Best Western Buckingham Palace Rd in London

The location is great ,size wise the room I got was perfect for short stays in the city. The staff were very friendly and gave me an early check-in, which I really appreciated.

Some people who need a very quiet space to sleep may be disturbed by the sound of the trains that run quite late at night  but this did not bother me as I found the train sounds very relaxing .

The bedroom and en-suite facilities were exceptionally clean and fresh, not even a speck of dust. 

I didn’t avail of a breakfast because of the amount of eateries around Victoria station which is a short walk up the street. 

I will definitely return .

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were so helpful going above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Great choice of coffee/tea making facilities. The shower was great. When I come back to London I will definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Hotel very good, Hotel staff gave us an early check-in with no extra cost. Would highly recommend.

I read reviews saying all the hotels are small, so I was prepared for it, but this one was about the same size as a Japanese business hotel, or even a little larger. Though, if you have a big suitcase, you might struggle for space.

I was in a basement room, but the humidity wasn't an issue. You could hear the train sounds faintly in the distance, so it might not be suitable for light sleepers.

The bed and shower were clean! It's perfectly sufficient for a normal stay!

Near to Victoria Train Station and Bus Station. If you like theatre show such as Wicked- is just around the corner. Can easily find places to eat around the area.

Room is comfortable and the location is good. The layout of the twin room is a little different from the normal twin room but ergonomic.

Very clean, place is very convenient and walking distance to a lot of tourist destinations.

Stayed for 4 nights! On the last day, I went to check out at 2 PM, only to be told I had already been forcibly checked out! Had to go to the front desk to retrieve my luggage! Good thing I had packed my bags that morning! The location is convenient with good transportation links, but the room itself is tiny!

I booked this hotel due to the proximity of Victoria station where I came in from Gatwick and was flying out of London Heathrow. Hotel was a fantastic deal 112 US dollars a night excluding breakfast for a double. I advise not to get a single if you're a single I paid the $5 difference and got a room that was 43% bigger. I thought that the hotel was clean had a good location and that the staff was professional. At that price point I would definitely stay there again. Hotel was approximately three blocks from Victoria station and they recommended me a great Italian place that was one block away and if you use your Best Western key card they give you a 15% discount there food was excellent. They held my stuff for a few hours while I went and explored the city everybody was professional and it was definitely an excellent value. Room is on the small side and there was no refrigerator but those store your stuff in a communal refrigerator in the lobby at check-in. Staff is very professional and I was very pleased with my choice.
