I recently visited this hotel.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Rolla Suites Hotel. Unfortunately, it was one of the most unpleasant hotel stays I have ever encountered.
From the moment we arrived, the service at the front desk was unprofessional and unwelcoming. The front office lady and the male receptionist who were on duty on 22.02.2026 displayed very rude and arrogant behavior. No genuine care and even smile. There was no proper greeting, no willingness to assist, and their attitude made us feel completely uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Instead of trying to help resolve our concerns, these two responded in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. Customer service should always be polite, calm, and solution-oriented, but that was clearly not the case here. Their tone and body language reflected a lack of professionalism and basic hospitality standards.
Due to the poor handling of the situation, we were unable to stay at the property. Despite this, we were still charged, which added to our frustration. The overall experience was stressful and disappointing, especially when we expected basic courtesy and support.
Worst receptionist and front desk lady ever seen.
The cleanliness, room quality, and overall design are excellent. The rooms are well planned, comfortable, and perfect for families as well as adults and couples. Everything is neatly arranged and gives a very pleasant stay experience.
What truly made the stay special was the front office staff, especially Mr. Hamza at the reception. He is extremely professional, polite, and always smiling. The check-in process was very fast and smooth, and he made us feel welcome from the very first moment. His customer service is outstanding, and it is clear that guests are very happy with his attitude and support.
I sincerely recommend the hotel management to recognize and appreciate Mr. Hamza for his excellent service, as employees like him create a very positive impression and add great value to the hotel.
