Sweetpark? More like sweatpark. Our airco didn't work and it leaked

The hotel has a dedicated are in the beach for their guests with sunbeds, it is a 5 min walk from the hotel, with lots of stairs, what can be a bit hard for those with accessibility issues, other than that, it was perfect for us

The main highlight of the hotel is the location of the restaurant on the roof, which offers an amazing view and a beautiful view of the sea, the cuisine is also excellent The service staff is attentive That is, there are all conditions for a wonderful stay!

It's been a great experience! Me, my girfriend and my mom stayed for 6 nights in the hotel. The food was really good, the room service adequate and the location is perfect for those looking for a quite place to rest

Spent 5 nights Very pleasant holiday with lots of memories. All staff helpful. Beach just 5mints clean and sandy. 5th floor restaurant the great sea view. Turkish hamam good. Overall good experience. 👍

In summary, if you want a quite place to stay, close to the beach and to the Side Old Town with a good all inclusive menu and with a great staff, don't think twice, just book a room

We were very happy with the food , breakfast had pretty much anything you'd want , lunch , burgers , chicken , spaghetti (freshly prepared by the very smiley young chef ) and of course loads of fresh fruit

I my view avoid the burgers as they are truly awful. Drinks were budget, Swimming pool was fab

Absolutely fantastic, the entertainment was excellent, food was really good catering for all, only downside no English sausage but hey, I’m a Brit

Hotel is very good - clean and well maintaned, service is super, food is tastefull and fresh. Music in the evenings at the pool is great - peaceful and not too loud

The whole team are on it, cleaning constantly, the bar man even offered to run to the shop to fetch me an ice cream because they had ran out. Location is the best in Side, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else

Small walk to the old town once you know the short cut opposite the hotel. Everything was clean and good quality

Although, you could purchase a bottle for 1 Euro. Pool area very clean, staff are constantly cleaning and sweeping to ensure it is spotless

This was brought up with the restaurant manager, however, it wasn't resolved during our stay. We would definitely visit again, fingers crossed by then, we get hot chips and/or a microwave 🤞🤞🤞🔥 Very friendly staff

although there were no English visitors on our visit, that didn't matter, we made new German and Dutch friends. Good location to walk to the beach, few bars around too. there is a bus every morning to the beach

The all inclusive drinks were as expected, the local Effes lager is nice and chilled, cocktails could be purchased on request. Water available in the restaurant, we filled our bottles up from the tank

No big complaints about the food, always sonething to eat, however, they need a microwave, the chips were cold at every mealtime

What can I say, this time too, this hotel and its staff have impressed us, starting from the two super friendly young receptionists who are there every year to the staff at the beach bar and our Orhan who always makes sure that every guest has a sunbed with a mattress

We are accommodated in a renovated room that meets the high criteria of a 5 * hotel. The reason why we are returning to Aquamarin for the third time in a row, as well as my father-in-law and mother-in-law, is very simple

A hotel that meets European 4* standards. The only negative aspect was that the water coolers on the beach were locked at 5:30 PM

We have visited this hotel in Oct24 and I would overall consider it as good stay. For rooms: I found the mattress rather hard but that’s up to everyone’s preference, but the rooms were also rather noisy

I have to be honest after reading some of the reviews before we came I was a bit nervous…. my advice don’t read too much into them…what a fantastic small family run hotel, brilliant pool area, spotlessly clean

the hotel is difficult to get to, the beach is also far away. the food is of a low standard. the hotel is definitely not worth the money asked. and positive moments, nice people at the reception and quite clean.

On the way, the pool with toboggans, which belonged to our hotel, releases the toboggans at the specified time in the morning and afternoon. Sandy beach, gradual entrance, also suitable for children

The food was top, there was always something to choose from, coffee, juices, non-alcoholic/alcoholic drinks, mixed drinks all day. Ice cream, waffles by the pool and in the reptile bar at certain times

There are just three things I would improve: replace the beddings, pillows, and towels; clean the rooms more often; and tidy up the beach every evening

For the price, the room is great value - has all you need, ensuite and new air con, albeit could use a spruce up and towels do smell of ash

The restaurant blew us away, big portions, juicy meat, home made bread was delightful. The staff are beyond hospitable, free water bottles for the room

First of all the welcome was very nice. Esthetic place with top notch food with high quality. The hotel front office is wonderful and manager Ugur K. and friendly , we are having fun

Room was spacious and clean very modern and up to date, balcony, sea view, had shops, spa, kids club, gym, hairdresser. Everything you need for a good holiday at good price

Detergent is provided for the washer and there is a drying rack on the balcony. There is a pool but not a gym. Located a 2-5 minute walk to stores, restaurants and the beach

The location of the hotel is very good. You can walk to the sea in two minutes. The taste of the food is not bad, most importantly it is fresh. Our only problem was that there was no constant tea in the cafe

A hotel that deserves its score. There are umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach. All the ladies and gentlemen working in the business do their jobs very well. I recommend it. I hope we come back one day.

