A very pleasant hotel. It's not a behemoth like many in Turkey. Cozy, quiet, and centrally located. The beaches are two minutes away. The hotel staff is phenomenal. Kind, attentive, and friendly.

Very nice hotel with high standard of cleanliness. Rooms were cleaned every day, we got new towels and bottles of water each day. The pool was checked 3 times a day and cleaned every night. Food was delicious and staff was really nice, especially barman Ali.

I would like to mention the parking problem right away, as there is no parking lot and it is very difficult to find a parking space in the surrounding area. The beach is very far away, they told us 350 meters away, but it is 600 meters away, right next to the beach and the public beach. Nice famely hotel with a wonderfull garden. Staf is very frendly, rooms are kept clean, food is okay could have some more variation. Animation is done by 3 people who do their best. Really nice all inclusive hotel resort with plenty of space for the kids to have fun (there is a kids club but we didn't use it), animators, activities and shows in the evening, and a hammam where I got the best massage of my life and for the most part, friendly German and English speaking staff. Would recommend for a family holiday!

Excellent room, very clean, maid came when required. Food and drink as good as anywhere. 5 pools and kids and adult water parks. Only let down is staff seem to only speak German, although were very happy to have English guests.

Upon arrival I was a little surprised that no-one guided us to our room as usually the bell boy does but we found it ok so no worries. The hotel was very affordable, I was able to find a deal for $115 for the whole week! It was enough for me to finish my dental work with the Intel Dental nearby. I also received a lymphatic and mixed massages at the hotel with great masseuses: Rose, Anastasia and Sheriff.. After the massage I got more energy and reduced the swelling in the body. We've just left Palm d'Or, we had a lovely time. The hotel was in a very quiet location and only had about 12 guests staying. The hotel has just had a refurb. Location of property means alot of walking or taxis to get around, the property is clean and rooms are spacious and the staff friendly. For a 4 star property the food choice seemed poor overall, some dishes we're tasty but I found myself eating out sometimes. What I liked most about this hotel was the experience at the spa, a real relaxation, and the staff was very nice and attentive. I also liked the entertainment team that always made sure we felt good.
