Hey there! Things started a bit rough but then Conti be really good
There was plenty of space and things to do, and I really appreciate the staff who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time.

A special shoutout to Zeynel and Ahsen from Customer Relations, and the chef who prepared separate meals for my wife with a celiac allergy. Ahmet was also very friendly and helpful in the Bar area. And let’s not forget the guy who didn’t get his name in the Hamam and massage area—that was a bit of a funny story!

The food selection was good and changed regularly, and I was impressed by the attention to detail in the meals. Oh, and did I mention the adorable mum and kittens that live near our rooms? They’re well-cared for by the staff, and they’re always a treat to see.

Overall, I highly recommend this place. It’s a great spot for a fun and memorable stay.

The hotel itself was very clean and well situated for the beach and other tourist attractions!! It is approx 1 hour transfer from the airport. I would, however, say that the rooms could do with a little update, the rooms are quite tired, other than the rooms the hotel itself is fabulous and has everything you needed for a family holiday. The restaurant manager Ahmet along with his team ran a very well oiled machine in that the food was always replenished with lots of lovely choices from morning breakfast through to evening meal. All of the team were very friendly and constantly making sure we had everything we needed. During our stay we mainly stayed around the pool, we did use the hotel bus to the beach which is great but, we enjoyed the entertainment during the day and found Mona and her team were busy and tried to involve all guests in the different activities which were great. My young son especially enjoyed the large pool!! The guest relations manager Zeynel (forget his surname) for myself and family along with other families we met found him to be helpful with anything we needed, he always seemed to be about making sure all guest were happy, ok and enjoying themselves, nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him, my young son especially took to him and was asking each day whether we would see him (lol). I certainly would recommend this hotel and would 💯 return, our only negative is that unfortunately, we found the reception manager Ali and his team didn’t smile and were not very helpful, even to order a taxi seemed too much trouble !! All in all great hotel, with everything you needed, definitely value for money. Thank You

Had an amazing time at this hotel, the service I received was impeccable from the guest relations officer zeynel, was very helpful when we were trying to book our excursions and ensured we had a great time, thoroughly impressed and amazed by his kindness and support during this process. The location is a bit out of the way but beggars can’t be choosers, the rooms are very spacious, I highly suggest.

Hotel really clean and nice. Staff very nice and respectful too, specifically a man called Zeynel, who was really helpful and easy to talk to (English was great) ! Would definitely recommend ! The food supplied at this hotel was lovely too, I will definitely be returning.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful staff just an all round great place to stay. I especially want to thank Zeynel the guest relation officer, for helping us plan our amazing days out and made us feel safe and make the most of our holiday.
Would highly recommend to anyone.

The entertainment team and bar staff are amazing. Lots of activities for adults and kids. Food is varied and the eating areas are so clean.

I think this Hotel very nice and small but I think not deserve 5 stars Hotel who needs quite Hotel i will recommend

We had finished our stay in another hotel and because we had not booked flights home, we wanted to stay longer somewhere else. We found this hotel to have one room available. A family room, with two separate bedrooms and a bathroom, which wasn't the most modern but for a last minute booking can't complain. I am English and my husband and kids are Turkish. There are no Brits there, which I am fine with. Mostly very nice German guests. We had SUCH a lovely time. The entertainment and activities are for both kids and adults. The place is not too noisy, yet you get a great atmosphere. The staff are all lovely and the place is so clean. I just wish I had been able to stay longer. Everything is manageable, everything is available, fabulous food, bars, activities, pools (super pool party), gardens, just really lovely. Would I go back? Yes, definitely.

Fantastic hotel, wonderful staff, where nothing was too much troubke. The food was lovely, with lots of choice. I would definitely recommend. The only downfall was the evening entertainment, it was terrible.
