This hotel is dated, pools are too small, our roon was tiny with the smallest bathroom ever, no room fir toiletries,noisy and dirty. The cleaners managed to come in once (out of five nights) on the 2nd to last morning despite complaining to the management, the staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. The food is cheap and nasty and seems to be the same every day. So many Russians whose greed in the restaurant is something to see, they always seem to be permanently drunk, on one occasion a totally drunk Russian was urinating in the corridor, I have nothing good to say about this place. DO NOT STAY here

A very good place to stay for value for money in Autumn/Winter . Excellent Location for swimming with a large area of Rock Free beach. If you don't expect English style food there is a good selection especially salads. We stayed in the main Hotel rather than the Annex and found the room clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The guests were predominately Russian and German so not a place for those Brits not liking to be in a majority...no problem for us. Very cheap bus to Side Town and Manavgat about 1.5 Euros per trip. Note the hotel is adult only.

Just had 8 days at the Allegria Hotel and Spa and had a brilliant time. Room was lovey and big.. we had a sea view room 755 on top floor. Staff were amazing as was management. Lovely cleaning ladies x went to Spa and had a 2 hour session for 50 euros! It was amazing! Beach 2 minutes walk shops right outside. Value for money hotel definitely 👍 Thanks for a lovely holiday Jonathan and Julie x

We had an economy room, and for an economy room, it was excellent. The rooms were cleaned every day, and water was replenished daily. The best thing about this hotel is the delicious food. Thanks to the chef and staff, everything was so delicious that we couldn't even finish dessert. We stayed during the off-season, from May 6th to May 13th, so the hotel was just getting going, not operating at full capacity. Only in the last few days did they open a place where you can eat traditional flatbreads baked right before your eyes, and a corner with sweet pastries (but we never got around to them). This hotel is 18+, and we didn't encounter any children on the premises the entire time. So, if you don't want children on vacation, this is the place for you. Free alcohol is served until 11:00 PM, and the entertainment is unobtrusive (music, karaoke, dancing, live music). What upset us a little was that we checked into the hotel at 10:00 pm and the food they gave us was night soup. We hadn't eaten anything all day, and this soup was empty, like water with spices.

Where to start...... The only thing we felt that the hotel has going for it is it's location - only 5-10 minutes by Dolmus into Side centre. Our room was quite dated. The bathroom had a drainage smell after you've had a shower which was slow to drain. Every night, there were small cockroaches in the bathroom. The air con unit was very dirty. We didn't turn it on as it was over one of the beds and we didn't want anything blowing out of it all over the bed. The sliding door out on to the balcony didn't lock but as we were on the 6th floor we didn't feel it was much of a problem. We found it difficult to find something to eat every day. The food was repetitious. There were no allergy information on any of the dishes. The beach snack bar only served burger and what turned out to be grilled fish with salad and chips every day. I asked for an omelette one morning which was cooked in less than 10 seconds and was so runny it floated on the mixture. The lady who cooked them was so grumpy you didn't dare ask for it to be cooked more. My husband got food poisoning though from what, we couldn't decide. He was poorly for 2 days. We were only 1 of 3 English couples in the hotel and we were made to feel like second class citizens and not welcome. If I had a pound for every time we were looked up and down in disgust from other guests, I'd be rich. One night, I was tutted at by a waiter because I wasn't German. How this hotel has the audacity to call itself a 5* hotel beggars belief - more 1* on a good day. We've stayed in some bad hotels in our time but this one tops them all.

The hotel was wonderful, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. The room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping was done daily. The pools were checked daily. The beach bar and restaurant were good. The evening entertainment was very interesting. The spa was clean, and the staff was very attentive. Honestly, my partner and I didn't find anything special about this hotel, and we're already looking forward to booking a room and staying again next year.

I had a horrible check-in experience at the hotel. When I arrived there at 20:45 they told me to have dinner first. When I came back they told me a room wouldn't be available before 1:30, which is unacceptable in my opinion. Finally I was brought to the room at 2:15, so after almost 5 hours waiting. I have made an official complaint about this. Room and food are great, drinks you must get yourself and mostly stand in a queue for some time. It's also positive that the hotel is quiet, but expect noise from surrounding hotels. Most of the hotel staff could improve their English and German language, there are hotels better at this.

Arived 4 in the morning,giving annex fair enough across a busy road,this room was stinking bathroom vile and smell would make you sick,shower was disgusting and black fungus on the tiles,refused to stay in this room,told to come back at nine and speak to manager,got upgrade room paid 70 pounds,two days into holiday my wife and I were ill with stomach bug horrendous,on numerous occasions at night ran out of rum,so glad to get home,3 star at best

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and helpful despite some language barriers. Room was clean and tidy and serviced daily. Pools were tested daily. Beach bar and restaurant good. Evening entertainment was very good. Spa facilities were clean and staff very good. Honestly myself and my partner couldn’t fault the hotel really, and we’re already looking forward to booking and staying again next year

Decent hotel for its price. Good quality of food, service, close to the beach. The massage performed by Caesar was relaxing and thorough, great job!

Not a grwat variety of the drinks, all cocktails are just sweet. Not much activities at the hotel, the hotel area is small.