The rooms are clean, the bathroom and toilet are newly renovated, the beds are comfortable, there is air conditioning and TV. The pool is clean and convenient. The hotel serves breakfast and dinner

All the amenities worked (washer, A/C, hot water, full size refrigerator). Balcony has two doors you can access from the bedroom or living room. Smallish bathroom but ok for two people

The hotel is in a central location. As a location very close to the sea, the hotel has its own private beach, sunbeds and umbrellas are available

The restaurant is nothing special, the juice and coffee machine does not work, so you have to go to the ones by the pool to get back to the restaurant with the food, it is okay, it is not bad, but it is not extraordinary

The paddling pool is too cold for small children. The beach is better suited to children; the roof provides good protection from the sun

There is a comfortable bus taking guests to the beach. Biggest downside was the lack of non-smoking areas. There where smokers everywhere, you can even smell it in the restaurant. Also none of the staff speaks english

Now the swimming pool 90% of the time in the frozen shade THE SLIDE in fact it's THE slide and which is not open so no one goes in the water and almost no sun to put on a deckchair even though it's 31* in October

There was an air conditioning unit which provided cool and heat, whichever was required. Beach/pool towels are also provided from the Spa

Pool area nice, but small , usual towels on sunbeds but unused all day. Food was very hot and miss, no hot foods were labelled, so largely a guessing game

They have specialty evenings - Fish night (Great fresh BBQ mackerel) and Turkish night with kebab and entertainment. Service was always efficient either housekeeping, the bar, restaurant or the grounds

Cabins were just the right size with a private bathroom, a relaxing shaded balcony and quiet communal areas where you could fall asleep. You couldn't ask for a more relaxing space

Coming Altinkum hotel was on of the best choices of me, it is a great place for holiday as we in 2020 covid 19 era, they take care of the customer clean environment, it was great, near the beach ⛱, having delicious food with the sea view

It is close to both the ancient side and the new. Spa personel was very friendly and massages were very good. WiFi is not free (very bad in this age) food is ok, sea and sand is great

A 10 minute walk along the lane at the back of the hotel takes you to the village, the sea front and promenade. A 5 minute walk leads to a good shopping street and on to the same sea front

Really friendly and helpful staff, 5 minutes from shops and restaurants, 10 minutes to the beach ⛱️ but a schuttel bus to the private beach is better. Nice pool and bar for the evening which can get loud with good music.

The pool area has a standard pool with a small shallow area for small children but there are no slides etc as this is a small hotel and we love it. Sadly there is no lift but this did not bother us

If you're considering a trip then just ask reception! Facilities: The hotel has 4 floors with reception on the ground floor (floor 3) and pool/restaurant 2 floors below

It is typical healthy European and no 'junk food' in sight. A good range of drinks is available at the bar which also serves the pool area

Rooms are quite dated but comfortable. A decent choice of food for meals and staff who couldn't do enough for us. The hotel was occupied by mainly German and Dutch people who were extremely friendly

The food was very good and varied. Just a few minutes walking away from an amazing argeological site from the greek/roman era. The beach is quite a walk away, but you are met with a lot of argeological sites to explore

The private beach is way better than the beaches near the hotel but you have to take a shuttle. The hotel is not too far away from the town center and the old city. Everything is reachable by foot

This is a small, quieter hotel and nothing like those huge, crowded resorts where you cannot escape from people! Lots of shops and restaurants nearly, plus a market on Saturdays within walking distance

I spent with my mum Svetlana three days in this hotel at the end of July. Room 206: spacious, 4 beds, one AC, refrigerator, kettle and cups (free on request). Everything was perfectly clean and tidy

The breakefast was ok. Just one choose of topping, but still ok breakefast. Very bad wifi. The room was ok and the cleaning was good.

Basic hotel in a really good position close to the beach and historic centre of Side. Breakfast was served in a very pleasant rooftop area.

Rooms are basic but with everything necessary (including fridge balcony ) The manager is very kind and explains you everything you should know Breakfast is ok but is the same every day You get unlimited tea and good coffee Highly recommandable

What I didn’t like was the self service at the pool bar when it was show time. I was there alone with my 4 year old

Our check in staff at arrival, I did not get his name, for promptly and diligently sorting out a new room for us due to my son's fear of lifts and us not being able to stay in our originally assigned upper floor room
