Stayed only one night and glad it was only one night to sleep and head out to airport. I booked from Amex card so I thought it would have been good. Room looked old and it said there was airport shuttle which was the only reason I booked, and they didn't have airport shuttle! Their front desk form had info on breakfast and there is no breakfast - I was informed that none since the year before ... so nothing is updated.

Good family room for £150 a night. Separate parents bedroom and corner sofa.

Good showers and there's lift access.

Easy Uber or taxi pick up within a minute or so.

the room was great but the white yogurt-y stains on the curtains grossed me out a lot to be honest. should invest in a good cleaner/better room service. would upload the photo if the option was there

The room was nice and the hotel in a great location. We upgraded from a standard room and it is well worth it.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was a good size but it could do with a deep clean from housekeeping. The jets in the bath were grubby and the wooden floor dusty.

Overall this was a good room, we slept like logs, check in and out was easy.

We would stay here again.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. As soon as I walked in, there was a beautiful smell from a diffuser in reception. The hotel was beautifully decorated with a Moorish theme. Everywhere was clean. I could not find one speck of dirt or dust! My room was cosy, clean and well furnished (see photos). Staff were extremely helpful with late check-out requests and storing luggage. Always someone on reception 24/7. Had breakfast one day and there was a great selection and the lady at breakfast was very friendly. Very safe and central area. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

An exceptional Persian restaurant. The quality of the food is excellent as is the welcome and quality of service. The prices are very reasonable. I can highly recommend this restaurant with no hesitation.

Terribly overpriced. Whole baby chicken is the smallest you will find - will be lucky to find any meat on it and is the most anorexic I've ever eaten. Koobideh Kebabs are quite salty and bland, especially the chicken. Best thing was the fresh bread and Hoummus. Most certainly will never return and will stick to Patogh, Simurgh, Mahdi or Ariana Restaurant.

Very tasty food! Lamb was really nice and tender. Warm Aubergine starter with bread was good - ate it within minutes. Main portion sizes really good, could take some home as couldn't eat it all.
