The hotel is great, nothing to complain about, considering it's significantly cheaper than most comparable options closer to the center of London and breakfast is even included. The only caveat is, that the breakfast selection is limited and the coffee could be better. But all in all I'd recommend this hotel.

A comfortable stay, rooms were clean although amenities were a little barebones. Location was good.

The hotel is very clean and good located. Many stores near by, but the only thing that is not so good is the breakfast. Is not that good, not many foods to choose from, especially for people who enjoy having breakfast is too poor. The rest, I was satisfied.

Room 102 faces constant traffic noise. At 5am after no sleep, I gave up. Packed my stuff. Left. I got zero sleep. Lorries and motorbikes every few minutes. This room should not be sold without warning. I booked to rest before an important commitment and instead I was awake all night. Customer service was more interested in trying to sell me a membership!!! Never again!!!! Ever!!!

Booked 2 rooms for family of 4 with a request of connecting rooms but staff didn’t meet our expectations to make this happen. There are free parking near hotel after certain time at night.

Most terrible service and the quality. Ordered two pizzas. Very less toppings. I can count the pieces of chicken in whole pizza. There are slices without a single piece of chicken. Complaint to the manager and said cannot replace as I have consumed some of it. He was happy for me to make comments online than to listen to my complaint with open mind. The so called manager really had a don't care attitude. So here I write my comment online as he chose this as the preferred way. I always order from Domino and will not be any longer specially from West Ealing. There is Pizza Hut facing Dominos. That will be my next choice.

Most terrible service ever experienced. Make an order for collection, get told to collect in 15 mins. Get there and wait extra 10 mins to be told they haven't even started making it. As expected was extremely upset with the whole experience and would not return back for this reason. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Complete rubbish!!!

Doesn't deserve any stars. Service very poor. Pizza hut it self is unprofessional. Employing kids behind the counter. What was pathetic.. Don't accept £50 notes. How stupid policy. It should be put on website and big poster in the branch.

Waited over an hour for my order, when I called to find out where it was they told me that they had no drivers & they had cancelled my order, said they had called me & left a voicemail which they hadn’t no apologies very rude, will never use them again avoid

Staff rude and not interested in being friendly or 'small talk'. Coffee machine has not been working for months. Keep giving me a plastic bag without even asking if it is take away or to eat in. Bad for environment. No teamwork among staff. Staff are largely uneducated and look like family members of the franchise owner rather than employees that have been selected by merit. They are not well presented. They NEVER ask for loyalty card or offer to add points. This is bad customer service. Especially avoid On Fridays as large queues form. This is due to Friday prayers at the local Somali mosque. Last Friday there was a queue of 18.

If I could give this branch less than a star I would.
Terrible customer service!!

The chap serving me spent the whole time on his phone with a Bluetooth headset.
I had to tell him twice or more what I would like. If he was more interested in serving me he'd have got back to his phone call far quicker!!

Not to mention once I paid he didn't even hand me my receipt and instead chucked it on the counter.
He clearly needs in depth customer service training!!

Do not visit this unit and instead go to the one opposite Ealing Broadway tube station, far better customer service there!!
