Location is good Rooms are not really Clean Service - food was the same for all week and majority was tasteless Around the pool was dirty

Hotel was clean room was lovely ,food wasnt good so started eating out its was that bad ,in room had kettle to make coffe n tea but no cups glasses in the room every day i had to go to reception get some and when cleaning maid came they take the cups back bery annoying , the lift there only one which staff use aswell had to wait 20 mins for it to be free to which i cant walk much as wim recovering from accident

Was at this hotel last year and was very nice went this year and will never return the food was horrible no proper drinks they watered everything down this year pool not cleaned well we were there this place is run down meant to be adults only but boss's child there and other children from their family the man who runs hotel never says hello to paying guests tryed to charge more money than was told. they said the rates change daily but I wouldn’t pay more as we had it in black and white what we were told to pay the man on reception with the big floppy hair to us not to come bk but I said no problem

Very poor Hotel, not four star, its far away From that. Between 2-3 stars, depends what you look. Rooms quite good, I would say our room was 3 stars. Food, drinks, all inclusive alltogether 1,5 stars. Everything is always "finish". No Orange Juice whole week, always finished. Soft drinks comes From the bottle and are local cheap drinks. So you can be sure your Cola is without sparkles and its warm. Food selections very poor, two max three warm foods per dinner/Lunch. Nothing special, turkish Meat dish (not the ones you get From restaurant, this is school food). Salad and cake (dessert) tables are good, I would say 3-4 stars. Pool area quite poor. You dont have sunbeds for all the customers. Only nice place In this Hotel is lobby Bar terrace. Alltogether I would give our experience on this Hotel 2 stars. Good for sleeping, but Nothing Else.

There were good and bad in hotel.
It is like low budget mini all inclusive,where is saved in every area. They dont even change the towels everyday what is weird. Cleaning was bad. No card payment option,only cash. Very few options about foods and drinks.
Staff was good and friendly. Owner couple were unfriendly and rude.

Foods was okey not so many options like other allinclusive ,beach was good expect only beer was serving alcoholic drinks and it was finish alreadt at 1600 when we arrived.house keeping very unprofessional when we were in room they enter room without knocking it was very disrespectful.

Arrived at hotel and we were told that hotel was fully booked. They put whole family in one room and we had to sleep crammed in two beds.
On second day they eventually gave us two rooms but again not twin room which we originally booked for. We again had to share beds.
Hotel reception unhelpful. Answer to all of the issues was 'We are sorry' but no concrete action taken.
Food quality very poor. Bland food only one meat variety and rest vegetarian. No authentic Turkish food at all. Half of sweet contained Jelly. Did not taste good.
Base of main soup pot contained lump of fungus. When escalated to hotel personal, he just removed fungus and shrugged off his shoulder.
Toilet next to basin cabinet. We could not sit straight and had to sit tilted to one side.

Best hotel very good service food very good excellent excellent selection of the drink beautiful sitting area garden room are very clean staff very friendly helpful I will definitely stay again as u can see on the photo if you love history best place for u Ram

Last Minute Spring Sun. Start of season so fairly quiet just what we wanted at the time. Lovely Hotel and location very good for a nice slow walk to the Old Town. Just one gripe we had was the selection of food for the English Pallette. Would go back again in the distant future.
