Stories about food in these reviews, I would say’s are unfounded, there have been loads of choices for mains and salads and usual holiday fare with deserts, beautiful to look at but no great flavours, I can’t fault the hotel for that

Food is OK but can be better especially breakfest usually all the same and no pork at all. Pool is big enough but again no shower. Internet only in lobby and very poor

I have had a totally different experience with many of these reviews I did have an issue with my room on arrival as it wasn’t what I had booked but it was nearly 21

00 when I arrived This was sorted first thing next morning and I have a decent room overlooking the pool, can’t see the sea but I doubt many rooms see much of the sea. The staff so far have been very nice and helpful

I’m enjoying my stay and probably it is short of a four star rating but I’m happy with my choice of hotel however the same cannot be said for Loveholidays I found them most unhelpful and have excuses for every shortfall

we were given room 709 and what a view from the balcony! Sea view to our left and pool view down below with breathtaking scenery all around

A downside is that reserving poolside loungers with towels seems to be tolerated, which can be frustrating. The entertainment program is fine, though more oriented towards adults than teenagers

The villa had 3 bedrooms, 2 of which had air-conditioning. 2 bathrooms and 3 balconies with a living area that had a kettle and fridge. Two pools are lovely and refreshing. Staff are very helpful and friendly

Pool party was fun! I really enjoyed the food and trying new stuff but my fussy boys did struggle. The kebab and Sunday lunch was delicious. Shops and restaurants on doorstep

We returned 13 years after our initial visit. Site feels relaxed, safe and clean. Plenty of beautiful scenery and with the feel your not surrounded by hundreds of people like some places

So on arrival reception was easy to find, helpful staff showed us to our room after checking us in, very informative of dining times. Main Room had 1 double bed and the other room had two singles and wardrobes

The hotel is not overly luxurious but offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The all-inclusive concept is well thought out with healthy, fresh food and plenty of choice

Pros - Food is good, several options. You won’t be hungry - Pools are nice - Sin loungers and umbrellas are free of charge at beach - Local alcohol and other non-alcoholic beverages are free

BUT the food is good, hotel is overall clean, personal is friendly, good location, hotel has its own beach, outside bar is nice, daily evening events, pools are clean. Overall okay, but not again

We were septical about the mixed reviews at first but I'm glad I didn't listen as it was completely wrong and we had a great time , even the locals were lovely and plenty of shops. Beach was literally down the road

The Buffet in the Restaurant was great i got no problems or any case of poisoning or anything like that, you can enjoy every meal there

Our Visit to the Sun Beach Park in Side was perfect. I can recommend it for everyone who wants a nice Vacation in Side

Hotel was brilliant, rooms cleaned daily and the food was lovely , the staff were very accommodating and helpful

As you enter the hotel there are nice looking rooms in seperate buildings - but these are next to the pool and where the entertainment happens at night. but the main building is horrible! Staff nice and friendly

Now the most important part, the bartenders, Ahmed, Özkan and the best of the best, one and only, and our fauvorite Bar Captain Osman who we made friends with, thank each and every one of you for a very nice stay! And Osman, our beloved friend is huge fan of Galatasaray, and made me also fall in love with that team, so thank you bro💪 Other Staff was also great and I can't say a bad word about anyone...

We just got back from Sural Garden yesterday and man, what a wonderful stay it was! The Staff was superfriendly, we loved restaurant manager Murat Bey, who made sure that the food was fresh and delicious, also waiters were great and caring, and the best one out there was Metin(thank you for your service bro😉)

Rooms were clean, food and drinks delicious and me and my girlfriend consider our stay at Sural Garden, the best holidays in our lives and we definitely wanna get back there in a couple od months 😉 I can recommend Sural Hotel to everyone, you won't regret IT!

Overall, the hotel is fine and the beach is close to the hotel. When it comes to food, there’s a wide variety, but dinners are the best. The hotel and bar staff are excellent

If you need something at the bar just ask Osman he’s very nice and helpful 😊

The rooms have everything you expect, decent size for a family, large beds, fresh towels daily, rooms cleaned daily, and fridge kept topped with bottled water, great aircon too. We had a pool view balcony which was ideal

5) The shower by the pool isn't used by anyone; it's tucked away in a corner, and guests aren't reminded to shower before entering the pool. With temperatures over 30 degrees Celsius for weeks, the pool is very cloudy

I don't believe the fresh water is regularly replaced, and I doubt the pool's hygiene standards. 6) Lifeguard: The waterslide is open twice a day

