The hotel’s location is amazing—attached to Festival Mall, a long walking place, with a sea view and Dubai Creek activities and near the main airport

Pool and Spa area was good, and easy going, very clean and good facilities generally. Family friendly, and good options

Overall I found it to be a good value for money stay and the staff do go above and beyond! Even the cake for my kids at the end from the two lovely ladies in the guest relations team, a very kind gesture and thoughtful

The breakfast had many made-to-order options and tasted great. The hotel's environment is superb, right next to a mall and a Carrefour supermarket. I regret not staying an extra day!

We were given a room on the 6th floor with amazing views, including a distant view of the Burj Khalifa. Ctrip stated that breakfast started at 6 AM, but it actually begins at 7 AM

There's complimentary valet parking, and two gas stations are conveniently located near the hotel (a good tip for rental cars: fill up the night before if you're returning the car at the airport the next day)

We spent part of our day between the beach and the pool, and both areas were spotless, comfortable, and ideal for unwinding. A special mention goes to Bikram, whose service truly elevated our visit

I spent the day at Kempinski at The Palm and it was absolutely incredible. The pool and beach were beautifully serene, creating the perfect relaxing escape

The towels were a bit yellowish/worn, and the deadbolt was broken (if you're bothered by this, beware, or go with a companion/bring your own doorstop)

There were only two pillows, and Dubai in winter can be a bit chilly; the AC made it cold, but without it, it felt stuffy. The breakfast looked lively, but there weren't many tasty options

Breakfast costs 75aed, it is fine but nothing special. You have to ask for an adapter at the reception to be able to connect the devices if you are a foreigner. There are very few sockets available in the room

This was evident from check-in all the way through to the general service, housekeeping, restaurant staff, and even the pool area attendants. Their genuine warmth came from the heart, without any expectation of a tip

Pros: Beautiful, green grounds. First line with its own beach, sun loungers and towels included. Lots of restaurants near the hotel, and a large grocery store. A Russian-speaking girl named Maria at the reception

The bed was positioned with the foot facing the door. The towels were worn out, and one of the bathrobes was torn. The walls, curtains, and chairs had stains, the furniture was old and sometimes broken

This is my several trip to dubai and stay in this hotel. Everything is excellent and room is quiet and clean and walking way is very beautiful.

For example, we came for the New Year holidays, so on New Year's Eve, the administration completely blocked the entrance to the beach of the hotel from where the Burj Khalifa was visible and demanded money for watching fireworks if there was no reserve table in their restaurant

They congratulated me on my anniversary. They allowed a one-hour late checkout, for which I'm very grateful! Cons: The rooms. We got a small, corner room (2406) with a narrow, small window, so the room was dark

It's about a 30-minute walk to Burj Khalifa, factoring in the long traffic lights. The metro is also relatively close. The only downside was a noisy construction site nearby, but we couldn't hear any noise in our room

Great things about the hotel include Location- Although one can get taxis easily everywhere in Dubai, in rush hours or small trips you can take the metro which is convenient and quick with a little bit of walk we didn't mind

Food and service - We opted for the breakfast with the room and the food was tasty, quickly served and very convenient for us as we were traveling with kids and we're able to get them a good breakfast before heading out

Too much noisy, due yo heavy season all rooms were booked. They allocated my room in the first floor which is bar and night club in the same floor.
