Consistently praised for its cleanliness with daily maid service described as fantastic Staff are frequently noted as friendly, helpful, and providing great service including special gestures like birthday surprises The beach is excellent, featuring a gentle entry to the sea, free sunbeds, and shade, with a long promenade along the shore Family facilities are comprehensive with multiple pools, water slides, a kids’ club with Russian animation, and safe swimming areas Food quality and variety receive mixed but mostly positive remarks, especially desserts and themed dinners The hotel offers extensive amenities including five A’la Carte restaurants, nine bars, a spa with free hammam and sauna, and various sports and entertainment options Several guests reported that the food is tailored towards German tastes, which may not suit everyone’s palate Some reviews mention limited English spoken by staff, with German being the primary language used Pool sunbeds are often reserved very early, causing difficulty for late risers to find spots Certain guests experienced issues with the view from their rooms not matching the booked sea view, and some complaints about reception service A few reports of food-related illnesses and concerns about snack bar availability during certain hours Some guests noted overcrowding in pools and the indoor pool being too cold for comfortable swimming

Positives… staff are so lovely and provide great service. Lots of sun beds available and plenty of shade provided both around the pools and on the beach. The overall cleanliness of the whole hotel is really good with a fantastic maid service provided everyday.
We celebrated a birthday one evening and the hotel decorated our table and surprised us with a birthday cake and champagne which was a lovely touch. We enjoyed trying all of the cocktails of an evening!

Negative… only 1 issue but a big one for us. The food! Now the quality and variety of the food was very good, however not to our pallet. The food is geared towards the German pallet which is understandable as the Hotel and surrounding area is predominantly German but this was a big disappointment for us as it was for 2 other families we spoke to who had been to different Turkish resorts in the past. This is not the fault of the hotel, but our choice of resort.

The hotel is clean, new, and compact. We stayed with our family and loved everything! I highly recommend it!

A very decent hotel! We stayed for 12 days in the first half of August. The hotel is geared towards Germans. There are few Russians. The staff speaks almost no Russian and almost no English. German is preferred. We explained things in a mixture of English and German. We were checked in within 5 minutes, even though we arrived at 9 a.m. in early August. The hotel was full. We asked for a quiet room, which was given to us without any problems. True, it had a view of the neighboring hotel, but at least there were no discos or other noise. With a large balcony. The food was beyond praise. I wouldn't say there was a super variety, but what there was was very tasty. Meat and poultry in all variations, except pork. However, sometimes the beef was very tough or had sinew. Fish for lunch and dinner. Lots of desserts. My child was crazy about cakes. However, they ran out half an hour before dinner ended. If you arrive later, you might not get any. We went to dinner at around 8:10 p.m., and there were no problems finding seats in the restaurant. Our child always ate desserts, though. There were plenty of local, seasonal fruits and berries, meaning there weren't any strawberries, pineapples, or cherries in August, but everything you'd expect in August was there. Everything was ripe, sweet, and delicious. Each day featured a different cuisine theme, designed for the week. On Mondays, there was Turkish night with ice cream cake. The beach was plentiful, and you could find a free one at any time. The sea was gorgeous!!!! But not too deep. The entry was gentle, and the sand was firm. There were three slides to add variety to the experience. We didn't swim in the pools, so I can't say anything about them. However, the poolside loungers were already full by 8 a.m. They serve beer 24 hours a day. The hotel is small and served by four bars. The Efes beer was strong and bitter, probably inspired by the Germans. It was definitely not watered down. They don't make Mojitos or Margaritas on the beach. It's a shame ((( The alcohol is local, but not disgusting. They make different cocktails in the lobby and Irish pub. Sometimes even tasty. Snacks are served with drinks: chips, nuts, popcorn and, if you ask, chocolate. The chocolate is simply out of this world. The waiters run to serve the Germans first. As fast as they can. Sometimes we had to make a great effort to be noticed. Despite the fact that we also left tips, smiled and joked. Not a very pleasant situation. They cleaned up well. They changed the towels, replenished the bar, washed the balcony. If there was a do not disturb sign, they didn't bother us, they waited until we left the room. There is a river near the hotel, it is full of turtles. After breakfast, we went to feed them eggs. About 20 of them swam up. A huge thank you to the guide from Anex tour, Ismail. Very pleasant. He does not push his services at all, but thanks to him, we flew to Istanbul!!!! Overall, the vacation was a success. The pros definitely outweigh the cons. Would we return to this hotel? Absolutely! Even though we've stayed at more expensive and superior Turkish hotels.

