Absolutely amazing, delicious food, excellent service and a beautiful location directly at the beach. This was by far one of the most relaxing holidays I have ever had. Some of the highliths were the fitness classes, the Spa area and (a personal favorite) the San Sebastian Cheesecake.
Cannot recommended enough.

Just one thing to keep in mind, the average age of the guests is higher than I expected. Nothing wrong with it, but if you are looking for an adults only hotel with a lot of young people, this might not be the place.

Good food, entertainment, restaurant staff.
Bad cleaning staff... very bad reception staff
----Some additional details:
- Bad experience with reception staff:
1- Misleading information about public transportation (not only taxis were available, BUT inter-city buses are available, city small buses are available).
2- Misleading information about taxi prices (the receptionist proposed us "deal" round trip from hotel to Antalya 130euro, regular taxi with taxi-meter charged us 54 euros one way)
3- Misleading information about money exchange (euro to TRL), the receptionist pretended that is not needed and euros are everywhere used, while in many places only Liras were accepted (e.g. public transportation/buses)
- Bad experience with cleaning staff
1- Very long cleaning time until we explicitly complained this!
2- Very minimalist cleaning (not enough for more than 1 week stay)
3- Entering the room while the red button [DO NOT ENTER] is not allowed and must never happen. Such behavior that actually happened to me is extremely unprofessional
Last but not least, I would like to highlight that accepting feedback and using the retrospective to improve your services, will definitely be more beneficial to your hotel than arguing with persons giving feedback.

We booked this hotel for 7 nights during the period 4-11 September 2025. It was our first time here and we are very happy with everything!
All was perfect to our expectations: daily cleaning in all areas including rooms, daily towels change.
The staff was very friendly, they speak German and English.
The food was delicious and tasty with a wide variety that could really meet varied tastes and appetites.
We will definitely come back!

2nd visit to this relaxing hotel.
Good food especially like the beach snack bar and cake at theas coffee shop. A la carte at the fish restaurant was very nice.
Good amount of activities on offer. Particularly liked the aqua boards and aqua jump.
Would highly recommend for a chilled holiday. Most guests Germans but this was not a negative to us, all staff spoke English.
One negative is that the man who worked at the spa was a bit too pushy this year which put us off getting a treatment!

I recently spent a week at TUI BLUE Side, and I must say it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms that are replenished daily, and the overall atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing.

What truly made our stay special, though, was the incredible staff. A huge thank you to Yilmaz at reception – he went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. His kindness and professionalism really stood out, and we’re so grateful for everything he did to make our holiday stress-free and enjoyable.

The food was great, especially the lunches at the beach bar, and the pool and beach areas were just perfect for unwinding. The whole week felt like a dream, and I’d highly recommend TUI BLUE Side to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a beautiful setting. Thank you again to Yilmaz and the entire team – we’ll definitely be back!

Wow blown away by this amazing place, I’ve stayed in a lot of places before but these guys are 5star. The rooms amazing, the food wow, the staff are friendly and go the extra mile for every guest. This is our 2nd visit to this hotel. Our 1st visit was amazing but our 2nd was even better. The hotel is fantastic, big comfortable rooms, wonderful decor throughout. The entertainment was brilliant and the food and drinks package was exceptional. Big shout out to Bevar in The Restaurant who went above and beyond once again, to make our stay fantastic. Also a big shout out to all the bar staff, especially Ilgen in the cocktail bar, or Mr mudslide as he is affectionately known. Every member of staff was super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is probably the cleanest we have ever stayed in and we will absolutely be returning next year.

Our stay was lovely overall! Lovely clean rooms, nice and relaxed atmosphere by the pool. The entertainment, especially the shows on the romance bar were great. We had a lovely spa experience and the man who helped us book our appointment there was so friendly and lovely. The only downside is the hotel is predominantly German based so all staff would approach us talking German before anything else. Some staff didn’t even know barely any English and we did feel German guests were treated a little better especially in the restaurant. The waiters and waitresses could be a little more friendly. But regardless of that the hotel itself is still gorgeous and the food was very nice. Although a little repetitive so got a bit fed up towards the last day or two. Overall, very pleasant stay.

Great hotel! Very modern and pool was nice. Some reviews say that the hotel is biased towards German guests but this definitely wasn’t the impression we got - loads of British people staying there too and all guests were friendly. Entertainment was good most nights, could do with some more during the day by the pool area.Staff were 10/10. Only negative thing is the low number of sun beds by the pool area (there is loads by the beach). Easy to get one by the pool but you will have to come down at 7am. We had a great time and would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling as a couple looking for a relaxing holiday!
