Very clean, tasty, beautiful and friendly) the staff is super!!! A wonderful vacation, everything was on top) I would like to separately mention the owner of the hotel, who worries about the rest of the guests, helps the staff in cases of a large landing. We stayed with the whole family. Perfect location- 3 min to the sea, and 5 min to the center of Kemer! The beach with a beautiful view of the mountains, everything is clean and tidy) Great food, great variety) Rooms are clean and comfortable. But most importantly the staff - professional, kind and responsive, which becomes you like family!)
