Palm World Side Resort & Spa in Side

First of all you won't get to speak English in this hotel. Even reception don't know English and they talk to you in German.. also any animations that we been to just in German too.. very disappointed!
We get a nice room looks good but the doors are poor and you can hear everything I mean everything from the street.. the rooms facing the street so hotel should think about making the room comfortable and make it as quiet as possible. There is a nice bub across the street but they have very loud music after midnight untill 2am.. after 3rd day we decided to change the room as we could not sleep all night. Also the air con in that room didn't worked too.

The transport to the beach is good also food and beer served at all inclusive at the beach. Shame you can have only beer at the beach even their website says they serve there wine but they don't.

At the hotel any cocktails are chargeable 5€. At all inclusive only whisky, vodka, wine and beer.

Rooms were cleaned nearly every day but once they didn't give us any toilet paper and left us with one towel. Also we used two blankets but after cleaning they left us only one..

There could be more information about the transfer to the beach as If I wouldn't read it on internet I wouldn't even know we have one. No signs where the bus stop is.

Outside the hotel there is plenty shops with clothes also there is a bus stop from which you can go fo around 2€ to Side or Managvat with is much better than 15€ for taxi.

Honest latest review. Just about a 3* hotel at best. Rooms & Hotel is / are clean and tidy. Rooms were large, clean and the shower warm & powerful. I also found the staff helpful on most occasions and they all can understand English at least. Be aware, you DO have to pay for cocktails if you want them, very annoying. They also did not take too kindly when trying to order your own version of mixed drinks, to make cocktails yourself. Take Euro's if you can as the whole area in Side, seems to use that currency. Pool area is good, clean and we used it daily, as is the beach area. Food is the main issue, with repetitiveness of choice, the biggest issue. You can put up with it for about 3-4 days, but after that a change is needed, and we ate out. Would I go back to the hotel again...NO, but would I go back to the area, yes for sure.