On arrival, Love holiday had even managed to mess this part of the booking up by cancelling the rooms of three families in our group, but the hotel manager was amazing and sorted everything out, and found them rooms

Went to Side for a holiday as a group of 17, 14 of us stayed here. We had lots of hassle booking via Love holiday, who we won't ever use again

Nice cocktail selection, amazing selection of salads, and breads, Turkish tea, desserts, nice Local food selection, if you have a picky family, you may not like it, but its typical Turkish food and that's what you go away for to try new cultures

The owner of this hotel was on the news this week, he made a controversial statement "burkinis not welcome" . Hence the recent low points. I've never been in this hotel before, but now I'm thinking of giving a try.

Beautifull beach with a full service. Amazing garden, rivers, waterfalls, slides. Great drinks consisted of imported alcohol in inclusive option. I am impressed and can recommend Club Grand Side &Aqua to everyone

I have never been bothered by so much visual and sound pollution… There were ten people chatting at the pool bars but only one queue, a friend helps you, civil servant attitude

People who were racing against time, not in the service sector, who were just trying to finish their own work, were very robotic… I think looking for napkins and water, the fact that the water was only in bottles at the poolside bar were disadvantages, but there was a serious pool size in the Amazon, so it needs maintenance

Only small con - stuff don't speak English well, only German. The biggest pros is no RU there ':)

British guests just don't behave like this! There was no entertainment at all in the evenings, the pool was consistently in the shade so no one used it

We have just finished our vacation in Ozlem Garden. The hotel has a perfect location -less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. You will enjoy the beauty of the Turkish kitchen (the food was excellent) watching the sea

The staff is restless and very polite. The beach is well organized, good sunbeds and umbrellas, enough space. The bungalows are well equiped and maintained. Only the furniture is a bit old but that is irelevant

We had a few issues the first day, no beach towels available as they had run out but all issues were promptly dealt with by Kadir the Ops manager. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble

Towels and bedding changed regularly and cleaners do a great job. Theres hair/body wash available in the shower. Good selection of drinks available at the bar between 10am and midnight

You can free get water and coffee on the beach. The rooms are lovely, very modern,mini bar where your water is topped up every day plus a large bottle for your kettle. Tea coffee sugar and creamer available in your room

You may have issues getting a sun bed on the beach on a morning but if you head down there between 1pm and 3pm you will get a bed no problem Mustaffa who looks after things on the beach is a great guy

If you miss lunch then you can grab a burger chips or chicken nuggets between 4pm and 5pm If this hotel lacks in anything its probably the atmosphere on an evening

You certainly wont starve where the food is concerned. Cem and his team do a fantastic job at meal times with plenty of options and variety

The bar has everything you need: beer, vodka, whiskey, gin, crayfish, cola, sprite. It is a bit far from the sea (15-20 minutes on foot), but there is a shuttle service. The hotel has a very pleasant, calm atmosphere

The hotel is good, the rooms are large and beautiful. There is a large TV, refrigerator, and air conditioning in the room. The food is decent, nothing fancy, but you won't go hungry

Since they closed the blinds of the fitness room below me, mine were closed automatically, the windows of the room did not open all night, and they solved the problem a day later. Breakfast at the hotel: Middle

very boring food everyday the same thing but no one got ill. rooms need TLC and a deep clean in the bathroom especially shower area. a bit out of the way but a few bars around. The corner Bar was my favourite

There is a private beach to which a free shuttle goes regularly (around 5 minute drive), you can eat lunch at the beach and have unlimited drinks just like at the pool bar back at the hotel

I'm usually not one for all-in, but this was exactly what I like about budget-friendly hotels, ones that don't waste money. Best of all, the staff were all top-notch. I even received an unexpected birthday gift

It's my another visit in this hotel after some time and i must admit the hotel keeps it's standard all the time. Food is fresh and tasty, multiple choice of dishes, fruits and vegetables asa well as desserts

Every week there is Turkish night with traditional cuisine and dance show. Rooms are clean and making up everyday. The hotel has also beach bus shuttling often to and from the beach

Personally I did not mind this as the music was usually quite good, most of the time ranging from popular pop songs to old classics but for someone who is sensitive to noise or is with small children this may be an issue

The hotel is small but very cozy. There's a shuttle service to the seaside. The old town is close by. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Trendy Side Beach🌞 The location is perfect, just steps away from the beautiful beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile

