Pleasant little hotel, predominantly older regulars, not suitable for party people, food very good, but the selection has declined, I am also a regular holidaymaker, staff friendly and accommodating... apart from the hotel owner/boss who doesn't say hello... insults and reprimands the staff loudly in front of the holidaymakers, for example in the dining room. ...wasn't necessary, as the plates weren't placed the way the boss wanted them. The boss lets himself, his personal guests, and his family be served. The rooms are fine, although one or two things need to be replaced/replaced. The cleaning of the rooms varies; this depends on the cleaning staff and the time they have available for cleaning. The event room (lower level) for colder weather is very outdated, dark, with no windows, and an old, musty-smelling carpet; it could be renovated more pleasantly. The fitness area is a disaster, it's better to stay there on holiday if you're not into sports. The wellness area is under NEW MANAGEMENT and is not recommended, the lady prefers to sit on her cell phone and play around without noticing that customers are coming... smiling is just a LUXURY. The reception could be more accommodating, friendlier and smile more please. WiFi is only in the lobby area, you have to pay for rooms and the pool area, no WiFi on the beach. The drinks selection has been reduced, no cocoa, only 2 cocktails and a few types of alcohol. (The boss must have thought that up). Evening entertainment :-(, not nice. The music system is outdated and doesn't produce any good music. Sports activities: Oscar does a very good job, water aerobics. Kudos to Goofy for keeping the holiday atmosphere going. The beach access to the sundeck on the water is a NO-GO... sandbags have been put up by the stairs. Other hotels have nice wooden staircases. I hope things will be improved as I would like to go there again.

We were very pleased, the staff was smiling, the owner of the market in the hotel, Mehmet, was smiling, he was helpful in every way, we were very pleased, yes there were many old people, but the smiling staff in the market was enough, I hope I will stop by again if we pass by.

Great holiday with family . Clean warm and delicious food. Very nice location . Side antik City was near…ın the beach there was a Restaurant too. and we had great time . Also good animation . Waiters were kind and enough waiters. İ think we will go again

The hotel doesn't meet four stars standards; everything is very old and worn, and some are broken. Room service could have been better; the minibar wasn't always refilled. There was a lot of smoking on the beach and by the pool, and there were no alternatives; the loungers were very close together. We complained, but unfortunately it didn't help. The food was very good. The service in the restaurant was always attentive. There was also smoking while eating outside at the restaurant; we would have liked to have eaten outside, but we couldn't because of the smoke bubble we were constantly sitting in. That was the second bad experience in Turkey, and never again. On the beach on the left is a sewer that really stinks and flows into the sea. Yuck! Regards, Thomas

Once and never again, this was the worst hotel we have ever booked in Turkey!!! We have stayed in many hotels in Turkey, all of them top-notch, but we would not recommend the FEBEACH HOTEL to anyone, it is completely outdated, the street side is very noisy and smells of exhaust fumes, it smelled of mold, some of the furniture is broken and very worn!!! We then asked for a different room, which was only possible with an additional charge, and then it continued, the power kept going, the neighbor's air conditioning (unit) was on our balcony and was very annoying, the room was only barely cleaned every day, there was a constant lack of toilet paper and fresh towels, drinks were not replenished....... Drinks at the bar were served in plastic cups (BROKEN, YELLOWING, VERY OLD AND DIRTY). There is a lack of paint and renovations everywhere.... it seems as if the hotel is just being torn down and no investment has been made in years....

Found the hotel clean and comfortable, staff very friendly. There is a good choice of food but its never hot, some, lots of the cooked foods were luke warm at most (install some microwaves at least). The clientele were mostly German as was the area (I think ) but that didn't spoil our stay as they were very friendly and courteous. Beers (Carlsberg and Tuborg) and limited cocktails which should be listed but never were. The most parts of the beach were very dated and look as if nothing has been done for years but now look as if something is being done.

I arrived to be greeted by a rather grumpy receptionist who was most annoyed that I had not managed to print out my reservation even though I had it on my phone. He went stomping off into the back office and it took him less than 20 seconds to print. This place honestly felt like a German old-age pensioners home. I found the whole experience quite depressing. Wi-Fi in room was not free. Free Wi-Fi in the lobby was frustratingly slow. Fresh juice at breakfast was €3 for pomegranate or €2 for orange. It was full of elderly Germans, some of whom were barely able to walk. It was obvious that they came every year and everybody knew each other. All-inclusive snacks were limited and quite poor. Nothing was translated into English except for the notice on the dining tables. The hotel was situated on the worst part of beach and there was very little of interest in the local area. The Aircon extractor for the next door room was located on my balcony which meant I couldn’t switch it off. It was very difficult to sleep because the person next door kept it on all night and it was really noisy. On the plus side the hotel was clean and the masseur was good. There are many wonderful hotels not too far away for the same price so I suggest you stay in one of those.

Quiet hotel, mostly for elder folks. I really enjoyed the food. Rooms are clean and functional, the bars are ok, big outdoor pool. There is a bus stop nearby from which you can easily get to Antic Side or Manavgat. Plenty of shops around (Carrefour, Pharmacy, shoes, clothes, bags etc.) It's about an hour drive from Antalya's airport. Cons: The WiFi cost 10EUR per week, and cuts off as soon as you put the phone down so you have to connect every time. You wont get any messages in the standy mode. Everybody speaks german and very little english. Not much to see in the walking distance.

Febeach Hotel Staff are great. Speak English and German Drinks are limited at all-inclusive when you ask for gin and lemonade, they give you white vodka and pineapple juice so ask for sprite. Food is good nice selection and lots to choose from 4 mains, many sides and deserts. Fruit juice is strange very strong like it’s not watered down. Hotel room Good size hotel room plus sofa and sofa bed. Tv was small but watchable. Air con was amazing You get a safe Fridge with a few drinks for free Beds were hard but sleepable Shower was super-hot with high pressure which was amazing. Rooms cleaned each day with fresh towels Wi-Fi 2 types First is free but poor signal unless In the lobby Second is €10 or 200 lira for your stay. Currency. I brought Turkish lira but they use euros so watch the conversion rate. They do accept both lira and euros though. Entertainment Dj was on playing English and German songs in the bar Pool table is €5 for an hour Darts every day 11am & 3pm -it’s free Pools Indoor pool was open and heated Main outdoor pool was freezing as it’s Jan 2 kids pools were closed due to out of season Nightlife So many people are German and are 60+ age not any young ones here it’s like being on holiday with your grandparents Not much to do outside hotel. No bars or places to eat anywhere to eat unless you hire a taxi which are cheap. Hotel entertainment has been very bad. No music some days. Laptop dj on a few and a hired 30minute dance group for one night. Costs Wi-Fi 100 lira Nightclub entry 300 lira Aircon is free and my god it’s worth it Taxi are cheap 5€ to side and 10€ to Malgavat Market / shops Fanta 1ltr is 15lira Fresh orange is 10lira 20 cigs are 33lira Pringles 2.5€ Adventures Turkish bath was €16can add extra 30mins for 20€ Boat trip and market is €20 busy but very good 100 euro is 2000lira 10 euro is 200 lira 1 euro is 20 lira
