St Paul's Hotel in London

It's hard for me to judge this as a proper hotel because when I first checked in they gave me a small, smelly room that was completely different to the one I had booked and only agreed to change my room after I spoke to them and gave them feedback, which I photographed comparing the two rooms. I find it hard to imagine if any other shy young Asian girl had been treated like this, whether they would have put up with it and lost their right to apply, and contacted the hotel the night I lost the item without giving me any feedback until I contacted them a third time through a third party, by which time three or four days had passed and the answer was obviously that they said they hadn't found it. I am very angry and it is hard not to associate some bad discrimination with this hotel's arrangements. I think all people should consider this hotel carefully.
我很难评判这是一家正规的酒店，因为在我刚入住的时候他们分给我一间又小又有异味的房间，和我预定的房间完全不同，直到我跟他们交涉并反馈后才同意帮我换房间，我将两个房间对比图拍了照。我很难想象如果是别的害羞的年轻亚洲女孩受到这种对待，是否会忍气吞声而损失自己应用的权利，并且在我遗失物品的当晚联系酒店没有给我任何反馈，直到我通过第三方第三次联系他们才收到回复，这时候已经过去三四天了，答案显然是他们说没有找到。我非常生气，对于这家酒店的安排，我很难不联想到一些不好的歧视。我认为所有的人都应该慎重考虑这家酒店。
