The bed smells bad likes the duvet not proper dry.
I booked 1 room for 2 adults and the city view but they give me, one bed room its not satisfied. Its the city back views.
Old towels and no kitchen pan for cook!
Drinking Water is limited only 2 bottle in the room! They are not putting for extra.
The most of all the receptionist lastnight was not good treating us. And she needs to be more patient for the costumer needed and looks like she is not happy for being receptionist. 🙄
The staff were very friendly, accommodating with guest need and wants during breakfast hours. The resturant was very busy during breakfast hours staff went extra miles to find sitting arrangements for the guest. The ho
tel is old look however the entire services provided by the staff were extremely high as we didn't feel that we are away from home.
The team member named Supriya at the reception was very welcoming with great smile provided us with professionalism services.
Overall we enjoyed staying at Millemium Palace.

We had a super, super amazing stay at Millennium Hotel Downtown Dubai with my family. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and has a very warm and cozy atmosphere.
The staff were absolutely top-class — always friendly, helpful, and smiling. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and we truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism.
Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was well organized and perfect for relaxing. The overall atmosphere of the hotel made us feel at home.
Thank you to the entire team at Millennium Hotel Downtown Dubai for this unforgettable experience. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone! 🌟

Very clean room
Nice buffet!
Mr Deepak (housekeeping) caught my attention with his genuine attitude and readiness to help. He kept my room clean and very very helpful. Very sweet spoken and very efficient in his work. I am so happy to have chosen this hotel, it is very clean and well maintained and above all the staff around are just very kind and helpful. I spent a marvelous time here. You people deserve a 5+ star rating.
However, as a side note, please consider varying the breakfast buffet option…I ate almost the same thing for the past 4 days 😏
