The studio was not suitable for 3 adults and an 8-year-old child. Upon arrival, the reception staff seemed surprised by our reservation. After two days of back-and-forth between reception and Tripadvisor customer service, the only solution offered was the addition of an extra bed. Two extra beds were added, giving the impression of a camping trip.
The amenities were severely lacking: no coffee maker, toaster, or cooking utensils, few towels, only 3 chairs, 2 glasses, and 2 mugs. No dish soap, no kitchen bin, a broken shower door, and an outdated kitchen.
We stayed from Tuesday to Saturday. Cleaning only took place on Friday. For a Meliá hotel, this was a complete disappointment. A disastrous stay.
Positive points: proximity to the metro, large window, and good natural light.

Check in was a little troublesome. Took a while and room was not ready at the check in time. Gave us a drink voucher for their bar. When we went to use it, it was only good for beer or wine. (Not what we drink)
Place is in a great location. Staff was friendly, but check in gets hectic. Room was perfect for what we needed. Easy to get to the tube and plenty of dining options in the area as well as hotel. Would stay there again.

The fact that cleaning was only provided on mondays and fridays was an unwelcome surprise. Also, the key had to be changed everyday as it was constantly not working and this was super annoying.

Drain of the shower tube was blocked. Unfixed for two days. Finally changed the room. Guest laundry was out of order.

First, the picture used is not of an apartment so expectations must be lowered. At this price point, the accommodations are much smaller. That said, the 2 weeks spent were actually quite nice. The en-suite bathroom is updated. The en-suite kitchenette is closet-sized but adequate for storing and preparing simple meals (microwave, kettle, 2-burner stove, and sink along with a pot and pan and some basic dishes and utensils). Housekeeping is offered on Mondays and Fridays only. A bowl of fresh fruit, loaf of bread, bottle of mineral water, and some milk were thoughtful surprises. We chose this accommodation for its locale and proximity to University College London, Regents Park, and innumerable eateries as well as grocery stores. The only annoyance experienced was the need to get a new room card (over 5 times in 13 days) when they would suddenly stop working.

We stayed in this hotel in London for 7 nights. Our room was very tattered looking, and the carpet was stained and looked nothing like the apartments advertised on the ******* booking site when I chose this hotel. Pictures of other apartments show updated decor and cleaner/more modern. With that said, staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was located between a few tube stops that were less than a 10 minute walk, which made it convenient to get around.
Laundry was tricky because there was one working washing machine for the entire hotel. The second one was out of service. Housekeeping doesn’t check the rooms because we found a dirty pair of underwear under the bed - it was not ours. A few items to get started would have been nice, like some dish soap and a roll of paper towels.
Overall our stay was fine, but would have expected better room quality for what we paid and how far we travelled.
