It's been a great experience! Me, my girfriend and my mom stayed for 6 nights in the hotel. The food was really good, the room service adequate and the location is perfect for those looking for a quite place to rest. The food had a mixture of Turkish and Continental European dishes, but the desserts were manly Turkish. The hotel has a dedicated are in the beach for their guests with sunbeds, it is a 5 min walk from the hotel, with lots of stairs, what can be a bit hard for those with accessibility issues, other than that, it was perfect for us. All was great, but the hotel staff has a special spot in our hearts, they were beyong amazing, with a special metion Muslum (I hope I got his name right). They create a real bond and make you feel at home, giving a whole new meaning to the word hospitality. In summary, if you want a quite place to stay, close to the beach and to the Side Old Town with a good all inclusive menu and with a great staff, don't think twice, just book a room.

Spent 5 nights Very pleasant holiday with lots of memories. All staff helpful. Beach just 5mints clean and sandy. 5th floor restaurant the great sea view. Turkish hamam good. Overall good experience. 👍

Extremely Rude Administrator who ruined the whole experience! I stayed at this hotel in September for a few days. While the rooms were decent and the food was quite good, I would like to raise a serious concern about the check-in process, particularly with the Administrator Elena. When my parents arrived, Elena was extremely rude throughout the entire check-in. She handed us a room key, and we discovered she had assigned my parents to a room with a SINGLE bed and an armchair converted into a child’s bed! When I asked if she was seriously suggesting my father should sleep in a child’s bed, her response was, “I already have enough problems and don’t want to deal with this right now.” After more arguing, she reluctantly reassigned us to another room - this time right next to the hotel’s garbage room! I have traveled widely, and I have never faced such unprofessional and outright rude behavior from someone working in hospitality! It was especially disappointing because the rest of the hotel staff, including those in the restaurants, were very polite and helpful. For a hotel that otherwise has potential, this level of treatment at the front desk is simply inexcusable.

I liked the hotel, everything is great, a great place for a relaxing holiday. The food is delicious in some ways, as usual in others, the panoramic restaurant on the roof is great, 5 points for the concept, but the location of the hotel is also excellent, everything you need is within walking distance, you will definitely not get bored. I recommend the hotel! 🤗

Quiet hotel. Not many people. No loud animation or entertainment here. Good food, nice and polite staff. All with humor 😁. Don't be shy to help, to give advice. There are many Germans in the hotel, there are Americans, Russians too, but not many. We enjoyed our stay here. Every day the room was cleaned, linen and towels were changed upon request. The food was good and tasty. The room was given a higher class. We would come back again!

Excellent hotel, restaurant with a gorgeous view, friendly staff, cleaning every day, 5 minutes to the sea, not as they write that 15-20 minutes, freeloaders will not like it of course, they paid for "all inclusive" the music bothers them, etc. We checked in at 13.00 instead of 14.00 but did not pay anything, so friends, walk more often to the sea and do not come in a bad mood. It justifies its money, time goes by, the dollar is growing, as before for 1000 bucks you can not find a 5-star resort and all that.

I spent a week holiday at Side Su hotel as solo. It is a city hotel, simple, quite modern and nice. I got a room in the main building, there are few more buildings, each on a different level of the hill. I liked small swimming pools of each level. Unfortunately my room 1201 was the closest to the high traffic street, better to avoid such location. Also be aware of many stairs going down to the beach - it is difficult to older / disabled persons. The best part of the hotel is the restaurant on the top floor: good food and wonderful panorama. I gladly recommend this place for 16+ travelers.

Don't cheap out on the standard room. Pay a little extra it's WORTH IT when choosing sea view. The dining experience of this place is what MAKES this hotel! Rooftop top open-air restaurant with full sea view over the bay. I'd go back again just for this!
