Range of goods, center of shopping outlets, nearby pier. You can ride a boat, half an hour - an hour official price 60-70 dirhams, you can negotiate for 30-40 insha Allah.. the cuisine is halal everywhere, there is a wide choice of Pakistani, Afghan, Indian, Uzbek cuisine

Assalamu aleikum. We stayed at the hotel from March 13-19, 2021. We liked everything very much. Good food. Polite staff. We were supposed to check out at 2 pm, but our flight was at 10 pm, my son had diarrhea and I asked them to let us stay until the evening, they allowed me, it was very nice. Of the minuses, dirty carpets. Everything else 👍🏻

Hyatt Place Dubai Baniyas Square is an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk team was very helpful in answering all my questions about the area.

The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the coffee maker and mini-fridge. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower had great water pressure—perfect after a long day of exploring Dubai.

The hotel’s location is a major plus! It’s right in the heart of Dubai, close to the metro station, and within walking distance of key attractions like the Dubai Gold Souk and the Dubai Creek. Despite being in a bustling area, the rooms were quiet, ensuring a good night’s sleep.

The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The dining area was clean and well-organized, and the staff kept everything well-stocked.

Special shoutout to the housekeeping team for maintaining such high standards and to the concierge for their excellent recommendations on things to do and places to eat nearby.

Overall, Hyatt Place Dubai Baniyas Square exceeded my expectations. It’s a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Dubai! Highly recommend!

The Hotel needs some upgrades. The room was big and pretty nice but the TV did not work and was old. Also, one of the two elevators was not working

It was a pleasant stay amidst a busy place. Good view from the room and the food was nice as well. Surprisingly it rained heavily on our first visit to Dubai.

Stay was Awesome.

This hotel serves as a great hub for going anywhere in Dubai. There is the Baniyas metro station right in front of it. The food for breakfast is not extra but it get the job done.

If you plan to with deira market have more plans to be in this area , Hyatt place Dubai banyas would be the best spot ! The location is spot on . The rooms are neat . But I saw that there was few bathroom amenities.
Also in case don’t like Indian foods , you may want to avoid booking with breakfast . Since there was many options nearly for breakfast

I arrived just yesterday with my sister(Lidya Bekele) and mum, and so far, I’m feeling comfortable here. I’ll see how the rest of my 6-day stay goes, but so far, the staff has been incredibly kind. Ruth, in particular, gave me a warm welcome at breakfast this morning, which I truly appreciated. I’m grateful to everyone and am hoping to create wonderful memories here so I can return again. Thank you all!
