Nice stay, comfortable room. Breakfast good and included in the price. Great for catching a gig at the O2.

Perfect place to stay if your going to the 02! 10 min walk at most,lovely reception staff and everything you would expect from a holiday inn. Breakfast included was a bonus as was the 11 am checkout. Plenty of parking which was reasonable for 24 hours!

I like the simplicity of the check-in and check-out process. Apart from that, I am really impressed with the included breakfast. If there is anything that could be improved will be the air-con. I have set the temperature to 17c with full blast but it is not really hot. Maybe there is a need of the air-con to be re-gas or cleaned?

The hotel was great location for the 02, walking distance 29 minutes or the bus route 442
The receptionist on our particular stay was very informative and very pleasant, (sadly I forgot to take her name - 15/16th January days)
Breakfast was very pleasant buffet style but catered for everyone’s needs, plenty of food too
Room was clean and cozy, the bathroom amenities are ample ( plenty of body wash, shampoo and hand soap)
Plenty of tea, coffee, milk and sugars if you wake before breakfast or require a soft night cap..
The only downfall was the car park charges, personally I thought £25 for one night was a little expensive, if I was staying longer than the one night I would expect a little discount on this only., apart from that an all round good stay

We were lucky enough to get this at a price too good to miss and which included Breakfast. It is a comfortable walk to the O2 and there is plenty to do and eat nearby. The hotel was clean and the bed so comfortable. Room is small but has everything you need. Breakfast was delicious and plenty and capped off the stay perfectly. Come for the location and enjoy a relaxing stay 😎

We went in on a relatively quiet evening and service was very slow on a very simple dine in order. The salad bar was picked clean and never refreshed in the hour that we were there, plus the cherry tomatoes were old and wrinkly. Servers were friendly enough and the individual size pizzas were okay but we were sorely disappointed in the warm cheesy crisps. After finding them in Yorkshire we were excited to have a batch but at this location the cheese sauce was extremely mean which is a shame.

I come here every so often with my Mum for the buffet. Food's always been nice and the service excellent. Love the crazy amount of Pepsi and Pepsi Max flavours. I haven't had any problems or got any complaints...

Have been here a few times with my daughter. She likes pizza hut, and i like to keep her happy. Food is fine. But the service on the other hand is usually very disappointing. No sign of improvement since my first visit.

Decided to get some food before the cinema, was seated very quickly, but since it was quiet it wasn't surprising. Salad option was very limited as it wasn't kept topped up. Waiter was clearing tables but then moving dirty bowls and plates to an empty table rather than clearing for cleaning and food crumbs under table and not swept.
Waiter was very quite could hardly hear him.
Overall rating is okay, just the usual for Pizza Hut restaurants.

I think the food only deserved one star or less as they were really bad, specially with the price. The giant meatball tasted awful that my partner could not eat it. He is the one that can eat almost everything but not that meatball... The meatballs were not even cooked in the tomato sauce. My king prawn pasta came with no king prawn as you can see in the photo. The sauce tasted likes those you got put from the jar. The pasta was very under cooked and stuck together. They were not enough sauce either. I only gave two star because the waitress actually asked if there was something wrong with the food as there were so much left over....

I don't use too leave bad reviews, but this experience was VERY DISAPPOINTING
- very slow service, we had to remind them what we ordered
- ordered rabbit rague, there wasn't rabbit at all
- brought the main.meal before the starter
- far from the real italian taste
- too expensive for the quality of the food

Absolute shambles ! Waited 45 mins but no food arrived ! Watched our starter sit on the counter for 5 mins then be taken off and reheated. We paid for our drinks and left - we won’t be back !

1 starter was missed and even after asking 2 waiting staff it never arrived.
Main courses took at least another 30 minutes after the starter. Pasta dishes both watery, looked unappetising and were flavourless. Have had better microwave meals from Tesco! Obviously they have cut costs on their boil in the bags from the supplier.
This was our 2nd visit to prezzo in a year and 2nd bad experience. Even had to walk up to the manager to get the bill as had given up waiting. Never again!

Unfortunately this has been the worst ever visit to a restaurant...
1) Bruchetta only comes with onions. :-(
2) Brought wrong wine to my wife.
3) Starter garlic bread came with onions we specifically asked for no onions.
4) My wife's 2nd glass of wine wrong again!
5) My Calzone was under cooked and very salty... but I still ate it.
6) My wife's dinner was cold to the point of her mushrooms were raw... sent it back and ordered something else.
7) I have been sat with an empty glass for the last 20 mins
On the up side the restaurant is very nice and the waitress is friendly and very apologetic.
