Second time visiting in 2025! And yet again this hotel did not disappoint! We have had an amazing holiday! All the staff were excellent! They make you feel so welcome! And most of the staff remembered us from August! The animation team are incredible! We have all created such a bond with the team and great friendships! The way they have boosted the children’s confidence and created a friendship with them is amazing! Got them dancing! Got them in mini club! The children love mini club, maya is great with the children and knows how to interact with them! Max runs a great team and the hotel wouldn’t be the same without every single one of them! The entertainment is always a 10/10!! The cleanliness in the hotel is always faultless! Fresh towels and room clean every single day! Food is exceptional! Always plenty of choice for children and adults! The waiters/waitresses and bar staff always go above and beyond, to interact with guests! They work so hard and they definitely deserve appreciation for it! Thank you! Thank you so much for TWO amazing holidays this year!! We can’t wait to come back and see you all in 2026!!

Wow third time to this hotel and it didn’t disappoint again when we arrived we realised most of the staff was still there from last year and remembered us the animation team mikey merry max and the rest work so hard making your holiday hats off to them also the bar staff and waiters the Oktoberfest was there on Thursday what and experience it was fantastic and bonkers at the same time didn’t think this hotel could get any better but it did it’s a little gem keep doing what you doing only negative was our room we were in room 4219 above a genarator which was noisy but it didn’t affect our holiday we spoke to the manager and he promised us an upgrade when we return next year so we will see but well worth a visit

Arrived on the 26th spetember for the 3rd time and it didn’t disappoint again found a lot of the staff there from last year was lovely to see merry max and Mikey from the animation team they all work so hard every single one of them so do all the staff this hotel is a little gem on Thursday it was the Oktoberfest wow it was amazing and bonkers all day and night highly recommend going for this the only thing I can say a negative was our room it was 4219 and we were above a generator which was quite noisy I’d didn’t effect our holiday has we didn’t spend much time in the room we spoke to the manager and he promised and upgrade on our return next year so that fine

Best Hotel we've stayed at for a long time. The hotel is extremely clean, the food and drink are of excellent quality. All the staff have been excellent. Samet in the lobby bar is excellent. Pika and Carmella on the entertainment team are lovely and Memet and Can in the pool bar are great fun. All the staff including the cleaners are excellent. The entertainment team all work really hard to include people, they're great fun. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

We come here 15 September and it's first time we come to terrace elite resort . Everything is fantastic the staff of this hotel is great. The food is good , the rooms beautiful and clean reception they have good work ... And now the most important is the animation team thanks for all of them : chef max , kiko , caramella , merry , dido , daily, rio , dj james elena and lovelys pika and maike .. The shows and the program it's so great , the beach is so clean ... Bar staff so friendly and they did good job ... The guest relation they do very good job .. Respect for all and thank you

Absolutely Fabulous Holiday! Highly recommend this hotel Rooms, food, drinks and staff top class. Its the best hotel I have stayed in. Definitely 5 star in every aspect. But best of all are the entertainment team who have made the holiday for us even though we don't usually join in. They have encouraged us to take part in activities which has made us engage with other guests. We have enjoyed every minute. Special mention to Pika who made us feel welcome. The waiters have been brilliant special mention to Memet, Can, and Sadiq at the pool bar. Everyone works so hard and we will definitely come back. Don't hesitate to come here for your holiday.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful resort in Turkey with my entire family, including three young children under the age of 2. We have 4 separate families within our group booking. I cannot express enough how wonderful and accommodating the entire experience was, and I’m thrilled to share our gratitude.

From the moment we arrived, the hotel went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They thoughtfully placed our rooms close together, all with stunning poolside views, which made our stay so much easier and enjoyable as a group. Traveling with young children can be a challenge, but the resort made it seamless with their incredible service and attention to detail.

The staff were truly exceptional—so kind, so helpful, and so professional. They spoke excellent English, which made communication smooth, and every request was met with warmth and efficiency. What stood out most was the respect, kindness, and beautiful manners shown by everyone we interacted with. It’s clear that these values are deeply ingrained in the culture here, and it created such a warm and welcoming environment for my family.

The food was absolutely incredible. Whether you’re a picky eater or someone who loves to try everything, there was something for everyone. Meals were available at all hours, truly living up to the “all-inclusive” promise. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, with plenty of options for children as well.

If you’re traveling with kids, this resort is an absolute dream. They provided everything we needed for the little ones—cots, high chairs, milk, and kid-friendly food. They even had a fantastic game room with miniature arcade machines designed especially for children, which was such a thoughtful and enjoyable amenity. My kids were so happy, and as a parent, it was a relief to see them entertained and cared for in such a thoughtful way.

What my family and I truly value is being in a place where kindness, respect, and good etiquette are at the forefront—and this resort embodied all of those qualities. It was a privilege to experience a culture that places such a strong emphasis on these values, and it truly enhanced our trip in ways that words can hardly capture.

I cannot recommend this resort enough. It was the perfect combination of comfort, luxury, and heartfelt hospitality. We made the most beautiful memories here and are already planning to come back. If you’re looking for a place where your family will feel valued and cared for in every possible way, this is the place to go.
