Travelodge London Park Royal in London

Quality of food as expected but organisation was shocking. We did a drive through and one car had mucked up his order. However, the restaurant was empty. It got to a point where people were getting out of their cars and, where possible, reordering inside to get served. Others complained at the window which was serving and taking payments and this on a Saturday night on a major London thoroughfare. There was only one associate dealing with taking orders, taking payment and putting together the orders. There should have been someone helping him. Very frustrating service.

Twice placed order to be delivered. Twice order was wrong. Twice no one picked up the phone after numerous attempts . Won't make mistake again.

Badly managed restaurant. We waited to be seated, waited for the order to be taken, waited to get drinks, waited for our food, the order was slightly wrong. Overall it was just really frustrating as there really weren’t many customers there at the time. Didn’t feel welcome nor looked after at all. Can’t really blame the staff because everything just seemed unorganised and not put together. Food was ok but nothing I’d want to have again.
Do not recommend, would not go again.

Been twice it's far from nice. Service terrible food mediocre. Shite.

I can't stress enough how bad our meal was.

The restaurant was dark and dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly in quite a while.

When placing the drinks our waiter was barely understandable, it took 6 attempts for them to understand our drinks order.

We were not told how the buffet functioned, we just had to get plates and help ourselves.

The food wasn't awful (wasn't great either!)... or so we thought until 2 of our party got mild food poisoning. Hardly surprising given the state of the place!

Our drinks turned up in dirty glasses, there was a red lipstick mark on our glass... hardly difficult to noice.

When confronted with the dirty glass the waiter did not apologise or offer any form of refund. He instead just made a face and walked away without a word.

4 people, on a Saturday night, 3 alcoholic drinks and 1 soft drink came to £76.10... because they still added a service charge!

Disgusting service, disgusting place.

There are far better oriental restaurants in the area at a similar price but at a far superior quality.

There are not enough options available for the price, the food doesn't taste like it is is great quality and dessert is almost non-existent! There are supermarket value ice cream tubs and jelly bean sweets for dessert. I've never seen such a poor selection in all my time going to Chinese buffets. I made myself full only because of the price paid for the day. In the end, they accused us of not paying and later realised we did. I've been to this place twice before but it has really taken a turn for the worst. Avoid!
