Pool is little small but does the trick

It was the best experience! The hotel is amazing, perfect location, huge rooms with living room and kitchen , have everything you need. Washing machine , microwave, everything to cook , bathtub

They also have two morning shuttle services to Jumeirah Beach and three afternoon shuttles to Dubai Mall. The gym is spacious, and the pool offers views of the Burj Khalifa, open from 6 AM to 11 PM

The staff were all very professional and proactive. I have to say, customer service in Dubai is top-notch. The hotel offers a taxi service to the airport for 80 AED (approximately 160 RMB), which is a reasonable price

We also had a wonderful experience with Chetan from the restaurant, who provided exceptional service and made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Dubai

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location is superb, just a 3-minute walk from the metro station. Our room even had a balcony with a view of the station. There's a 24-hour supermarket right downstairs

Location is best for people who like to walk around in city area, many shops, restaurants within few mins but jam during peak hours if hire taxi/uber

Check in a bit slow and get the room late around 4pm however staffs are helpful. Overall good if you like to stay in city area within short distance

Excellent apartment with all the facilities needed completely inc fridge microwave dishwasher washing machine coffee machine and balcony

Excellent location close to various malls and metro stations. Rooms are extremely well kept and clean. If you can afford it, go for it. If you can't, head over to bookings

The smell in the room was terrible. It was supposed to be non-smoking room, but it felt like smokers were living in there for years. It was really hard to fall asleep or even be in the room for a long time

This place always amazes me the front desk staff are so kind courteous and patient , upgrading me with our even asking and allowed me an earlier check in as was so tired , we do need more places in the world like this hotel ! Will be staying here always ! Thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻

It's quite a nice place to live with your family and friends. Staff behavior is very good, location is nice, just opposite to Reef Mall. Many super markets are nearby

Liked everything! The staff is attentive, smiling, friendly. The room has a kitchen, has everything you need: stove, refrigerator, kettle + bottled water, tea, coffee, sugar, dishes, even a washing machine

The bed is large, the mattress is comfortable. Metro, supermarket 2 steps away. The room is quiet, you can't hear the road. The water in the pool is apparently heated, because the water temperature was 30 degrees

Pool view is stunning, though the main pain of this hotel is availability of 12 sunbeds only for 95 rooms while there enough room to place more. Receptionists are very helpful and polite

Also they have problems with their room service -cleaning of the room really bad! Everytime the forgot to bring towels, to equipped room with glasses -everything you should ask! Room and hotel is good but service and personal attitude must be improved! I was not satisfied with this stay

The gentleman at the swimming pool (Mr. Hocine) was really nice and helpful

A few suggestions for improvements: Breakfast: If you sit and dine outside - Get the "bird" problem solved. Potentially a serious contamination problem which neither the guests, not the hotel want
