The location is close to the airport, but the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I booked a non smoking room, yet the smoke smell was still very noticeable. The shower was not working, there was no bathroom mat so the floor was slippery, and there was no shower curtain for the bathtub. I think Trip.com should be more selective with the hotels they partner with. In my opinion, this place feels more like a guesthouse than a hotel.

This accomodation good for adults not for kids with family. Location is really good close to public transport and lots of restaurants nearby.

This hotel has no place for A normal human, bed full of trash and cockroach running around everywhere

Water is really hot. There is no cold water for take shower or wash face The absence of cold water presents a significant inconvenience, disrupting daily routines and personal comfort. This situation directly impacts hygiene practices, as the ability to properly cleanse oneself becomes compromised. Furthermore, the lack of temperature regulation can make simple tasks, like washing one's face, uncomfortable. Such a disruption can lead to a general feeling of unease, as the ability to maintain a sense of normalcy is diminished. Ultimately, the unavailability of cold water highlights the importance of consistent access to essential resources.

There are a lot of cockroaches in the room.room is so cold and cooler of hall works all the day and so noisy at night because if some clubs in downstairs . Trip.com please delete this hotel from app. I booked this hotel for 9 nights 🤦♂️😐.

Location is close to metro. Room is ok for what you pay for but would be better if a bit brighter. Noise from nightclub reaches even 6th floor of the building and will end by about 2-3am ish.

Good place to stay in Dubai… The location is great which you could walk to the MRT station about 200m… Lots of good restaurants and places to shop… We had a very good time here… Highly recommended!!
