Versailles by Vieras Hotel in Dubai

This Hotel is on a good location near Al Rigga and Union Metro Station.
Hotel staff specifically Miss Janifer helped me a lot when it was needed. Very neat and clean with a very friendly staff. I would like to stay again in this property in coming future.

I stayed more than one month . The only issue i had the iron was not working and staff replaced it .

Nice hotel, good location, have parking. Good staff.

Overall, our stay was great. Check in and check out were smooth, and having basement parking was very convenient. The location was excellent and the service was good. I would agree with other guests that the music from downstairs can be loud, although we were tired and managed to sleep.

The stay was great! There was a couple of WiFi related hiccups, but everything else was very comfortable.
The crew, especially Mr. Anilkumar was very helpful with the check in, as well as prompt help for room service and other tasks.

All in all, a great and affordable stay right next to the Union and Rigga Metro Stations👍🏻

I was truly impressed by the exceptional hospitality at Hotel Vieras. Aliya at the reception greeted us warmly and handled every request with remarkable courtesy. Duty Manager Denzil ensured our stay was smooth and comfortable, while Deparaj, the bell boy, provided attentive and efficient support throughout our visit. The breakfast was delicious, well-presented, and offered a satisfying variety of options. Overall, the experience exceeded expectations, and I wholeheartedly commend the staff for their outstanding service.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property was exceptionally neat and clean, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The staff member, Anilkumar, was particularly impressive—polite, well-spoken, and attentive. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Place is located at perfect location , many shops nearby and easily accessible for public transport. Staff was amazing , breakfast was excellent with many options and timings were also linenet , no one ever told to hurry even when the time was over. Breakfast hall had big screen to keep us entertained. Swimming pool was also good on top floor with shower facility and towels available all the time. I am not sure about rates as we had booked through other agency including pickup drops for sightseeing. Room cleaning was also awesome and obviously dubai is famous for its security so we did not had to worry about keeping things as it is in room .
