All-inclusive hotels on first line in Side

The hotel is in a very nice place. Easy access. It is a place where you can go easily in the concept of all inclusive. The staff helps you. Food and drinks are delicious. There is also a parking lot. You can easily reach it by car or minibus. The sea is very close.

Very nice hotel I hope the quality stays the same.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Fatos at the reception was very helpful and arranged a better room for us. Riza, an elderly and sweet man, played with the children and lifted everyone’s spirits. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

My husband and I were there in March, off-season! We liked the hotel, it is very well located: close to the promenade area and the old town - for which it was chosen! There are no complaints about the food, the bar at the reception has very tasty Turkish coffee! But ... there was one significant minus - next door there is a long-running 24-hour counter!!! Most likely, 2025 will not be a very good decision...

It's just okay Hotel was fine. Rooms and hotel in general was very clean. Could do with a bit of a refreshment. Staff were nice. Food was okay. Not much selection for vegetarians. We came early in April so pool side snacks were not open. So if you miss lunch there's nothing until dinner. Coffee was terrible as its just milk and water. Not much activity going on during the day so it was a bit boring...

Upon arriving at the hotel we was very happy with the look of the hotel. We arrived around 11pm, entering reception we was told they did not have a booking for us and told us to pay €200 for the night and we can resolve the issue in the morning due to it being late. We are very satisfied with the whole hotel. Everyone was very nice. the staff speaks German rather well, but we only know English. Despite this, they did everything they could to communicate with us. The food and the programs were also very varied. the parties were until 11 pm, which was very comfortable for families to relax. The beach is 3-4 minutes walk from the hotel and clean!

We're leaving happily as usual. It's a bit crowded, especially on weekends, because it's winter. You might have to wait in line at the lobby bar. Other than that, there were no problems. Everything was great.

This is our third time back to the hotel. It's one of the few hotels open in winter. In January, we had a heated outdoor pool. The food is good, not very varied—mostly the same every day—but everything is delicious. The rooms need renovation.

We booked a room with a sea view. The receptionist said they had the right to change the room category and gave us the worst room with a roof view. We were told to complain to Trip.com. The manager we called turned out to only speak Turkish and couldn't help. This is our third time at the hotel (repeat reservations), and we didn't expect such rudeness.

The staff attitude is poor, and the rooms are old and poorly maintained.

The stay at the hotel was great. The room was decent, the terrace very small, but I saw that other rooms and parts of the hotel had larger terraces. The food was varied and good, especially the desserts. The staff was hardworking. However, the staff spoke very little English. 90% of the guests were German, so they spoke better German. Hotel is genuinely plush and lives up to 5 star advertising. It isn’t in the centre of side but travelling to side is easy and really cheap via the little hotel buses that go by every day. We had a very good week in the Mary Palace Resort. The food was fantastic, the personnel was very kind. The Linda Hotel is particularly popular with German guests. There are many regular guests aged 50 and over. It is not the biggest or most luxurious hotel, but it is well maintained and clean. It is not really recommended for "party vacationers".

Hotel is just ok. Rooms are small, food is ok nothing special, all week same dishes. All Inclusive is poor. Virtually no animations. The lady who should take care of the children behaved as if it was a punishment for her. No commitment. The only big plus is the garden and the restaurant in the patio.

After researching and driving around and looking at various accommodations, we chose Venus Hotel and cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. We liked it so much we added an additional night. It was within a few minutes of the travertines. An excellent hotel, good food though the hot buffet food could be hotter, good facilities, well located etc. Only down side being the German influence. The staff all presume you are german and greet you so, even after being advised otherwise. We just joined in and spoke German, it was easier! A lovely stay all the same. Workers are friendly. The foods are great. The room is clean everyday new towels. The roombar is everyday filled in. The surroundings are good. The hammam and massages are fantastic. Its 10/10.

The hotel was brilliant and the Hotel Manager Hakan was absolutely fantastic. We had a hiccup with the room on the first night and he made sure we had a wonderful holiday by checking in regularly, and even helping with the restaurant bookings to make our holiday so memorable.

Nice hotel food and drinks all good, only bad thing I would have to share is that a lot of Germans at this hotel and staff / some of entertainment staff favour them .
