It was a little difficult to find until we called, but the administrator quickly showed us in. For 4 days everything was fine, only there was a little extra noise, but we were quickly moved to another room, where we had a good rest.

Good It was ok. I liked it. Room was a bit difficult to breath at night due to lack of ventilation. The more people, the less oxygen. Also, some noise at night by boys in the building. Other than that it was nice. Seemed safe, and a nice seating area. I would stay again, but I will hope it will be less people in the room.

Z Hostel is my go-to any time I am going through Kyiv. The prices are fair, the guests are respectful, and you can reserve rooms through their website for free. Amazing concept. Lovely staff. I love the fact that you have total privacy inside your capsule, regardless being a "hostel". The capsules are big enough so you feel comfortable in them. I booked a single room, it was small but the bed was nice. Can't expect more for this price. The staff was very friendly even though we had communication problems as I don't speak ukrainian/russian yet. Defenitely recommend for travellers on a budget without high standards

Not the best hostel i've ever been to. Staff doesn't speak english, and the matresses are not comfortable at all. The hostel only has one bathroom, so take this into account when traveling in a bigger group. Anyways, it was cheap and clean

A quaint and wonderful place in the center of the city. A full working kitchen and absolutely clean rooms. You will be amazed how close the grocery stores are from this location just 3 minutes in any direction. Despite the war in Kiev , this location is safe. I highly recommend.

Good location near the beach. 15 mins walk to subway. Big exhibition and shopping malls in 5 mins. Inside clean and calm enough(I was in 4 beds room). Is not expensive. As for hostel it is great place.

Good tiny hostel. I traveled with an acquaintance and we got a super tiny room which had a double deck bed, but to sleep overnight that was more than enough. Breakfast is served in the hotel. I stayed there only a single night, laid low, went to bed. When I woke up the receptionist had noticed from my passport information that it was my birthday and sent someone to buy me a chocolate cake from a patisserie as a surprise. The cake must have cost almost as much as my fee. Have to say, that's the best service I've seen in 5 months of hostels.

This hostel is located at 15-20 minutes walking from the city centre. It's not a long walk and it deserved for his cheaper price. Good to make a short brake before your flight, but not more. The room in the hostel was without any (even tiny) window and without air conditioning. In winter it was warm enough and I can't imagine how it's to live there in summer. Only one plus: the bed was without bedbugs, at least I didn't meet/feel/see any :)

In Kyiv for the first time, I took a double room for two days. Every time we left the room we saw cleanliness because the cleaning lady constantly washes and cleans everything, I would not say that the rooms were ideal in some places there were cobwebs, but in general it was clean. From a bad shower. The condition was very questionable so we didn't use it. The smell in the bed was like second-hand. Not all the closets have a key. The toilet is quite questionable because the sink in it has a volume of about 400 ml.

At first, it might seem like the biggest problem was finding the hotel itself. There's no sign, so be prepared; calling the number provided will help you find the entrance. Next on the list is the street entrance, or rather, the path you'll have to take. It's practically impossible to get there alone with a heavy suitcase. Clean, comfortable, nice and quiet. Polite staff. The boiler was enough to fill the bathroom by 70%. Of the minuses - at night the entrance is locked with a key and you have to call the administrator by phone. There is also no rug in the bathroom and a mop to remove overflowing water.
