No bottle water in the room. Also the room was not cleaned from previous stay, had vape on the table and chewing gum on the side of the bed. Lift too far from reception and having carpet makes it difficult to roll luggage

Paperless slippers, very inconvenient!
Having a parking lot will be convenient for driving, but parking spaces are limited! I almost didn't have a parking space. Luckily, an employee gave up a parking space after work!
In fact, not bad by and large, if it can improve the cleaning problem should be good!
Other hotels will usually ask you to stick a sign at the door to choose to clean and clean, it is no choice The bottom line is not to clean 🫨🫨🫨🫨

Very nice stay. The room is very clean with bathtub. Good that all room with bathtub. The bed is very comfortable. Just 3 min to tube , very convenience. A lot of convenience shop nearby. There is a Japanese’s restaurant nearby, taste was so far so good. The manager is very helpful and finally i got free parking.

The rooms aren’t cleaned every day! Not clear the rubbish bins! Not change the towels! If they can change this normal practice , the staff members actively change the towels and clean the rooms every morning , their service will be perfect and impeccable.

I stayed for 10 nights, but cleaning was not done unless I requested it at the front desk in the morning. I wish they had explained this to me when I checked in.

Just when the heat wave came to London, the hotel air conditioning is very good, staff try to travelers request, superior location next to the railway station, 25 minutes to the city center, the only drawback in the room is no refrigerator, overall good

The hotel is a bit old and the area around it is quite desolate, but it is very close to the subway station and there is a small supermarket downstairs. It is quite convenient overall, but I still recommend choosing the Premier Inn in Wembley Central, which is newer (the photo is the one in Wembley)

Waiting time for dish of the day was said to be for about 30mins. Other food like soup 10mins. But well for my chicken soup i waited 50 min ???

It was takeaway, not in the actual restaurant. The quality of the food was very poor. Plus it wasn’t Thai food as they said, just random ingredients mixed together. But the most disgusting and alarming part was that the delivery man tried to kiss my hand when he gave my the ticket. This is unacceptable!

Food is disgusting, chef don't have any idea what he's doing. Really poor quality of food.
Watch out for this restaurant they got different name on Just Eat (dom polski)
Strongly not recommend!
Its simply unbelievable how people can mess up polish dishes.
