So bad experience. Reception asked me 3 times to upgrade my room, I didn’t want to paid extra money so I refused. But he still upgraded and charged

Service was good. The hotel view is very nice and the food is also very good. Location was fantastic.

The attitude here was pretty bad. They tell you they have parking, and then they charge you an arm and a leg for that when she get there. The one exception was the breakfast, which was really wonderful with a mixture of Mediterranean British in European breakfast foods.

The setting is beautiful, and the location is very peaceful. The room is spacious, and it's conveniently located right where the Uber Boat drops you off. I'll definitely be back.

Very satisfied. The hotel offers great value for money and good service. The room was spacious enough, and the breakfast was delicious. While it's a little bit far from the city center, this was acceptable overall since taxis are very convenient. Definitely recommended for its excellent value.

As a single business traveler I really liked my stay. I had a couple of technical issues with my room; however overall I was quite to very pleased with the overall cost/space/cleanliness/helpfulness/facilities ratio balance.

Excellent return stay. The lovely receptionist was ever so kind and helped us with an upgrade to a harbour view room, which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

Quite surprised at the price in a good way for the smaller dishes but slightly over for the larger. Overall not bad

This place has a fabulous location on the river st Imperial Wharf the food is good and they have a covered heated place outside for shisha. I enjoyed my rendezvous there it was great.

The food was really nice but over priced, the owner was really rude, mean, and disrespectful, and they didn't offer any complementary treats in the end, although we paid 500£ for a meal of eight.

The sandwich wraps are brilliant at the Express! The main restaurant is good but the service is hit and miss, generally they are very attentive but last time I went they did make a couple of order mistakes. Still a good meal, a bit overpriced but still good. That being said, I recommend sticking to the wraps and great bargin meal deals. The other great thing about the Express is that it is open until around 23:30.