A very nice hotel, the grounds are small but cozy. The staff is friendly and helpful. We vacationed with our family at the end of November. The hotel was full of Germans, with virtually no Russian tourists. It was quiet during this period, which was just what we needed!

Hotel is nice, not the biggest, but is very clean. Food is good, with enough diversity I would say. I saw also better, but, don't get me wrong, it's ok. Only thing I didn't like was that I had a room on the street side and every afternoon was a strong smell of garbage..for that I never used the terrace.

Great staff and service, great food, very friendly staff always cheerful and very helpful. I cant fault the staff and the vibes. Very good energy.

Maybe the only negative and it is not really negative to be honest, we felt like yes there are more germans which is not a problem but it would be nice for the staffs to be more confident with speaking english too. However its not a big deal. Families should not hesistate to book with your children. My family all enjoyed. Money well spent. 5 star.

Be extremely careful with what you eat!!!!
I was with my family (5) there for 10 days and before I even say anything, we’ve already been to turkey and stayed in a hotel just a few kilometres away from this one, so it has nothing to do with the climate whatsoever.
Anyway, 4 of us got poisoned or something- we all got diarrhea with abdominal pain, some had a slight fever, I myself went to a hospital and had to get an IV because I got very dehydrated, and we were not the only ones! In the doctors office (where they only speak Turkish by the way) there were other people with the exact same concerns.
My guess is that the food was probably bad, because we have seen on multiple occasions that the tomatoes for example in the salads were dull and dry, the fish smelled foul and so on.
But they could also be doing this on purpose, because no matter what, the doctor WILL send you to a private clinic that doesn’t work with any insurances so that you will have to pay 2000€ for basic treatment and extreme antibiotics (that are in fact not needed, since I didn’t take the ones they prescribed and it went away on its own). The taxi is included in the check, and it will ALWAYS ask you if you wanna go to a pharmacy and drive you there, except it’s always the same one owned by the same hospital.
Unrelated to that though, I feel like there should be some snack bars with bakery and stuff would always be opened, because at certain times every restaurant, including the bar at the beach, is closed so if you’re hungry, all that’s left is for you is to eat grass while you wait for something to open.
Beds were very uncomfortable and hard, our balcony door was broken and the cleaning service stole our charger (contactless)!
Overall a pretty bad experience regarding the hotel itself since we all had to sit on a diet and on a toilet pretty much the whole stay.
Be careful!

Amazing family holiday at Aydinbey Hotel
We had an amazing time in Aydinbey hotel. Hotel room was big enough for a family with two kids. Pools, water slides and sea were fantastic. Safeguards made us feel safe while my kids are in the water.
Cleanliness was great! Rooms and other areas were cleaned regularly.
There were plenty of food options, most of them were delicious. You could find something to eat even at night!
The staff was always helpful and kind. They took action and responded as fast as possible to our requests.
I definitely recommend this hotel and will come again!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were fabulous throughout.
We had a late check in and the staff greeted us like honoured guests and had reserved food for us.
The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were very helpful.
We took the opportunity to have a hammam and massage early on in the holiday. This was a wonderful experience and we thoroughly recommend it. So relaxing!
The food choice in the main restaurant was excellent. I am incredibly indecisive so it was great to have a little bit of everything that took my fancy! There are busy times in the restaurants so you can struggle to find a table but if you avoid those times it is a breeze. Two members of staff really made our meal times a pleasure - Ibrahaim and Emirah, they really looked after us.
The hotel room was good - very clean and plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. Clean towels supplied daily and the drinks fridge restocked. The shower was lovely and plenty of space in the bathroom.
The pools were lovely and there were plenty of sunbeds - although people did start reserving them very early on in the morning. The pool area was kept exceptionally clean by the staff, they work so hard!
The entertainment team were very nice and friendly. There were activities throughout the day and a kids club. The evening entertainment was available but we chose to spend time in the many bars enjoying the strong drinks!
It was a lovely hotel, great holiday, made even better by the very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you - A holiday we will not forget!
