I had a very disappointing experience during my stay.
I had to carry two suitcases up and down three times before finally getting a usable room.
• The first room I was assigned had the TV on, an unmade bed, and leftover food on the table. It appeared to be already occupied — possibly a double check-in.
• The second room could not be opened at all. I suspect this may also have been a double check-in or a system issue.
• Only on the third attempt was I given a room that appeared normal.
However, cleanliness was still a concern. I am quite sensitive to my environment, and after sitting on the couch, I immediately felt itchy, which suggests that it may not have been properly cleaned or maintained.
Additionally, I noticed dirt behind the bedside table that looked suspicious (potentially related to bugs), although the staff told me it was just food residue.
After one night, I did not feel well and experienced itchiness on my body, which made me uncomfortable.

our trip to the gantry was amazing! first time in london and very sad to be leaving.
the room was absolutely stunning looking out onto lovely skyscraper buildings.
the staff were absolutely lovely and it’s very close to public transport.
will definitely be back again!

The room was exceptionally good, clean, and hygienic. What truly impressed me was the provision of disposable slippers – a wonderful touch! The hotel service was also excellent, very accommodating to guests' needs. Plus, the transportation nearby is super convenient.

The room was comfortable, and the toiletries were good, bright, and new. However, the location is a bit out of the way, not ideal for those planning to visit museums. Luckily, there's a subway station right across the street (about a 5-minute walk).
The first room they gave us was at the end of the hall, which felt a bit off from the start, and the toilet wasn't clean. The front desk later moved us to a second room on a higher floor, close to the elevator. Breakfast was quite good; the croissants seemed homemade and were very fragrant~

This hotel was in a great location and easily accessible from Stratford International station. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. The breakfast was of a high standard and staff are extremely helpful. I would definitely book again !

This hotel is relatively new, located right next to Stratford International station and the Westfield shopping center, offering plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. If you walk a bit further west, there's also a green park. It's quite recommended for business travelers or tourists in London who aren't in a hurry to see all the sights.

The rooms are quite new, the environment is very good, and the rooms are spacious. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation nearby and beautiful scenery. It's not far from the attractions, and the breakfast is plentiful and of very good quality. Quite satisfied.

Amazing stay. The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable. We had a gorgeous view of the city and everything about our stay was perfect.

Our first visit to the hotel for an overnight stop and we loved it and will definitely be back. Very helpful reception staff. Room very spacious. Very comfy bed. Big warm shower and very easy to use. Delicious breakfast. Only minor complaint was the coffee machine which was slow and created a big queue. Get another machine. Good choice of food on hot and cold buffet, staff constantly replenishing anything running low. Thanks very much. We will be back.

Out of the five hotels I've stayed at in London, this one offers the best value for money. It's exquisite, with a great interior and spacious rooms. Martina at the front desk even upgraded me to a room with a view, which was fantastic! The entire hotel feels quite new, and it's spotlessly clean. The room's color scheme and interior design create a warm, cozy, and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. There are thoughtful details everywhere, and the shower pressure is excellent. The bed is large enough, and the bedding feels brand new, unlike the worn-out sheets at JW Grosvenor House Hotel and The Marylebone Hotel, which charge an outrageous 5,000-6,000 RMB per night – a total rip-off. Plus, The Gantry Hotel is conveniently located right across from London's largest shopping mall, where you can find everything you need.

The food was alright but felt abit rip off with the prices and portion value, the lamb curry needed to be heated up so that did took awhile but it was cold the first time...had to go back and ask them to reheat it, if you got abit extra more money and dont mind the walk I suggest going upstairs where they are little bit better they serve better curry there

Worst Carribean food I've ever tasted . Plantain were disgusting , fried in dirty oil . Roti smelt horrible and had clearly been frozen previously . Jerk chicken quarter was a leg and a lil extra covered in a watery sauce. First and last time I eat from this place . Not Carribean at all wasted my money as it all went in the bin .
