We rented the room 6 months in advance, we got to the hotel and they gave us a room downstair next to a open hallway. We could hear voices when entering our room. We soon found out that the window to the room would not lock, the bed wasn't made up, the room didn't look like it was clean in years, plus it was dark with not much lighting. I thank goodness bought an insurance policy on the hotel where if I wasn't satisfied with the room we could switch hotels with zero problems. We found a hotel 2 blocks away and the other room was booked within 20 minutes and we dropped off the keys and never looked back. The front desk tried to get us to stay in another room when I told him that the booking service already booked the other room after seeing the room was a unsafe room and filthy, they said they also soon took it off of their site as a recommendation.

First the positives… The staff are friendly and efficient. Then the negatives. This place was on our company hotel list for this vicinity. It isn’t anymore. It’s a cure for happiness . Imagine transporting yourself back in time to 1953 and you want to experience Rachmanism crossed with a Mexican Jail… That’s just about it.. My room had many features including a window that opened up on to thrown pizza … The floor of the room was at so much of an obtuse angle you thought you were on a ship The TV took 12 minutes to respond to its remote A hobbit inhabited the bathroom No towels arrived on the 2nd night The Walls were so thin the bloke next door was Darth Vader’s heavy breathing cousin…with sleep apnoea The breakfast that was supposed to be wasn’t Worst of all it was £138 In all seriousness do anything you can to avoid this overpriced rip off of an establishment…

The hotel inspector would be out of her depth to change around this hotel. I feel it’s crazy that there isn’t life jackets in the rooms for all guests to survive the in room tsunami that comes with having a shower. Onto the shower it goes through the elements of an artic blast or volcanic temperatures which could potentially leave you with life lasting defects. Very hard hotel to navigate around and find your room, halls and stairs everywhere, people who have stayed here will know what I mean. You feel like you are being led through the crystal maze. If I had of came back to the hotel under the influence of Alcohol god knows how long it would have taken to find our slumber or where we would have ended up. At the end of every corridor we were expecting the twins from the shining. The bed is mega small for a double, we had action packed days and were out like a light at night time and thankfully slept, If we weren’t so tired the size of the bed for 2 people, not getting sleep could have ended in divorce. I didn’t understand the tilted side tables, you couldn’t set anything on them as it would have rolled off probably never to be seen again. When looking out my window I had to double check I wasn’t in Baghdad instead of London. Disgusting yard/alley where a rat wouldn’t even pass through. You will be constantly playing “the floor is lava” if in bare feet, standing on the carpet could lead to losing a foot. I dread to think what the unknown stains are. If you are taking a date to stay here for the evening understand that you will be single the following morning. The reason I gave 2 stars is that the reception team we came across were friendly the bedding was clean thankfully and the location

Nasty, dirty, pictures are different from what it is, worst hotel I’ve ever been. Should be called a Hostel. Avoid this place at all cost. The room is very small. The bathroom is small and everything gets wet when you shower. Yo can take a shower while seating on the toilet.

hotel closed with out letting me know booked and payed 7 days found out on google that closed. now no responds from them or choice reservation which can not refund or anything! over $900 i paid.so if anyone knows how to reach this hotel please leave a review with info or flood the internet with bad reviews!

Just really really grim. One of the smallest rooms I have ever had the misfortune to stay in (literally 30cm wider than the double bed in it) with a bathroom literally in a cupboard (you have to admire the audacity to even try and fit a toilet and shower in that space). Furnished with furniture that was so chipped, battered or wonky that you wondered whether it had been found in a skip. Carpet was heavily stained and ripped in places. To top it off there were fragments of crisp and grease on the TV remote and rubbish still left in the bathroom.

This hotel was a mega let down. It was nothing like the pictures advertised. (FALES ADVERTISEMENT) This was not a family sized room at all! The room was dirty, freezing cold the heating didn’t work. Damp patches on the ceiling, stains on the carpet and dust everywhere. No remote for the television. The bathroom was a wet room which was cupboard size with electric plugs which I’m sure is a big no no!! it was very unclean, missing grouting between the tiles the toilet was also leaking, the sink plug was covered in rust and the shower curtain looked like it had better days. I don’t know they can justify charging £315. Per night for this s*** heap. It’s not suitable for 1 person to stay in let alone a family. The man on reception on checking in was also useless and was of no help to us at all. We definitely will not be returning to this dump.

Reading the reviews I was convinced that this hotel is a terrible place but the location and price tempted us to stay there. Actually, it wasn't so bad. Room small and bathroom even smaller, but clean and warm. On our request the room was adapted to a family with a small child. If someone wants to stay in a room of a reasonable standard but in a great location and price, I recommend it.

I had my reservations after reading reviews before arrival. I was however genuinely surprised and found that the reviews were a little over the top.

We arrived at 1200pm and checked into a clean, spacious, and bright room with a modern and huge bathroom on an upper level. Although a little tired in areas I found the room to be much better than the reviews depicted.

Staff were welcoming and helpful with requests were very polite.

I would 100% return if I was definitely going to be in that same room as i have heard other rooms might be a little smaller.

Location is 10/10

Had pasta and pizza and it tasted delicious, service was impeccable too

Some of the people in the company was satisfied with the food, But i wasn’t. I got a dry boring chicken with an uncooked weird pasta, some warm veggies (not accordingly to the meny however) which was nice, But overall Absolutely dreadful plate. The service was just below ok But Nothing i would Remember, would NOT recommend this place

Restaurant «Seafresh» (3 min)

Very good salmon and friendley staff. If they had been a lilltle more flexible for my modest request i would have put on one more star.

22.10.2017 Amyn

We Ubered over here and were treated to fantastic, fresh fish & chips. Do visit if possible. Will return on my next visit to London.

14.09.2017 Cassie

Service was okay. Nothing to brag about. The sausage was delicious as well as fish. Ketchup tastes watered down and sweet. Very odd. Felt uncomfortable to stay and eat. If we ate here again I would get it to go.

13.05.2017 Malieka

Best fish and chips in London it says on board outside the restaurant. I know others that are slightly better but I love Seafresh. It's a smart fish restaurant with lots of choice of very fresh fish. On the handful of occasions that I have dined here the service has always been excellent. Staff visit table several times to see if everything is alright. I tend to just have a leisurely main course and staff never make you feel like they need table. Prices are reasonable and the restaurant is popular with groups.
