The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff was professional. The only concern was the location, which was a bit far from central London but the underground station was only a few minutes walk from the hotel.

This hotel is incredibly old, like something out of the 1990s in terms of decor and design. The entire room smelled musty, and the smell got even stronger when I turned on the AC, so I ended up not daring to use it. The bedding wasn't clean either; I broke out in rashes all over my body. Also, Trip.com showed parking as £14, but when I arrived, they charged £18 or £20, I can't quite remember. The front desk's baggage storage was listed as free, but when I went to pick up my luggage, the staff member said they'd charge me. I was really angry and shot back at them, saying no one had told me in advance. Then the employee just laughed and said they were joking 🤷♀️ It certainly didn't look like a joke, and if I hadn't been so agitated and able to speak English at the time, I probably would've been scammed. The waiter in the restaurant was a very nice Hong Kong uncle. The hotel is right next to a subway station, and another one is also very close – that's the only good thing about it. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

The stay itself was very comfortable. The Internet was quite good. I wish they change the TVs to smart tvs so that one can pair with one’s hand device. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall quite a nice place for business travelers.

We stayed at Crown Plaze Hotel for a night, the location is good just 2 mins walk to Tube Station Hanger Lane, Room size and ambience is good & lovely, The only thing is bed is a bit small and too soft for us, bathroom size is fine but we don't like the shower curtain, though it is clean but it does have smell on it. I think the hotel is a bit outdated but oveall it is not too bad in this price in London.

Noise from nearby streets can disturb sleep. The staff, however, is outstanding—friendly and responsive. A solid choice for location-focused travelers, but bring earplugs and temper expectations for cleanliness.

Nice comfortable stay, however I saw there were some moths, and also the wifi was not up to the high speed that was mentioned. I would suggest the management looks at this issue.

The room wasn't as bad as some reviews made it seem; it was actually quite decent. For European standards, it definitely exceeded expectations. The only minor drawback was that the bathroom had a slight unpleasant smell. On the positive side, it felt very safe.

The area isn't very lively, and dining options nearby are limited. On the plus side, there's a subway station.

Waiting time for dish of the day was said to be for about 30mins. Other food like soup 10mins. But well for my chicken soup i waited 50 min ???

It was takeaway, not in the actual restaurant. The quality of the food was very poor. Plus it wasn’t Thai food as they said, just random ingredients mixed together. But the most disgusting and alarming part was that the delivery man tried to kiss my hand when he gave my the ticket. This is unacceptable!

Great Indian food and reasonably priced. Ate here twice we liked it so much. Got it to go and took it to our Air B&B to eat. Only about a 10 min wait for the food. Host didn't speak the best English. Would be hard to order over the phone I think.
