Trust me very budget friendly hotel , well behaved and friendly staff in all of their departments all staff are very cooperative and helpful.
Hotel has its own restaurant copper pot very yummy and tasty food We have tried it many times while our stay
In hotel there is bar the famous Jockey bar good for live matches and sip on their affordable drinks and beside it they also have this well known south indian restaurant Thamburu 24x7 music are on and I see both of this place with busy crowd but never affected the guest in any disturbance by this bars or the live singing music restaurant in hotel didn't affect any guests
Our stay was longer ,as per our experience the music we din face any disturbance
Reception staff Mr.Kamran , Jilani and Rakit so far this all staff were so friendly in assisting us while our stay their secuirty Ahmed was also helpful and kind man in assisting us and the Bouncer of the hotel George who so friendly and open to talks greeting and wishing them that's counts a smile on every guest enters to this hotel .
This might be a low key 2star hotel but for us while our stay we had our best time with all this staff assisting us and give their best in whatever requirements we had in our stay they helped us in a friendly way and with good gesture.

However, there was one thing that made me unhappy. When I needed two spoons for eating, I went to the front office staff and requested them. But they refused to provide me with the spoons. Right next to them was the restaurant, yet they made an excuse and denied my request.
One of the staff members told me I could get spoons from the market instead. They gave me the address, and I had to go to the market to buy them myself.
It doesn’t cost the hotel anything to provide two spoons, but still, they chose not to help and sent me to the market instead. I didn’t like this experience. And I mostly stay at this hotel whenever I travel, yet they still refused to help me.
Other than that, everything else was great.
