The hotel is not 5 stars. Cleaning is not so good because they only clean the basics in the room.
The food is delicious, everything is okay and on time, but the plates and cups/glasses are not clean.
The bar is also not clean. All the alcohol is not perfect and tastes like water or something similar.
The entertainment is good; the shows are nice. Customer service speaks Turkish, Dutch, or Russian, but not English very well.

The internet/Wi-Fi is so bad.

The pool is clean, but not big enough.

The beach is good too, but transport between the hotel and beach is not good because only one golf cart with seven seats is working, and people wait a long time.

You come here and come back sick. We stayed for six days, and after the second day, everything went very wrong. The food is terrible; you have to be very careful with your choices. We saw flies buzzing around it. My girlfriend's stomach pains started on the second day and continued even after our vacation. A staff member spoke to us and argued that the pains weren't from the food. But it was the food, because we both got sick. It was as if we were being mocked. Ultimately, we were dissatisfied with both the food and the service. Our room was nice, but we paid an extra €20 for it. Talking to other guests, we learned that they didn't even provide a blanket. The pool wasn't particularly large, just a standard hotel size. The beach was nice and quiet. However, the same music played there around the clock—still the same old, ancient music from the last 25 to 30 years. We actually wanted to give this hotel a good review, but unfortunately, everything went wrong. This is not a five-star hotel, and the service was inadequate. You should find a different hotel.

I want to express my gratitude to Albert. He's attentive and kind, and they try to help, especially at my age. The hotel is good, the rooms are clean, they clean every day, everything is there, it's cozy, wonderful, and makes you feel like you're at home. The food is excellent, you get as much variety as you want, and overall, it's a decent hotel.

We had a great time with our child! The children's entertainment was impressive. Our child and children were happy. Shoutout to Ismail. He always tried to get both moms and dads involved in dancing! Now we're dancing at home.

I can only think bad reviews are down to so many different nationalitys ,there was only us and one other English couple there so if u looking to mix with other English couples its probably not for u but overall the hotel is fine , rooms kept clean , pool area spotless , food is ur typical Turkish fare so all depends on what u like to eat can always get nice chicken/tuna salads ,chips etc fresh bread always available Staff never met one who wasn't willing to give a smile and a hello u have to remember if u are pleasant an friendly u will recieve the same back , wish could say the same about the guests (RUDE) which should never reflect on the hotel or staff . Beach area i didn't think much of an could do with a revamp but other than that I couldn't complain. Location is great there is shops an restaurants in any direction u chose to walk. If ur going into old town side take the everenski (3) only on it about 15 mins no need to pay 15 euro each way in taxi its only 1 euro 50 cents. Well worth a visit 😄

First of all you won't get to speak English in this hotel. Even reception don't know English and they talk to you in German.. also any animations that we been to just in German too.. very disappointed!
We get a nice room looks good but the doors are poor and you can hear everything I mean everything from the street.. the rooms facing the street so hotel should think about making the room comfortable and make it as quiet as possible. There is a nice bub across the street but they have very loud music after midnight untill 2am.. after 3rd day we decided to change the room as we could not sleep all night. Also the air con in that room didn't worked too.

The transport to the beach is good also food and beer served at all inclusive at the beach. Shame you can have only beer at the beach even their website says they serve there wine but they don't.

At the hotel any cocktails are chargeable 5€. At all inclusive only whisky, vodka, wine and beer.

Rooms were cleaned nearly every day but once they didn't give us any toilet paper and left us with one towel. Also we used two blankets but after cleaning they left us only one..

There could be more information about the transfer to the beach as If I wouldn't read it on internet I wouldn't even know we have one. No signs where the bus stop is.

Outside the hotel there is plenty shops with clothes also there is a bus stop from which you can go fo around 2€ to Side or Managvat with is much better than 15€ for taxi.

A beautiful family hotel in a good location. The facility is well designed. Rooms are big and well decorated. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Food in hotel and beach restaurants are very delicious. The beach is nice and the sunset is stunning. The hotel has great price performance.

Excellent hotel. Even operating in such difficult times (border closures and very few tourists), they maintain their high standards. The staff is polite and positive, the food is excellent (no one goes hungry), and the rooms are cleaned daily. Overall, everything is excellent.

Honest latest review. Just about a 3* hotel at best. Rooms & Hotel is / are clean and tidy. Rooms were large, clean and the shower warm & powerful. I also found the staff helpful on most occasions and they all can understand English at least. Be aware, you DO have to pay for cocktails if you want them, very annoying. They also did not take too kindly when trying to order your own version of mixed drinks, to make cocktails yourself. Take Euro's if you can as the whole area in Side, seems to use that currency. Pool area is good, clean and we used it daily, as is the beach area. Food is the main issue, with repetitiveness of choice, the biggest issue. You can put up with it for about 3-4 days, but after that a change is needed, and we ate out. Would I go back to the hotel again...NO, but would I go back to the area, yes for sure.
