according to the experience of staying in the hotel in dubai , this is the bad experience ever what I had , in the room bathroom door was unable to close , hygiene was also very less there , there were some smells in the bathroom , and also the flush of the toilet is not working properly, there were leak of ac in the bathroom , water drops were there , i also communicated with the reception atheist 4 or 5 time , then I stopped , kindly take the opinion seriously from the hotel side and try to fix it

Staff were great. Couldn’t fault them. Room was clean but shows a lot of built up dirt in the bathroom.
I’m not complaining, it was cheap.

The room is infested with roaches 🪳.I thought it was just one and then I started spotting them everywhere, literally everywhere,on the bed,TV, inside mini refrigerator.Location is great but what good is location if u r staying in a hotel infested with cockroach.There was no ventilation or natural Light in the room.The room I booked had a good wide window but the one we were alloted was dark like dungeon.I didn't mind that too until I noticed cockroaches roaming around everywhere.I understand this property is very old but it doesn't mean,u keep it unhygienic and infested.
Update:
So after I told them about cockroach infestation within few hours I was shifted to a better room with no cockroach at all.They ensured the room was clean.When it comes to service,all of their staffs are superb. Special thanks to Hassan who took care of everything at our floor.If I ever visit Dubai again,I'd love to stay here only.Everyone here is amazing ,the whole crew.

Well was not goid area very busy area , too much noise night club in hotel every night banging noise canteen never changed sheets for 2 weeks so made the bed with same dirty sheets , and the towels when I arrive no towels in room wasn’t sure about my reservation either when I arrived not very professional coukdnt get me taxi to airport offered me a car lift mug regulated don’t know driver no id card not very good wouldn’t recommend to stay again and wst they say they had in room didn’t have it false advertising only 2 small bottles water supplied through the whole stay

Yes good location very lively area right next to a metro station good for getting about taxi right on doorstep , good price for accommodation very busy hotel alot of people seem to stay at this hotel it’s clean , only thing is no tea or coffee maker , there’s fridge but broke down , you have security guards on property which is good

I I I There were cockroaches in the room!! Horrible! It smelled so strongly of tobacco that you couldn't breathe.

The bed was infested with bedbugs, no good room service, high club noise I don’t even recommend one star , if you care about your self don’t take this hotel

very bad hotel

I lived on the second floor and the noise of the club reached my room. When I went to the reception, I told him about the disturbance and he told me that the room could not be changed and the club could not be stopped. The club continued until 4 am. It was a bad experience and a terrible night. We could not sleep despite being tired.
