The room was surprisingly spacious, easily accommodating four people. The bedding and bathroom were quite clean, though the furniture and flooring showed their age a bit. Overall, the interior felt compact but functional. They offer convenient luggage storage before check-in and complimentary storage after check-out, which is a huge plus for travelers. The surrounding area is nice, with a supermarket nearby and the subway station not too far off. Best of all, it offers great value for money.

I gave it a poor review as the hotel administrator wasn't very helpful. I tried yo change to a bigger room but was you'd none was available...even though they were on the booking site. I guess I communicated with a chatbot.

Well located hotel with 24 hour reception.
The hotel is basic but the price reflects that.
I had an issue with a noisy radiator in my room and they changed my room with no hassle which I was grateful for.
I've stayed at this hotel 4 times in the last year.

Great location, just 5 minutes from the tube, via a pleasant neighbourhood. Located away from busy traffic, so no issue with noise. Greeted immediately on arrival and found room easily. Basic but spotlessly clean and big enough. Nice shower and other amenities. The big problem was the bed. The mattress was ridiculously soft and bouncy, such that I constantly struggled to get comfortable and slept extremely badly. Such a shame. I couldn't go back.

Just recently got back from our stay in the Garden View Hotel with my daughter and grandchildren. We actually booked 2 rooms for the holiday, 1 being a double room and the other a quadruple room to sleep 4. We found the hotel a little bit dated but could see they were working on that. The rooms were both clean and amenities in the rooms. The location was excellent being very close to the Earls Court underground and bus stops. The staff were very friendly and were very helpful in storing our luggage until check in time and again when leaving the hotel. I have no complaints about hotel and would definitely stay there again. Price was cheap compared to other hotels in the area.

Stayed here during my birthday treat in London, and it was such a pleasant experience. The location is perfect — very easy to access central London, which made getting to my dinner plans super convenient. The room was clean, nicely set up, and surprisingly comfortable for a city stay. Overall, a simple but lovely hotel that made my trip smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from a garden and surrounded by a residential area. There are bus and subway stations nearby, making it convenient for getting around. What needs improvement is the cleanliness: there was an odor from the drain, and long hairs were found on the sheets. Also, the bathroom shower stall is very small.

The room isn't big, and the hotel interior is a bit old, but it's very quiet outside. It's super convenient to get to the subway station and transportation in general. There's no lobby, and you have to climb steps to enter, which is a struggle with large luggage. You can store your bags, but not valuables, as it's a large, unattended storage locker. The hotel price is good, offering great value for money in this London location. I've stayed here twice and would recommend it to friends.

I stayed in london for 28 days in london this One s one of the worst hotel i ever seen. Cleanliness as well as fan wasn’t working properly, and there was no charging plug where person can charge their phone if one using for fan and Your USB cable charging thing is not even working. regarding that girl is saying something else and boy who worked after her he called technician i stayed there for 2 days but i haven’t seen anyone fixed as well as they didn’t put bath towel so i had to ask for it at 12 pm when i came to hotel after finishing my tour. One of the hideous experience i have ever got. I have photos of very dirty and smelly curtain and even beds broken.

The waiting area is very small, so at lunchtime all the customers are standing all over eachother.

Aside from this, the staff are friendly and the food is produced quickly. They also have a number of self service computers that seem to speed up the overall ordering process

It was a nice restaurant with interesting technology, I refer to the interactive board from which you can order from. Too bad the food was terrible. I had a big mac meal with 9 chicken nuggets. Don't get me wrong the food was edible just not what I was expecting. I didn't like the shredded lettuce in the big mac it was messy but the worst thing about it was the meat patties which were far too thin and grey looking. The fries were nice, standard mc donalds fries. The chicken nuggets weren't good, they tasted very processed. The chicken nuggets from sainsburys taste way better and are cheaper. the barbecue sauce provided was clearly 60% sugar.
Won't be coming here again.

It's a McDonald's so you know what to expect. No surprises here. It's clean and serves food at a low cost. Plenty of seating upstairs.
