On the check out day. Was taking the 10.30pm train. Arrived back at the hotel 9pm to pick up luggage. Was outright refuse by the person on duty to stay at the reception area for more than 10 mins. Honestly, there was space and we weren’t disturbing anyone but just needed a warm space to sit and wait for train.
but shower curb is tiny and no air condition.
so far , staffs are very helpful and will consider to come back again in next visit to UK.
It's basically a hotel, so don't judge it by hotel standards. There's hot water for showering, a hair dryer, a fan, and a kettle. There's no air conditioning, no refrigerator, and no bottled water.
There is no elevator in the hotel. The staff are very nice and will help you carry your luggage to the room. They will also help you carry your luggage downstairs when staying in the hotel.
The worst experience was that I chose to pay in store and the price was more expensive than prepaying online. I booked 8 months in advance and booked the hotel for 2-3 days. I just charged the entire amount to my credit card instead of holding the credit limit. Neither trip.com nor trip.com could solve the problem, so I paid a higher price for no reason. This was the worst part of the whole experience.

❤️ Lively corner pub on York Way just around the corner from Kings Cross station. There are bars on two floors and a easy accessible roof terrace illuminated by fairy lights. I popped in on a Friday evening and the atmosphere was upbeat and there was a good buzz about the place. The pub puts on DJ and Jazz nights and there was a fantastic Jazz quartet on that night and I thoroughly enjoyed it. There’s something for everyone at The Fellow