Sometimes you have to ask to clean the room twice a day, and it won't be cleaned. The pool is fine, after 15:00 you can enjoy a shadow over the part of it. I couldn't even imagine that hotel can offer such mess

Actually it's hardly a 4star hotel. There are no beach towels, however the beaches and hotels nearby offer towels. At the dinner you can't find a place to seat

The rooms are good as is the pool. Unfortunately the all inclusive side of the hotel let's it down. It's really just full board with some drinks included

If you want to relax and have a nice vacation this hotel is a good choice

Note that the hotel is at the edge of the village Evrenseki, and supermarkets like Migros and Carrefour are 2,5km away from the hotel. You can enjoy songs of muezzin from the mosque nearby at 5:00AM

This was what we thought was very bad. The same procedure when we were going down to the pool. What we thought was good was that it was for people over 16

My Husband and I went for our first anniversary and we had a fantastic time the hotel was amazing and the staff so friendly and helpful food was out of this world will highly recommend and looking to come back next year.

Pool area was amazing and I have nothing but good things to say about the entertainment team that kept us busy every day apart from Sunday ( people have to rest ) Drinks are plentiful and snacks in the afternoon by the pool amazing

Staff were helpful even if at times was a struggle as most didn't speak English as this was a German hotel but they tried and in the end if you learn a little basic turkish like what a bottle of water is at dinner etc then everything was good

The food was amazing they had different days for different things which you got to know so could get repetitive if there for a while but the quality of the food was amazing

Every night they had a different bit of entertainment. Bars open late and on a couple of days a week a little disco of an evening

Inside - absolutely as it should be. It’s location forces you to move by mini-buses or taxi if you want to go anywhere. One mini-market with reasonable prices (after negotiations) very close - as a plus.

An excellent hotel for a vacation stay. The room was cleaned every day, even in the afternoon. The service was very friendly, and the view from the balcony was peaceful and pleasant

On first arrival thought the hotel to be out of the way but this hotel is located in a nice quite location, but also close enought to local restaurants & bars. Bonus of free shuttle to beach each day

I took 5 massages there, it was like a lymphatic drainage massage and guys I kid you not all the water from my body is gone. I have been to several spa treatments and this one is one of the best

The location of the hotel is already great, the sea looks within walking distance. The pool was just like our own, we used it comfortably

The rooms were clean, but somewhat impractical (more storage space and closets would have been helpful). The air conditioning worked perfectly

There is an agreement with the public beach, you do not pay for sun loungers and umbrellas. Since the hotel is close to the market, it is very easy to travel around. It has a very calm and peaceful environment

The location is within walking distance to both the sea and Kumköy bazaar, cleanliness and order are meticulous, the food is quality and satisfying from Ali master, you are full of food, the appetizers are great, the drinks are the best brands, the fruit juices are in boxes, the service staff Eren and Ali are smiling, they made you feel like family

There is always a delicious lunch on the beach, they baked pizza and more, drinks were served by a friendly bartender, he also gave out mattresses for sun loungers, thanks to him for his service! We went swimming a little along the shore to the right, there is an excellent bottom

We have jus arrived back from a fantastic week in this hotels company. Staff were warm and friendly and the hotel was clean. Maids were lovely leaving us fresh water and even leaving us some lovely thoughtful surprises

Hotel is directly next to the beach on the nice promenade on which you can walk to Side, what is very nice walk. Food is delicious, a lot of options, always there was plenty of food even if you come later

There is a pool, sun loungers and an Hamman on site together with a bar - restaurant that serve a delicious breakfast and although I did eat at night The Turkish night looked spectacular

All the old ruins are on your doorstep Rooms are very basic but are very clean would definitely return for a short holiday

Location is as perfect as it gets. Beach at one end and Side's architecture at the other all within a minutes walking distance. The rooms are basic but clean and definitely value for money

5 minutes from the old town and ruins, 10 minutes to big supermarkets and dolmus stop for Manvagat. To the back of the hotel is the beach. Hotel has a small section with sunbeds provided. Great place to watch the sunset

Loved the hotel food was excellent plenty choice the staff was friendly although the maid entered our room trying to sell us something the one thing that let it down was the life guard on the beach he said who could lie on those beds near the sea put his towels on and chose who could have them also the towels of a lot of visitors were left overnight so it was hard to get a sun bed when I walked along...

Rooms are cabin style, really cosy and comfortable with patio or balcony. Not much privacy though as patios are open plan. Decor inside is lovelly, flat screen TV, hairdryer and a small fridge
