Just got back from this hotel .excellent stay .good food .friendly staff rooms kept clean daily .shops outside .short 10 min walk to there beach food is lovely there .don't swim on there beach use the left side of the water sports beach as there are very dangerous rocks there be careful on the beach ..can't fault the hotel and staff will definitely be coming back ..there are mostly Germans but no English people there but it's a great hotel

Great hotel, nice, clean. We liked it very much. Close to the sea. It was great. Great food, bar from morning to 23. We are very pleased. We count the holidays spent in lavitas as successful. Clean pool, child under our watchful eye on the sunbeds all the time.

a family hotel. small (but clean) pool , in the middle of a shoping street (but quiet) good staff (but only one speeks decent english) . food is fresh and tasty (but little vareity) . the beach is near - went there once but it was so hot and humid we came back to the hotel and ran into th pool. the 20euro spa treatment is nice but they immediatly drop atreatment plan of 200euros after.

The hotel is well located not far from the beach and the center of Side. Many thanks to the hotel staff and chefs for a pleasant and delicious stay! My 9 year old daughter also enjoyed her stay here. Clean pool. There is always a delicious lunch on the beach, they baked pizza and more, drinks were served by a friendly bartender, he also gave out mattresses for sun loungers, thanks to him for his service! We went swimming a little along the shore to the right, there is an excellent bottom. We hope to return here.

The hotel has long since passed its glory days. Don't expect anything extraordinary. I personally encountered a situation that shouldn't have happened. I was accommodated in the manager's room right next to the reception because, as it turned out, there was no room for me! I paid for DZX1 for 2 people. The room that I received from the manager had one bed and a small corner sofa and men's clothes in the wardrobe and shoes! I suspect that he wanted to make money on me. After intervening with TUI, it turned out that a room was found after a few hours. The food was the cheapest, no attractions. On Saturdays there was a barbecue and some Turkish evening on Wednesday (just ice cream and that's it). How are you supposed to spend it. The same music at the pool every day. Nothing special. If you have a hotel in Turkey, it's only 4 stars and 5. Plus it's an intimate atmosphere. Generally, I don't recommend it.

This is smaller hotel with very kind stuff and very good service for the price!!! Beach is cca 400 far from the hotel, but there you can use shuttle bus, what is funny service. Beach is good with small service and with possibility to have lunch there. But what was the best for us, it was atmosphere, no big animations program, not noisy hotel. I would come back again!!!

The hotel is quiet and clean. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The dishes are delicious and varied. The location is very good, it doesn't take long to get to the beach or town. We will come back.

Small, very fine hotel to unwind. Everything was just right. Room big enough and clean with good mattress in the bed. The food was excellent and the service was great in all areas. Sufficient beach chairs and cushions both on the beach and at the pool.

We have jus arrived back from a fantastic week in this hotels company. Staff were warm and friendly and the hotel was clean . Maids were lovely leaving us fresh water and even leaving us some lovely thoughtful surprises . Lovely location with easy reach various places . Excursions booked picked us up from the hotel and dropped us back off . Couldn't have asked for a more perfect holiday. Well be back

Nice place and really nice staff. Food is generally good a lot of vegetables. Alcohols beer, wine but I dont mind. Clean service everyday. 5min to beach and bar near the sea is a big advatnage, however food there is different than in main restaurant. In beach bar there is rather fast food.
